Just have a tinted window replacement and head light restoration with them today. I had a bubble on the drivers side window and would like to replace it. Because the color was not perfectly matched with the passenger side window so it was recommended to replace that too. Now I have some nice looking windows and head lights.

I got a 3M window tint here years ago now. I was always skeptical about aftermarket films, because Ive seen bubbling on old cars before. After a few years, my tint is still perfectly optically clear. I returned for a sun shade, which is amazing, a headlight resurfacing, and UV film for my resurfaced headlights. Quality work all around.

Way overdue review for Mike and team. I’m a long time returning customer, Mike helped us on three of my previous cars the past few years and just did the 3M Ceramic IR tint on our 2021 Toyota Mirai. Their price is very competitive and comes with great workmanship. What really excelled is their customer service, any issues on tint and Mike took care of it right away. Tinted my Kia Soul on Sept 9 2020. The entire experience with Quality Auto Glass & Tint was phenomenal!Received online quote promptly and the price was good ($150 below the most expensive quote, and $25 above the cheapest). Scheduling appointment online was super easy. Showed up 8:30am, spent 15 minutes on paperwork and selecting the shade of tint. Went to run some errands. I received a text msg 10:30am saying my car was ready. Picked it up and it looked great. Received an email later that afternoon from 3M with my lifetime warranty.I went with 3M Ceramic IR, 70% on the front doors, 15% on all windows to the rear. The tint is very clear and there is no glare or distortion. After waiting a week, I rolled down the windows and was amazed at how tight they were able to get the tint to the top window edges. Excellent work!Special note: I messed up and missed my original appointment. I called Mike to apologize, and he was totally understanding. He said no problem, just go online and make another appointment. Great customer service!Ill be back when I get my next car.

Great customer service, professional work, and competitive pricing, what more could you ask for? Im very particular about who I chose to do work on my cars, and Ive been taking our cars here for literally the last 10 years. Ive gotten about 5 cars tinted here and a few windshields replaced as well. Every time they are ready for me when I show up, and finish on time as well. I usually call around for pricing just to make sure Im getting a good deal here, and I always am. This time I went with a newer 3M film called Ceramic IR, which is a step above ColorStable but a notch below the Crystalline. Whatever your choice in film, I highly recommend Mike and crew to install it perfectly.

Buyer beware: Passenger window on my $100,000 sports car was scratched after coming to this shop.I returned 1 week after initial installation (today) to get a straight line scratch on my tint fixed-- turns out the scratch is not on the tint but on the window glass itself. I first saw the scratch last week as I was rushing out their driveway due to them being understaffed and taking 2+ hours to install the tint. At the time, I couldnt turn around and have them look at it again because they had already made me late for my meetings.Today, they tried to convince me it was a rock that did damage to the window which is impossible because the cut is surgically straight. It is perfectly straight like a ruler was used to make it. The damage wasnt there before I came into their shop because I had cleaned my windows the night before installation and inspected them, and then it was there right after I picked up my car leaving their shop.tl;dr:- Dont go for the cheapest quote, for a few dollars more, there are many other tinting companies who can do an equally good job without risking damage to your car.- Theyve posted photos of my car online to show off their work. I did not give them written permission to post this photo (see attached) and my license plate is fully visible in the original photo (violating my privacy)Im able to pay out of pocket to fix this damage myself but for those reading my review please dont take the risk with this business with your car and please learn from my mistake. Spend a few more dollars at another business and avoid the same headache entirely._______________________Original review:Good, but not great.I came in yesterday to get my Jaguar F-Types windows tinted (back window and side windows). The service was very friendly and appointment was easy to make on their website but the overall experience was subpar for 2 reasons:1. The application of the tint on my passenger window was poorly done. There are multiple bubbles and a cut straight down the center of the tint sheet. It looks like someone who was trimming the tint film accidentally cut the center of the film itself. Its very noticeable and Im not sure how it passed quality check. Maybe they thought I wouldnt notice.Im trying to make another appointment to see if they can fix it but no one is picking up the phone and the available appointment dates are another few days away. Ill also need to take time out of my busy schedule to visit their shop again for who knows how long which is very inconvenient.2. The entire tinting process took over 2 hours. I was given notice they were understaffed once I arrived at the office which impacted my meetings for that morning since I only budgeted 1.5 hours to be there. I ended up taking an Uber home and back so I wouldnt miss my morning meetings adding to the overall cost of the experience.In summary: waited over a week to get an appointment, got the appointment and installation took over 2 hours, then once installed the passenger window was not well done.Ill update this review once I try to fix the passenger window tint.

