Fix Auto did a great job on repairing my car after it was hit in a parking lot. They were timely, professional, and kept me informed throughout the time they had my car. I highly recommend them.

They repaired the back of my car from a rear end collision. The bumper and trunk now look like it did when the car was new. The only teeny issue is that an insect got trapped in the back light casing, but it is okay... kinda cute.Once the repairs got underway I was kept informed via texts as to the progress of the repairs. At one point I was called to let me know that the trunk they had ordered had arrived damaged and had to be reordered. Hopefully, I wont have to use them again but if I do, I will choose them.

I had a small-ish and simple bumper fix for a Mirai, so this required special purchasing of parts. This was done in a timely manner even with reminder calls when I misunderstood when I was supposed to drop off the car. My only ding is a small one, I asked them to put the sun visor on when done with the work so the car wouldnt bake in the sun and they did not... When I asked the receptionist if they could do me that favor she seemed uninterested so Im guessing the message was not conveyed to the technician. In any case, its a small thing but its also something that doesnt cost anyone any effort to do, which to me counts towards not having a fully customer oriented mindset... Otherwise the price and timeliness was fine, was within expected ranges in both counts.

I was told my truck was ready. I went in and looked at it the excess paint wasn’t cleaned up and several of the rivets were missing. Additionally, it was dusty inside and they left trash inside. I had to clean it before I could get in and drive home. Considering the great ratings given, I am disappointed I chose this business and won’t go back.

This place is amazing from quality service to being on time. I will definitely be back for any of my car needs in the future.

Great experience. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday, they said it’d probably be six work days. Got an update on Thursday that that was being moved up to Monday and they came through. The work they did was excellent. My car looks brand new!

I came to them through an insurance claim and the process was very straightforward and easy. They turned the perfectly done repair around in a week and kept me up to date on the process and progress. Their team also went above and beyond in detailing the interior AND re-installing my splashguard that I had lost the retention clips for!

Had a minor bumper / radiator repair after an object struck my car on the freeway. Repair ended up taking a little longer to complete due to a part coming in incorrect, twice. However, they communicated everyday about the status of my car, what was going on, and why either by text or via a phone call. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional and they will for sure get my business again. I can see why they are recommended by both AAA and State Farm.

What an incredibly remarkable experience I had from start to finish with Fox Auto. I took my relatively new car on to Fix because I hit a steel post and caused considerable damage to the driver door and the fender. I was so upset because it was my doing. However, once I got to Fix I calmed down. Very pleasant experience. Scheduling was easy. The repair was done fast at a very high level. Every day I was getting text updates on the status of the repair. At the end the car was washed and cleaned inside and outside.

Someone hit my car while it was parked and left it looking rough! I needed a shop to fix it and went with fix auto Santa Clara, good thing I did because they fixed it and left it looking exactly how it was before! I was worried about the paint not matching to the rest of the car because it’s a 12 year old car, but to my surprise they matched it perfectly! 10/10 would definitely recommend this shop!

Came in initially for a quote and found it was More or less similar to other quote I received from another paint shop, but Fix Auto was professional about it. They took down all details, inspected my vehicle, called up the manufacturer to get the right paint code and gave me a formal quote. I decided to go with them and the job was done in a days time. It was a small painting job. I got a call promptly after the job was finished. Was a pleasure to deal with Omar. Thank you! Will definitely revisit in future if I need any services.

Got a broken driver side glass on my car, StateFarm sent me to them. At first I was doubting their 4.9 stars review, since I never seen any body shop has this high ratings before and if they do, they usually jack it up themselves.When I got there, the thing impressed me is their friendly and efficient staff. Finished the estimates within 15 minutes. And then when I got back my car saw the receipt, I was surprised. First time ever seen a body shop charge less labor than the parts. Then find out that they did an extraordinary job of cleaning the broken glasses inside my car and even went beyond of more deep cleaning. Really appreciate what a good job they have done with my car, and definitely will recommend the shop to my friends.Keep up the good work and the reasonable price!

Some circus animal decided to try and siphon gas out of my Buick and while they werent successful, they did manage to break off the gas door. State Farm is the best and they sent me to Fix Auto in Santa Clara. Omar at Fix Auto got me in during lunch to look at my car. They had to order the part because my car was so new (never thought that a car could be TOO new) and that took the longest due to Covid mail. They painted it before I brought it in to save me time. It only took a few hours to install. Lanie at the desk was helpful, friendly and made the entire process painless.Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Very unprofessional and does not own up to their own mistakes. Their employees had left their orange peels to rot in our center console and left a leaky water bottle in the cup holder which filled up the entire console with water. When called about it, they did not take ownership of it and basically said it could not possibly of been them even though they were the only ones to have possession of our car. Would not recommend!

Quality of work was fantastic! Delivery of repaired vehicle was terrible.Was told it would be ready on friday,was not ready until following wed. at closing time. Had a rental car paid by ANA but am disabled almost senior and cost of gas for rental wiped me out financially. Lets face it ins. was charged $588.00 for rear bumper I found online for $134.00.The insurance industry is a corrupt scam supported by the government. It needs an overhaul as much as anything in this country. The only standard replacement parts should be held to is mine! Bumpers only have to withstand 5mph impact! Having said that America deserves what we get,as half the population cant be bothered to vote! Not voting should at least be a sin! I was referred to Fix Auto following a car crash by my AAA Insurance. Fix Auto made the entire process very easy.They accomodated my schedule, gave an accurate initial estimate of the total cost, called me a Lyft to Hertz, and took care of things between themselves and my insurance such that I did not have to do anything except leave and pick up the car.There is one final important thing that I wanted to highlight. The day after I took my car back from Fix Auto, I had to take my car to my dealership because there was something wrong with the brake lights. This turned out to be an issue with a recalled part, not related to Fix Auto. During the visit, I had a Subaru (my manufacturer) technician do a full diagnostic on the engine (just for my peace of mind). He reported back that everything was in working order but more importantly, the technician was pleasantly surprised that every single thing was put back together the correct way. He told me that in his experience, when he services cars that have come from an external auto repair shop, minor things are not in put back in the right place.I had a great experience with Fix Auto. Would definitely recommend.
