Glassware and the remaining nicotine vapes that are allowed to be sold are good and haven’t had an issue. what is not good (and this is not on any employees) is the dab pen battery stock. i have purchased multiple different brands (at least 6) of dab pen batteries over the last year or two from this shop and none have lasted more than two or so weeks no matter how expensive. i have returned with the no longer working pen battery and exchanged it and will try the battery in store to make sure it works, but days later it won’t. i smoke daily and have been using a pen for years, so i know how to take care of a battery to make it last long. i have never purchased batteries that lasted for less time than from here and will no longer purchase any batteries from here moving forward

I came to hot box today to get my first piece, and Dominique literally made my entire day. She was so unbelievably sweet and really knowledgeable of all their pieces, and she was super accommodating with pricing as well. She also threw in a free lighter to celebrate getting my first piece and she was just so personable and gave me the best possible experience. This Place Has It All Good Lookin out On The Customer Service On The Phone, I Call Asked For Help Lookin For A Puff Bars And The Female On The Phone Replied Back Lettin Me Know That They Had Them And They Have Variety Of Flavors Etc ..... She Went Above And Beyond, Explaining To Me The Entire Get Down Of Their Process Once Gettin Into The Shop. I dont typically visit places like this, but when I was trying to buy an alternative to smoking cigarettes for my Dad, I came here. The guy working the register was very helpful with all my questions and made some really good recommendations. My Dad enjoyed the e-cigarette and was quite pleased with the thing as he didnt know they existed. All in all I would come back here again if I needed to buy something else along those lines. =)

The employees at night usually give the best service. One time we went during the day and some girl was trying to sell us an item that was clearly marked down and then took off the lower price and says it was a mistake from a 420 sale (we were there in June). We didnt like that. She should have given it to us for the price she said (the discounted one). Anyway, this store is close to where i live and has pretty good prices. Love the accessories/bags in store.

Convenient shop located along El Camino Real. I enjoy their wide selection of smoking products and reasonable prices. Every time I go, I always make sure Sam is serving me because he has a great attitude and knowledge in the products that are being sold.

If you are on the mature side look for another smoke shop. I went to this place early when they opened and the music was extremely loud and obnoxious. The employee couldn’t even hear me and didn’t even care that it was very strange. Used to be a loyal customer. But no more.

Went there looking for some disposable ecigs but they didnt have any. Instead the employee turned us onto some other vape pen which he admitted wasnt selling well. He sold us the vape for 15 bucks which is the price of about 2 disposables anyway. The guy working was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely good customer service; was definitely refreshing too see a shop that has a sign near the entrance of the shop about good customer service walk the walk. This place is great. I went with my dad so to find a torch lighter. The guy working checked emptied the torch and filled it up with better flue ( not the cheap stuff the factory fills it with ) and made sure it worked before selling it. Then I wanted a USMC zippo he checked my military ID and not only gave a discount ( I didnt even ask for one) but gave me a can a fuel for a 4th of July gift. Coming back here for sure.

This place is the best. The guy working up front was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and helped me get exactly what i was looking for. He gave me advice on what resistance to get for my atomizer, and when there was a coil he wasnt sure would work, he gave it to me for free. Awesome place, definately coming back

Bought tobacco and charcoal, when I realized it was about 30% markup than other places they declined to refund. Their store policy is no refunds on my items. Not sure why such policy exists especially when I returned the product still sealed. I bet you can find most of their stuff cheaper elsewhere, so shop around before you buy there.
