I love this place. Not only were the guys at the counter nice, theyre very personable and they keep the store nice and clean. This is probably the best card shop that Ive been to. Its very organized, theyre really transparent about prices and overall nice people.Best LCS in the bay!

I went up to area to visit 5 game stores, and although it aint the prettiest, it might by the best LGS I have ever been to. The store was packed with players and customers, and the staff handled the busy environment with ease. Joe helped us and he was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He was simply awesome. Next time I am in the area, I am definitely hitting up this store. Incredible product and great customer service!

Weirdly elitist staff (namely the guy taking tournament slips), community has pretty poor hygiene. Pretty unfriendly compared to the other drafts Ive gone to in the area.

Came here to draft in person after a long haitus. Place was clean and organized, they have singles and sealed products of all different card games, and staff was nice and kind

I have bought cards from Channel Fireball a few times. Shipping is a bit expensive to my country but the experience was pretty good.I bought cards for one of my friends as well, CB couldnt find all the cards we ordered. They gave us an options to resolve it, cashback, alternative card quality, my friend wasnt disappointment and I got my money back from him.They never sent me scratched cards as near mint. Awesome game store full of a bunch of nice people. A fun, competitive environment that retains a high level of play without being rude or cutthroat. Highly recommend as a place to play games. The game selection is fairly small, but its minor compared to the event atmosphere.

As a very casual player, I feel the atmosphere has improved since the move to the new location, both in terms of having actual AC and other players not being overly competitive. Theres also way more and easily accessible parking because its more of a shopping area rather than an industrial building.

This is the place to go for your MTG fix. World renowned. If you want to get better at the game, this is the place to go to play some of the games most competitive players. This is a game center. What makes this place five stars, is the friendly and open environment. You come to play the game, but you leave with a friend.

Found a ton of MTG Cards and brought them here to see if they were worth anything. And I obviously knew nothing about any of it but staff was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone into this kind of stuff.

A great local card store. The employees are very nice and cards ship fast from their online store to their location. Its always busy and is a great place to go if youre into Magic, Pokemon, or Yu-Gi-Oh.

Same day pickup of singles ordered online from their extensive stock is excellent. Their in store selection is also decent and they run frequent, smooth tournaments. Some people I know find the atmosphere to be a bit overly competitive, but for others its exactly what they are looking for.Its great to have the physical presence of a top worldwide brand here in town.

Had a nice discussion with an employee over a game of magic today. Im very glad to hear theyre trying to make their store more noob safe and family-friendly. I know sometimes its hard to accept new players & sometimes its really, really, hard to accept Munchkins. However, if we dont help new gamers become better players, you run out of challenges pretty fast.I dont know about you, but I like playing new people.

I drive my son from Santa Cruz for Pokemon league. Its worth the drive. The staff is great great selection and most importantly my son loves it there!! Great community they are building there.

The place is designed with being able to play card games in mind. Theres a toooon of tables. More than Ive ever seen at any non tour atmosphere and its amazing. They have snacks, packs, singles, matts etc. They have a bit of everything you will need. Only reason its not a 5 star is they only support standard in store. The single they have are for standard, the format, packs etc are all for standard. They of course have lands, Nicol bolas and a few other high end non standard cards. But they have the real estate to support more than just standard.

If you 0lan on ordering from this company you might want to rethink your choice! If they mess up your order they will string you on for a month or two send you something they have laying around (still not sending what you order). Then tell you to deal with a different department if you still have a problem. Then no one will respond.

Cool shop, best Im town for selling cards for quick cash. I dont always love there buylist though! Always in & out in a breeze.

THE premier game center for Magic: the Gathering. daily tournaments draw often highly skilled players, especially on Fridays for FNM and for the stores periodic 1K/4K and other major events. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its a great place to meet up with friends, to come to make friends, to pop in for picking up a few singles or a few boxes, or for hanging out all evening.

Prices are good, the players are very skilled, and its ChannelFireball...but its not the most charming LGS. Its fine and relatively spacious but somewhat sterile.

From a purely aesthetic standpoint, the game center isnt much. Its a warehouse-y space located in a odd corner near the San Jose Airport; the decor and amenities are worn but well-kept. What really makes this place shine is the great staff and the community. Especially if youre a Magic: The Gathering fan this is place to be for events, trading, and collecting. Tons of players flock here for Friday drafts, release events, and just to hang out. The staff is super friendly and they have great MTG judge support. Sometimes a taco stand will show up (appropriately named Tapped Out Tacos) to provide burritos and soda. Couldnt really ask for much more from a game store.

If youre looking for a place to play card games in the South Bay, Channel Fireball Game Center is definitely the go-to place especially for Magic. All of the events held by Channel are cheap and worthwhile with lots of space for the many players on any day of the week. The staff are nice and friendly and they have an amazing judge support team happy to help players.

For a name so large, I really expected more. I understand that theyre a large online retailer, but I expected them to have a lot more on hand. Rating because of lack of available singles, store staff was friendly and were sad to hear that they would be unable to provide me the singles I was looking for. I stopped in on my way home to Canada and sadly I wont be back.

I love playing Magic here because it has an energetic pro feel, but its also super affordable with $5 off of events if you preregister online and a good prize structure as well. Theyve also got a lot of stock and if you order through their website you get a great deal since you dont have to pay for shipping to pick it up in store.

Just as expected. Screens for match info, a long counter for trades/purchases.Feature match area! And a bunch of tables with little numbers for matches.Bathrooms and a fridge of refreshments. 10/10 will FNM again.

Felt immediately at home as a foreign magic player in the bay area. People are very friendly, theres constantly something going on and the selection of cards is very broad. Keep in mind: theres no Wi-Fi for the customers and the card prices tend to be higher than in Europe. Still it was a very pleasant visit and I regret that I didnt have time to visit again during my stay in California.

This is THE place to play Magic: the Gathering on the West coast. Its essentially the Star City Games of the West. The place isnt that big and it gets packed to the gills on Friday, so come early for FNM. They have drafts and events every day of the week, and theres always something going on here. The players are fairly competitive, and youll even find some pro players here once in a while.

They host great mtg events. Well organized and good EV. The community is great too. Very friendly and also good at mtg so good for improving.

I usually buy their product online since im out of state. When i came to visit my family in the bay area i decide to stop by the store to huy some boxes and singles. I asked one of their store clerks if they have any boxes in stock and he just ignored me, when i asked for help with some singles he look irrate. I asked for the pricing on some singles and he was upset that i asked. I know i was in a short and white t shirt, but i just got off my flight and had lunch. I left upset and went to another store to to buy products. Im just upset that one of your employees judge me on how i looked. He probably had a bad day but if he did he shouldnt take it out on customers

Everything you could want from a magic the gathering store. Cards, supplies, friendly staff, and events. Boosters are less than msrp! Can get pretty crowded and stuffy at peak release times. Lots of tables to play at but table clothes are kind of dirty. All in all our favorite place to get cards and play at prereleases.
