Very friendly staff, always so helpful. They liberally introduce the scents of the candles and share useful information about their products. Samples offered. The place is mesmerizing to the olfactory!

The staff who works here are ALL SO AMAZING!! especially the store manager Regina, she is literally one of my favorite person that works at VF. but they do always run out of certain popular items like the 34 and the ilio and of course the candle dome. but anyways, couldn’t be more happier with my experience here at this store and i just love the people who work here!

In searching for some limited edition candles I called the Valley Fair Diptyque to see if they had any still available. I LOVE the day that I discovered Regina! She was so very helpful and able to secure a few of the limited edition candles even though they were scarce. She was very communicative and warmly let me know which scents they did have in stock.She explained how to use and sent over the pay link so quickly!At the end of the conversation, I asked if there were any samples or ways for her to share a scent with me. Specifically the scents for the car inserts. While there is no way to sample the car scents beads, Regina quickly thought that she could spray some of the scents on the paper scent stick and put them in my package. (As they were out of the specific tester sizes of the fragrance for the car beads.) The box just arrived and I was THRILLED to be able to try out different little scent sticks to see which is my favorite for my car to see which I would like to go with. She went above and beyond to include some other scent paper stick with other candle scents I was not sure I would like.I will go out of my way to shop through Regina again! She was a true seasoned professional, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to shop with. Diptyque has earned a loyal customer because of my very positive experience with Regina :)

I always enjoy coming to this store! In addition to offering beautiful fragrances, I really appreciate how nice and knowledgeable the staff are. Regina and Shoanna (sorry if I misspelled your name!) are two lovely ladies who have provided the best customer service. They are also willing to answer any questions i had.I suggest going to this store instead of the one inside Nordstrom. They offer way more products and you also get a free candle for your birthday if you sign up for their email newsletters.