Great service as always! Mike and his team took care of my windshield replacement needs very smoothly - I arrived, they moved out the cars they were finished with, and immediately started to work on removing the old windshield while simultaneously prepping the new windshield which was already sitting at the shop. Out with the old cracked windshield and in with the new - its like seeing in HD. Ive been returning since 2006 for new window tint service, no issues and they back their work proudly.

The crew over at Quality is top notch. This is my third Audi I have left with them to get tint and have always left happy. They always do great work and take their time where it counts to make sure the quality, fit and finish is top notch. I called around to multiple places for quotes, and these guys were certainly not the cheapest (but also not the most expensive). I think this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for.Will be coming back with my next vehicle for sure.

I had the most amazing experience here. My glass was completely shattered and Joe fixed it up and cleaned out the glass from the inside so it looked completely brand new! I came here last month and the results of my car are by far are excellent. My car looks so much better than before when it didn’t have any tint. Mike was super helpful and didn’t hesitate to tell me my original idea didn’t transition well. So he showed me what would look best for the transition of light to dark tints. He was willing to educate me and told me what looks good from his point of view. I love the hard work he put in and results show for it. Will definitely come back for future auto work. 10/10!!!

Ive had 2 vehicles tinted at Quality Auto Glass & Tint, a MB C300 and a Tesla Model 3. Both times, I felt that the staff was very professional, non-pushy, and did a (ahem) quality job. More importantly, the prices seem fair.On my recent visit, I worked with Joe and he really took care of me. One thing that stood out to me was that he was patient in explaining things which can be invaluable for those of us not terribly experienced with cars and/or the tinting process.Another thing to note specifically for Tesla owners, I read on a few Tesla forum posts that some owners had computer damage (that led to costly repairs) after tinting their windshields. Quality Auto Glass has a ton of experience with Model 3s so there was no worry there. My Model 3 turned out great!All in all, I highly recommend Quality Auto Glass & Tint to anyone looking to tint their rides!

These guys did an awesome job tinting my Tesla Model Y ! I went with the CTX 30% tint on the front to match the 25% on my rear windows. I had them put a 30% banner on the front for now but thinking about changing it to a 70% for the whole windshield.

I dropped in and got my windows tinted on the same day. Mike was knowledgeable and explained clearly to me different types of films. The crystalline films work very well on reducing heat.

Came in a bit late for my appointment, but that was no problem. Finding the shop was a bit difficult, but youll see it tucked away in the middle of other car shops. Michael showed me the different services available and was extremely courteous and professional at the same time. Even though I chose a cheaper option, he didnt try to upsell me which was nice.They then got to work and within about two hours, they were done. And they did a great job! Michael explained what they did and also explained the basics like not putting down my windows for the next 24 hours, etc.Would recommend this shop to anyone else looking for a good quality tint!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Tuesday night 3 of my back windows were broken due to theft & vandalism while enjoying a concert in the city. NEVER PARK IN A REGULAR LOT with no attendee.Wednesday morning I found their listing on Google my Business and also checked Yelp with great reviews and photos. Not only did I need the windows replaced immediately, I also needed TINT. So glad I texted Quality Auto Glass and even got a response before they opened. I was able to call Toyota to get the special order glass ordered and delivered Thursday and also coordinate with State Farm before 9am.Definitely wasnt expecting the car to be done until Friday due to tint and glass delivery time. They work with State Farm direct on most claims so that was also painless (besides the $500 deductible thanks to thieves) since Mike knew the process inside out.Got the call same-day I dropped it off that my car would be done by 5pm and they would be willing to stay 30 minutes later so I could finish working. Thank you thank you thank you! Go see these guys if you need any windshield repair or tint. Highly recommended for making my horrible experience of getting broken into the easiest repair possible.

Mike, Chris, and Gary - you are great at what you do. I brought my car here for a 3M crystalline tint. The material significantly reduces heat, glare, and UV in the car. We ended up noticing that one of the windows was scratched and the manufacturer replaced the entire window. Even given this fact, the shop replaced the tint without a question. Indeed the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you want a high-quality heat-reducing tint.

I had a star chip on my windshield after catching a small rock on a highway. Worrying that it can crack and spread further I took it to this glass repair shop. Guys did a great job and explained everything in how they do it and what could happen. Whole job took about half an hour and result looks perfect. Hope it holds together for as many years as I keep this car.

This is my 3rd time using these guys between window tinting and/or windshield replacement. Every time they have had excellent communication, professionalism, and performed extremely high quality work. Inflation is wild. $200 for the tint and 10% for paying cash each and every time I had gone here...now $450 or $600 depending on film. Ill go else or maybe buy a roll, squeegee and supplies to give it a go myself. YouTube University has to have videos. Was 5 and as they do good work I can only reduce it based on value to 3 now. I assume they still install well and warranty their work. So theres that if you want to pay lots.Ive had three cars tinted here and sent about 4 friends to them. Only one bubble on a back window in all 7 installs and the happily fixed my buddies back window. They ROCK! The last time I went, there was a discount if you pay with cash...so bring cash.

