The service is good. I wish the kiosk had more description of the desserts, like what is in each dessert. Our order came out really fast. The toppings and flavors are good, but the ice is really disappointing. It should be shaved and soft and fluffy, but instead its hard and not enjoyable to eat. Its more like crushed ice than shaved. I hope they can fix this issue.
I would actually give it a 3.5I liked the process of ordering & collecting order. You order via a kiosk and you get a text when your order is ready. We ordered Bubble Milk Tea and Egg Chocolate Deluxe Waffle.While waffle was very yummy, the bubble tea is a disappointment. The consistency and taste isnt there. I have had bubble tea a lot and I know how Boba should be. Wont be trying Bubble tea again.However, waffles are nice and worth a try. They are hot, comes with ice-cream and almonds!
40 mins later and still haven’t gotten my order. It is not that busy today. Are they having a hard time staffing due to the pandemic? I don’t know, all I know is it shouldn’t take this long for a shaved ice with premade toppings. It’s not like they cooked the grass jelly fresh when I ordered. If someone told you 3 grass jelly shaved ices would take an hour, would you go?Finally we get our order and check out the huge chunk of ice my son is trying to break down…
Very unsatisfied. Ordered through a delivery app. I specified that I wanted the milk tea to be NO Ice as my stomach was not feeling well and I wanted something warm, but they still put big chunks of ice cubes in my order regardless of my notes. It’s ridiculous that I had to take out the ice cubes one by one myself with a spoon! Order from another store if you can. Not recommending this specific location!!
Arrived as soon as the store opens, there was only one person working on the order, apparently another person was late, waited for 20 min for my order, but I understand she was already trying her best. And she gave me free toppings and apologized for the delay. I really appreciate that.
Went to this place when it first opened and it was great. Ended up going back to Fantasia because it is faster and has better boba. Their tea is great, but I prefer the black balls that come from the other store right across the street. They take much longer than Fantasia to produce their drinks. They did mess up my order, which was fixed.
Bummed I spent money here. Theyre pretty rude. Youre forced to order from the kiosk which fine if it were an option. If you dont know what youre ordering or what to order, its nice to be able to talk to the cashier. Not an option here. When I went to desk...where a cash register was set up, the guy shooed me away and pointed to the kiosk. Like, I dont have time for you go order and funk off. Maybe theyre shortstaffed and busy? Still the boba across the way most def has better service so Id rather give them my money. Been here twice, hoping first bad visit was a fluke. Omw put a young mom and her mom were saying, This place has a really bad vibe. Theyre rude and slow.
The girl who takes order there is rude......not polite at all. She speaks with the attitude like “you can eat or go... don’t bother me”. She does not even want take any customer questions...I like go to meet fresh in bay area. But I do NOT recommend anyone go in this particular store.
Quick and convenient ordering process: order from 2 machines placed by the door, input cellphone number with order, assigned an order number, get a text when order is ready to be picked up. There is hand sanitizer at every machine. Great drinks and desserts!

Im a fan of meet fresh but from today I will never order their any kind of drink anymore. They totally lose their loyal customer.I order one hot jelly red bean drink. When I get my drink, the lady didnt tell me its very hot. I sip a little and I suddenly feel burn in my mouth. Its WAY too hot to drink. I tell the lady in meet fresh theres never happened in Cupertino store. The drinks burn my tone and throat.I went to see my family doctor after. I call their manager but they didnt feel sorry about the service.Its the worst customer service Ive seen.The lady argues she is doing the right procedure the company gives her.Its a shame.
The Ube and Taro Paste Signature is so good! The grass jelly shaved ice is the highlight. I will definitely add extra GJ ice next time.
The staff here definitely need more training about how to talk to customers, even how to talk to human being. They are very RUDE. We have some simple questions about ice level, and staff here is like, shut up, leave me alone and just freaking order and pay by the machine. DONT COME HERE.
I came with friends, and we ordered Ube teas, one waffle, and one other snack item. I went to counter to ask if they had plastic forks or a knife, and the girl’s response was “for what?” I explained that we were just trying to cut and share the waffle. She then replied “Can’t you just use your hands?”. I was a little shocked by this response given that I explained we were just trying to be covid cautious. They had hand sanitizer everywhere, but I hope they realize that not everyone wants to eat with their hands. Alternatively, a simple “sorry, we don’t” would have also worked
This location has incompetent staff. We have visited this location out of convenience twice, but we left both times unhappy and unsatisfied.First time order took a long time for simple drinks, and they tasted very bad. The tea had a bitter taste from sitting there so long.Second time we ordered one item off the desert menu and it took more than 40 minutes. The order they called for us was not our order. Our order was completed 30 minutes prior but the staff cannot read their own ticket when shown and asked during this wait time multiple times. Order was also wrong. Instead of remaking it they offered a substitute and made it seem like they were doing us a favor.
This store is much worse than another meet fresh store. Service is really slow. Food is not good. I ordered red bean soup today and it taste and smell burnt. The taro chuck is bad pick, not starchy but crunchy. Taro paste is not smooth at all and from bad pick of taro. I would rather drive 20m to Cupertino than here.More detail. Throw up later last night
Havent been to Meet Fresh for a while. Its more pricey now, but still taste good. Not feeling any difference for this location comparing with other locations.
I love their fluffy teas. Ordering is pretty easy, but you may have to wait a lot longer if you order things like the egg waffle.
Super rude staff. Came in to try there drinks for the first time and while ordering at the machine, one of the workers screamed in frustration in front all the customers “STOP ORDERING BOBA! WE DON’T HAVE ANYMORE!” I was shocked at the tone and left and didn’t order.
Ordered 5 Boba drinks.All with no ice. Two fruit series drinks with with extra Boba (0.5 $ extra).In what we got, two of them had full ICE in them.One of the where we ordered extra Boba had no Boba in them .Guys, Please train your staff. Nobody is come to your shop for missing Boba and removing ice. People will just stop coming.

