For some reason the shop feels smaller than other locations, prices are very good since they sell lots of organic products. If you are getting a new membership do get the executive they offer you more benefits

Got a lot of great stuff there. But we all wish there could be more deals…Meanwhile, you have to be really careful with the deals, since some of the stuff didn’t reduce the price at the cashier. ⚠️This could be really frustrating and will definitely take you a lot of time to wait and get the correct receipt… If you meet a kind staff, that’s not a big problem. But sometimes the staff could be inpatient to deal with their matter and that sucks🙃

They always have discounted prices for most of the stuff especially liquor. Good store most of the stuff is in stock and not too much crowded. Checkout lines can be long on weekends. Parking is manageable. Gasoline is also not too occupied.

This rating is for the cell phone service kiosk they have inside. Do not get any service from BK. This guy has no customer service skills. Went in to upgrade our phone and I have never experience such a difficult time trying upgrade my phones, both placing the order and pick up. I had to repeat myself multiple times, didn’t provide solutions, messed up our service plans and left our iPhones out in the open while he help other customers.

I give Santa Clara Costco 5 stars *****I bought a bottle of avocado oil last week 7/16/2021, but somehow the bottle was missing after I got home ( I went home directly from Costco ). 7/17/21 I revisit Costco LOST & FOUND to see if anyone turn-in the bottle, but no luck. Anyway, the service guy told me to get another bottle for free. They trust their customers without bother to check my receipt. I dont see this kind of excellent customer services from other store/resellers.

Where else can you buy bicycles for $350 in the Bay Area during the pandemic?! Not sure how good they are, but they’re at least aluminum.Almost left with a couch too, $300 cheaper in store than on their website. Alas, already spent $500 on food. Lol

Its a Costco, what can I say. Its got almost everything, just youll be hard pressed to find it, and if you find something you particularly like they wont have it the next week. Somehow still the best place to get most freezer goods stock up on household goods. And dont forget to get gas!

I work near here I get off at 2:30pm great time to go by the way not many shoppers and gas line is pretty open. I usually come for food at food court. Their staff there is great. I call in for whole pizza and they have it ready for me every time. Its also pretty clean. This is not a huge costco its in a shopping center but it has most things I go and shop for.

Only went for gasoline, but . . . . For some reason this Costco gas station is $0.10 less expensive than at any other Costco gas station in the San Jose area. Dont understand? All other merchandise at Costco is priced identically.

This location is the best. Best people - no attitude of superiority - just decent human beings unlike the people at the Tully location.

Its a very huge warehouse kind of store everything is very cheap and good. Furnitures are little bit less attractive here and kinda expensive. Alcohol is kinda good here and price wise too I suggest to come atleast once

Love Costco and every Costco is a bit diffrent. They really pay attention to their demographics and carry specific products for their customers.. plus Costco is the last place where a family of 4 can eat dinner for under $20 bucks ( large pizza, 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas )

Im a big fan of Costco. They always have great products at great prices. I cant say that this Costco stands out to other Costcos, but I cant complain about this specific location. I found parking easily on a Friday...almost surprising. And the checkout lines were not so bad.

As of July 2020, Costco Santa Clara does not require masks for customers who have been vaccinated, although many continue to wear them as a precaution. They are handing out samples again, albeit for limited numbers of different products. No line to get in the doors, but the parking lot had the usual entrance and exit bottlenecks.

I wish the store would give verbal and visual cues to customers indicating the appropriateness of how to move through the store. Today, I little boy ran in the exit almost slamming into my cart. Before that some woman just stopped in front of me to check out a product. Then as I was waiting there the people who were coming in the opposite direction also totally oblivious of me, took their time going by this woman. 🤔 Help, Costco

Tire center wasnt very helpful at all, hung up on me while I was asking a question about a battery they used to carry. Manager was nice but thats about it.

I go to Santa Clara and Sunnyvale Costco. The Santa Clara one is less crowded and occasionally I found things not available in Sunnyvale. Getting in and out of there is slightly more difficult because of the 4-way stop signed entrance

This is my go to Costco always well organized and well stock. I try to come during the week on the weekends it’s hard to get into the parking lot. You spent more time getting into the parking lot then at the register they always have a good amount of registers open.

I go to this Costco quite regularly and always get good service. I honestly cannot recall a single time where I was even given okay customer service, it has always been good

This is one of chain stores that I like to visit often besides Amazon. The prices are amazing when you buy in bulk especially in this pandemic. My source for sanitation papers/towers, water, groceries, and gasolines. Unfortunately, they don’t have EV chargers. I hope they will add the EV chargers soon as more customers will be driving more EV cars.