I booked an appointment, and they held true to their reservations and time completion estimate. I was able to get 2 windows done while on my lunch break and make it back in time. Not only were they fast, but they also completed the job with the care and precision I would have done, if I did it myself. This place will be receiving my hard earned money again.

Someone broke into my car this morning and after a sequence of stressful events, I finally found a place that could replace my window the same day. I slowly drove my car to this place at 10am and they initially said my car would be ready around 2-3pm since they have to wait for the glass to arrive. The guy that works here someone managed to get my glass and have my car ready before 11am! They cleaned out my car and replaced my glass for me all within an hour of arriving here. They saved me so much hassle and time and I couldn’t be more grateful. Not to mention, their prices are fair and they were incredibly kind!

Excellent: Vandals broke out the side window on my 2012 Camry. Quality replaced the window and cleaned every piece of broken glass out of he car for $180.00. I gave them the keys at 9:00 am and the car was ready at 1:00 pm the same day.Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly service.All other auto glass places were not available for 1 to 3 days and wanted twice as much!

I baught a 2017 challenger “at the time of buying my dealership did some detailing on car and left some water marks on the window which i haven’t seen that time, after 2 weeks “i tinted my car from quality glass, on afternoon when i came to pick my car i saw some marks on window, i got disappointed but the guy suggest me to wait for a week atleast, later after a month i went to show them the window “they told me its a manufacture default or dealership .. but i didn’t admit and listen ‘ when they removed the film from glass and cleaned it and the marks were there” i felt so bad and apologize, they still did it under warranty and changed the piece didn’t asked any extr charge .. i really impressed and like their service and i will keep continue bringing my cars in future .. sorry for the trouble .. @qualityautoglass

Called them up a couple of weeks ago, and these guys were the only ones around that dealt with 3M products at the most reasonable price. Decided to take my Honda CR-V in for tinting, so I called them up for a Saturday reservation. They told me that on Saturday, all customers were dealt with on a first-come-first-serve basis, and that customers come in as early as 7:30am. I told them I was OK with that. They quoted me $275 for the front and back (again, for a 3M product).I drove up exactly at 7:30am, and there was already one customer before me. I went in, and they told me about the different films they had. I was originally going to go with the FX tint, but after realizing that I couldnt tint my windshield with an FX, I decided to go color-stable on the back and crystalline on the front. At this point, I had thought that when I said I wanted to go crystalline on the front, theyd understand I wanted to crystalline on the entire front of the car, including the windshield (since I didnt have to specify that I wanted my trunk separately). Unfortunately, there was some sort of miscommunication...I got my car tinted, took it back home (felt a bit weird that my windshield didnt look that different, but didnt dare touch my windows since they said it had to dry up completely for 24hrs, and I couldnt even roll down my windows), and decided to get my wifes car (a Mini Cooper) tinted as well. I called them up, and they squeezed me in that day. Did the exact same thing ($475 each), and just when we thought we got everything tinted, Mike joked that wed want to get the windshield tinted soon as well. We were shocked, since we thought we had gotten the entire car tinted (including the windshield). Mike told us hed give us a deal if we brought in both cars the week after for the windshield.We took our cars back (and my wife noticed they left their work spray bottle and squeegee in her car - fortunately it only stained the floor mat a bit), and somewhat reluctantly (since we felt a bit cheated) called them for our windshield the week after. I again got in at 7:30am, and this time I was the first one there, so I decided to stick around the area thinking Id be able to pick up my car in a bit. Waited until noon (and was seeing several customers that came in *after* me get serviced first) - so much for first-come-first-serve. Took in my wifes car right after, and again.. waited around for a long time.. There were others waiting around as well, complaining that they werent adhering to their first-come-first-serve policy (and were even servicing customers that walked-in without a reservation before those who came in before with a reservation). Finally, got a call at 5pm and picked up my wifes car - took the whole day to get 2 windshields done (and had to waste a weekend just because of that initial miscommunication).Overall, were happy with the job they did (the tints are a 5/5) - the windows look really nice, and I definitely feel the car has cooled down even in the blazing California sun (and I dont feel my arms are getting scorched while driving). Id definitely go back if I needed another car tinted, but hopefully theyll make their pricing crystal clear so that future customers wont get disappointed (and waste time) because of a miscommunication (-0.5 stars). And hopefully theyll adhere to their first-come-first-serve policy, especially given how popular they are now (again, -0.5 stars).
