I contacted Econo West based on the Google Reviews for routine servicing of our gas heater -- and everyone was correct! Their technician, Guillermo, was outstanding! He noticed that a condenser was leaking inside the heater -- and drove all the way to Oxnard & back to obtain & install the new part. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about heaters, and thoroughly explained what the problem was & how he would fix it. Kudos for a job well done!

A prior company took a look at our furnace and said we needed a new one ($3500). I called Econo West and two other companies for second opinions re cost for replacement. Econo West was the first to respond (one gave me an estimate over the phone for about the same and the other never called back). Dave from Econo West came over and took a look. He determined pretty quickly that there was no need to replace. Instead, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me instructions on how to seal a couple things myself. Im so appreciative; he saved me $3500. He also gave me an estimate for replacement (when its eventually needed) that was closer to $3000. Ill be going back to them when it needs replacement (hopefully not for a while yet).

We contacted Dave to repair a Heater on the roof of a house we manage. Super responsive even throughout the holidays. We ended up scheduling them to replace the unit. We had a few snags due to the weather where we live but Dave and Gail have always kept us in the loop and updated us every step of the way. The customer service they provide is A+ which should be the standard but from my 10 years experience in this area, it is not. This Santa Barbara area is super small and most companies have more work than they can handle so no shows are pretty common. It is a breath of fresh air to find someone with great customer service and great work. Definitely will be our go to company for HVAC from now on.

I called Econo West for duct cleaning, and the office worked fast, and professional. The technician arrived on time and finished fast, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do and how it benefited me to get this done. I also signed a maintenance agreement with them to keep my A/C unit in good shape. Its affordable and much more efficient then calling them just when something breaks, they come twice a year to make sure nothing goes wrong.

What do you say about folks that fix your air conditioning for $5000 less than the prior quote?THANK YOU!!Apparently, our leaking system did not need to be replaced! A few tweaks by Dave and all was back to normal.Honesty and competence--and our unconditional recommendation!

So many coastal homes have no a/c and mine was one of them, and this summer it became unbearable. They were quick to provided a recommendation and estimate and the job went flawlessly - so very happy. 100% recommend.

Living by the ocean shore it can get pretty cold and breezy, I called Econowest to come fix my broken heater, they scheduled me a next day appointment in the afternoon, I was surprised in the very fast service considering the distance, and they were able to fix my heater without a problem
