Editing the review to reply to the owners response on my review - Per the Owner - My manager took pictures of your liftgate and explained to you that the lifetime warranty does not apply if the panel has been damaged since the repair ( which it has). My reply to Owners response - I have uploaded another picture that shows the paint job gone bad is at least 1 ft away from the scratch by the garage door. And BTW, the paint job went bad before the brush by the garage door. If the reasoning is that the car should not be scratched from anywhere for the life time warranty to hold, then I am done with Collision 101. What kind of excuse is this?. My review stands - worse than 0 stars.I wish there is negative star option for this business that I could give. We took our Toyota RAV4 as our car was rear ended by another car. 101 collision gave all sort of life time warranty on the denting and paint job. After one year of the job, the paint started cracking. I took the car to them to show it. The staff saw it and agreed that the paint job was cracking for no apparent reason. But then asked me to come again after talking with the owner on phone as the owner wanted to see it himself. I went twice again taking time out from my busy schedule, but didnt find owner at the shop. The staff said the owner is available only between 9-12 PM that too only on weekdays. Really?? I asked the owner I could leave the car and he could inspect all that he wanted. or if he did not trust his staff as they inspected it. Else, he could send come to my house in Almaden to check if wanted. He had all the pictures. But, He seems to be completely irresponsible in servicing customer. All empty promises of lifetime warranty. serious waste of time, effort & money. I would seriously discourage anyone getting a repair or paint job done at 101 collision Santa Clara.

I went during Covid, and was glad I was able to be in and out pretty quickly. They seemed really knowledgeable. I originally went in for a replacement, but they suggested a repair which was cheaper. They assured me the repair will make the part look brand new. I have never seen plastic cracks being repaired so I was skeptical, but the end result was perfect. They finished the job in a day, gave me a discount for coming here from Yelp, and gave me a warranty on the work for the life of the car.I dont go to body shops often but I cannot imagine the others exceeding the quality here.

101 collision is the only body shop I trust with my car. They have repainted my car and done numerous body modifications for me. The work is always quality, done in a timely manner, and nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend 101 for any of your body needs and more !

Needed a front fender re-attached after hitting a pole. They were able to fit me in on short notice and had the fender solidly glued back on within an hour. Price was very reasonable and they gave several options depending on what I wanted in the repair and results. The waiting room was sparse but comfortable, bring a pocket-wifi or data-plan. Will be going there again next-time there is a ding or dent in the car.

Came here at 8 on a Monday and the front door was closed. walked to the back and asked for an estimate and guy said I have to wait for owner to show up. Waited for 15 minutes and left. Bad service
