Between the cashier that seems uninterested in helping anyone and the false advertising that they carry all teams, they deserve a zero. They have like 4 baseball teams. Waste of time

Love this store! Great deals, great customer service, clean place & they had plenty of options. As soon as you step in youre greeted ever so politely & extended help of needed. They arent breathing down your back which is nice and once you do ask for help they are on it with a smile on their faces which is just awesome. My boyfriend and I went in looking for something to wear to battle of the bay and we found it here after looking in like 3 other sports stores at 3 different malls this one was the one! Even got help from the cashier who had some knowledge and advice of how to get to the game and it was just great. If youre in the area definitely check this store out!

This small sports apparel store was just a taste of the whole experience going to Valley Fair. Everyone was greeted before us, but as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were ignored. This one male employee in particular (should have gotten his name) stayed in the area we were browsing, kept asking everyone else around us how they were doing, but ignored us so deliberately it was obvious. I literally work in retail myself, so I know he was following protocol when they suspect someone is being suspicious. Then he had the AUDACITY to tell another male employee while I was in earshot -- its probably a false alarm, but I dont know I just didnt get a good vibe from them when I walked in. This makes more sense when I mention we were the only minorities in the store. I literally got so upset to the point where I just told the bf we had to leave. Store has some decent apparel for sport fans, but maybe they would be more successful if they didnt hire racially prejudice pretentious jerks.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection.