Ive had too many bad experiences with this place to go back. Mainly, the staff is very rude and unhelpful. On my last visit, I tried placing an order using their kiosk and when it wasnt working properly, I notified a staff member whose response was, in verbatim, What did you want me to do about it? and gave me a blank look. Needless to say, I walked out empty handed.
Food is good, however store managing very bad,restrooms not working, trash can and food plate recycle area were so dirty

Omg yessss this passionfruit mango tea was suuuuper good and the size was perfect because I was thirsty! I really love how you can walk up to a touch screen and make your order to your like plus add add-ons. My drink was ready super fast, they have a super cute inside with some limited booths to sit in. They have menus everywhere and above the registers they have all their new or seasonal drinks or specials. They have a rewards program and QR codes and such to add their social media. My drink was perfect, they let you modify it how you want at the standing touch screen menus. They have so many drink options and desserts/ snacks to try. Will return!

Turns out they gave us a beeper (#19), when the receipt showed beeper #10 (gave us wrong beeper!).No apologies at all, no smiles.Terrible service, and no organization!
Waited 30 minutes for an order of 2 boba teas. It was ridiculous! It seemed like they kept pushing the drink orders to the end and worked on the food orders. Ill be going to Fantasia across the street.
Awful service and missing topping. I’ve been going to the Cupertino Meet Fresh regularly which is great. But I’ll never visit the Santa Clara one again. Their service is awful. Staff talk like you owe them money. And they didn’t give me the topping in my order, which I only found out after driving home.This is the experience I got AFTER giving them tips in the mobile order.
Last time I went I had to wait extra long because I never got a text and they wouldnt check for my name even though my items were there all along. Bad service and the drinks were all watery

Very bad experience. I have been a fan of meet fresh and I always order the same one (hot taro ball 4 substituting pearl with barley) for years!!!! But this particular meet fresh told me they DONT do it, I can only order customized red bean soup. Okay, extra effort and also cost than the regular order, and I came home only to find out no taro ball in it(even after I confirmed with the staff onsite), such a disappointment!!!! Even it’s only five minutes drive, I would never go back. Bad service and experience over all. Not mentioning the wait time. :(
We do online order several times to pick up, but they are always delay our order or even cannot find the order. It’s ridiculous! We always need to wait for another 20min to get the order... And they make the incorrect meal for 2 times... I will say, to save time, I won’t visit anymore!!!
Stopped by for some boba and almond soup and it took more than 45 mins waiting before they told us that they were out of boba. Had asked several times before that and they kept saying its cooking and 3 more minutes and tried to tell me they didnt receive my order until 15 mins after I placed it, but they were reading the computer wrong. It was telling them that was the time they were supposed to have it ready to pick up. I hope the service gets better. We will go elsewhere for now.
Awful service and bad qualityThis is my first time to order in Santa Clara meetfresh. However, I feel really disappoint because the quality is TOTALLY worse than Cupertino meet fresh, and the service is really bad.I ordered Barley tofu pudding and Mung Bean tofu pudding, however I feel like I ordered a tofu pudding with sugar water. I just found A FEW barley and A FEW Mung bean. If i want to have tofu pudding as my dessert again, I would rather choose to driver to Cupertino to order meet fresh to have a REAL barley tofu pudding. I will never back to Santa Clara meetfresh again.

We tried the carmel pudding Q-mochi combo, Milk Tea with boba, sesame mochi, peanut butter mochi, and the milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. Everything was delicious! The milk teas were amazing. The tea was perfectly brewed and the boba was a great texture. If you dont like very sweet desserts the sesame mochi is for you. All of the mochi was soft and delicious. The toasted coconut on the Q-mochi combo added a great depth of flavor. The carmel pudding was sweet and silky. We will definitely make thier our weekly treat!

It is very convenient to order food with the app, and you can pick up the food in one click. I opened it in the car and found that I had made a mistake, because I really didnt like to eat red beans and took it back to tell the clerk. The clerk had a very good attitude and helped me make the right meal. Thank you very much for my little sister, who will come often in the future!
