Ben is a goat!!! Greatest customer service and always has everything we need. Better selection than everywhere else and I can’t live without their shaker cups. These guys are knowledgeable and always ready to help with hooking me up with the best supplements. Have been going back to them every time we need the fix and we pass two other supplement shops just to get there.

Super Knowledgeable staff and always so friendly, Ben especially is always so helpful!! I drive from Goleta to get all of my supplements here, they’ve got the best selection and especially for my vegan protein needs. I prefer supporting local businesses like this one and this place takes it a step further in customer service and deals, never going anywhere else for my supplements!

However, there are 3 CLEAR signs in our store that kindly and respectfully inform our customers that unfortunately due to COVID-19 we can not take back any open items and you had informed our staff that you had already opened it and bought it over 3 days ago. If youd like we can refer you to the Santa Barbara Public Health department so you can speak to a professional public health official since you are unaware of the legislation in our community as it is for everyones health and well being. Secondly, our employees inform the customer that the Hydro Pro is in fact sugar-free I believe you may have misunderstood. Lastly, we have hundreds of positive reviews that do in fact rebuttal your statement of the taste being impossible to eat so please there is no need for insults or outrageously false statements. We are professionals and are happy to continue to help if you would like us to.First off it is NOT the public health departments policy to not allow returns because of Covid. I called them, and they said the would call you to inform you that this is NOT their policy.Secondly, NO your person did NOT tell us it was sugar free but he did stress that to us it was 100% organic and in fact it was not. He said over and over on the phone that we probably didnt like it because is was organic ????My husband will try anything and when its good for him can eat just about anything. Even he found it impossible to drink.Finally after many calls and getting to the owner of the Nutrishop franchises we were able to return the powder. No thanks to the Santa Barbara owner.

Great customer service. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about supplements, nutrition and weight training. They also offer free shaker cups alongside with your purchase. Best nutrition store in town.

Excellent service and supplements highly recommend!

They will not refund if you find the taste impossible to eat. We bought a protein powder for $90 and they are saying because of Covid they can’t take it back or exchange it... because of Covid? Come on.The employee also gave us wrong info on the product, telling us it’s organic with no sweetener. It’s not organic and has sweetener. And he told me we were wrong that the product does taste good.

Great supplement shop. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff and have lower prices then GNC. I recommend the Forza Gro protein powder (chocolate peanut butter) and Stance BCAA complex (pink lemonade). I was initially helped by Ben and have been coming back ever since.

Came in not knowing anything and ben was kind enough to help us through what we needed and suggested great things! thank you ben!

This place always shows impeccable customer service! Great knowledge and super nice staff! I am a customer of both the coffee place next door and the Nutrishop and I can tell you that they are always nice enough to let me use the restroom if you ask politely. I have no idea where the gentleman that gave that one star is coming from at all,sounds very untruthful and an unreliable source. I do know that in the past many people have taken advantage of the Nutrishop’s kindness and caused damaged to their restroom causing the unnecessary expenses in repairs, unfortunately causing them to put up a very CLEAR “employee only” policy sign above that is clearly legible on the door itself. I’m more than certain if you come in nicely they wouldn’t mind at all unless you are rude but either way I totally understand as both a customer and bystander. I will always come back to this store! they’re no doubt the best in town and always make you feel extremely welcomed! :) keep it up Nutrishop!

Came in looking for a protein, not knowing what to expect, Ben and Zach greeted me with such friendly manners. Ben described to me the types of proteins they are and what works best for my type of body and will show the best results. Not only a great protein but also the cleanest one too, and Zach reiterated the benifits of switching over to this new protein they don’t upsell the product the educate you on it something Costco and the vitamin store don’t do. Ben and Zach make a great team and No more Costco protein for me! Will for sure come back again! And can’t wait to see my results, this shop doesn’t deserve less than 5 stars! I would rate it 10 stars if I could