I can’t remember tht cashier’s name and she was rude to us. So she told us to put our foods and things on counter then she ignored us. She talked to other customers. Even worse she wiped her face the touched our foods and things then put them in cart. My dad said maybe she doesn’t like us cuz we r Asian. Other employee saw everything, but she did nothing

I had a terrible experience at Costco tires. Wanted new tires to be assessed for prorating due to warranty. The staff needlessly made me run around from the person to the counter, Julio the manager and then passed to another and then back to Julio who did not even take care of it at the end. Wasted an hour of my time. Asked me to come back for assessment in 2 days. This lack of customer service culture seems to be from Julio. Sadistic behavior. Never had it in other Costco. Avoid this center like plague.

We do most of our shopping here and the store has a good selection of items. Staff are friendly, helpful. They even have options to have items home delivered if you can’t fit bigger items into your car. But be sure to be home and have your phone within network range when they do the delivery else they charge you extra for making them turn around

This is probably my favorite costco in the area. Theres never as many people as the other Costcos and I feel like their selection is better than the other Costcos. The lines are short especially for the gas pump which is super nice and they have complimentary air fill stations which is helpful. Other than that everything else is the same as you would expect.

Excellent organic produce, quality appliances and dyi home improvement stuff — with unpredictable variety. Very helpful folks. And of course inexpensive gasoline.

I have been visiting this place since last four years. Earlier, they have front side gas station which is moved to back side but that move didn’t help to improve much parking problem. But anyway, I love Costco be it any location because of great value for money and service they provide.Costco has almost everything which needs on monthly basis, grocery items, entertainment passes, travel packages, rental car deals electronic items ... etc and this year they are started sales of couple MacBook which is good additionI almost purchase quit good amount of books from here. In general prices are great (especially on sale)The staff is great here. It can be difficult to find things when they move stuff around.

I am very partial towards Costco as one of my favorite vendors. Their quality and value is awesome. Their price on gasoline, Along with its good quality, is outstanding. Then they give you money back on your credit card that at the end of the year is such a pleasant surprise.

I do most of my shopping at Costco. I especially appreciate their tequila anejo. I will buy a case which will keep me happy for weeks. Plus they keep offering different instant meals, during this pandemic is a blessing.

The only issue with this store is the parking lot entrance/exit design. Poorly done. But the store has more options than sunnyvale location sonwe tolerate.

Like any other Costco its always full of stuff that you dont need but you want it. The only thing here is to enter to the parking lot. Its only one way to get there and sometimes the line is too long and you may spend 10-15 minutes to come in to the parking lot.

I dont like about Costco because you have to pay for your membership why should I have to pay money to save. But its great place to shop as long as youre buying in bulk they always have great things always moving in a new product they have a great travel deals everything here is always great but buy it while you see it cuz if you see it now itll be gone tomorrow

The gas station is in the back and traffic to go in and out is bad. They should have add another exit but I don’t think it’s possible in that location

Costco rocks. Save lots of money every year, but miss the food court polish sausage, would gladly give back the acqi bowl and cheese burger to get back the polish sausage. Nomally we get a whole combo pizza with no cheese ...latose intolerance thing. This time however when we got home we discovered the pizza had no cheese as ordered, but unfortunately it also had no sauce. We got a good laugh out of it. Discovered that without sauce to glue things down all the toppings end up in a corner of the box. We redistributed the toppings and in the process of eating our pizza. Humm...wondering if I can leverage Costcos world famous satisfaction guaranteee to get a new pizza. Naw...at this price point, can let it slide.😂

Various Costco carries different number of products. When oat milk was in shortage in 5 other Costcos, only the Costco at Coleman has plenty of oat milk. Call ahead to check out availability of certain products.

I always love Costco for shopping. Never got any problem with the products. After COVID-19 few changes made very helpful. Good staff with all the consumer follow the guidelines always with the mask on, people taking precautions and trying stay apart 6ft.

I gave 5 stars because I always love Costco. This visit they were out of paper towels and toilet paper. Its the first time since the beginning of SIP, it may have been posted outside but I didnt think to check. They are also serving samples again which was surprising, but it looked safe. However no was interested in them.

Special gas for the air for tires. Killer seafood, very fresh. Let not go to the holiday candies. Stock changes as the seasons change. These people are at the top of their game. The help can speak English an care for the customers.
