The double double remains fresh and delicious but the fries have gotten slightly soggy. That said the staffs are so friendly it warms my heart and the clean restaurant is all one can ask for in 2021.Between 12-12:30 is pretty quiet when I left at 1PM it was packed with kids and drive-in had gone all around the parking lot.

Ate here years ago when I was in Santa Clara for a week. The cheeseburger (2x2) was excellent, as were the fries! I wish we had In-n-Out in Central, VA. I love love LOVE the spirit of freedom exemplified by the company, too--we will not be the vaccine police for any government!

Its your typical In-n-out. Clean lots of parking has a drive thru and outside seating. Has cool touchless soda dispenser seen in my pictures. In the parking lot of the AMC Theaters so convenient for some food before or after a movie. Pleasant staff and quick service. Enjoy

This is the First time I ate ‘In n Out’ burger. It’s so yummy!! Tried cheese burger and it’s worth the hype. Though their fries are okay, In n Out sauce made them yummy.

Trips to California are not genuine without a stop at an In-N-Out. I ordered the cheeseburger animal style, side of fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The buns, lettuce, and tomatoes are ALWAYS fresh. I appreciate the consistency of their food. They have a simple menu...but they excell at what they offer. For someone who lives on the other coast and only travels to California once or twice a year it is always a treat to stop here.

One of the best open secrets in California, this is the burger everyone wants to imitate, but just not quite there yet.Pro tip is to order Double-Double burger, with animal style, and cut in half if you want to share with your significant other or friends. I personally prefer well done fries, but their fries are really not what they are famous for. Expect a wait after you order, because all their burgers and fries are made fresh, so it will be some time before your food is ready.

First time here ever, went as a recommendation. As a Canadian visiting California it was actually very fresh for a fast food meal. I got a double double animal style with chilis on it also, strawberry shake was real thick and cold.

Ordered late at night, but there were still a lot of customers. Despite that, it wasnt loud indoors.. Only one person at the cash register for receiving orders in-store. Orders were getting out very slowly, waited about 30 minutes. Bathroom was kind of clean while tables and chairs were not. Employees were nice and receptive to relevant questions.

Meal was great - as always. I had the cheeseburger mustard grilled, no pickles with peppers and fried onions...a long with fries. Employees were very nice; place is clean (I went through the drive thru). The only reason it is not a 5 star is the incredible wait in line. No idea why they cant speed it up! Otherwise, awesome.

Always a great experience. Went late night on 7/22/21 and Grace took my order. Honestly a solid employee and theyre lucky to have her. Shes super quick and friendly and took the time to connect with the customers.

Prices jump for all items on the menu. For example:Hamburgers from $2.45 to $3.30, fries from $2.15 to $2.90. It just doesn’t make sense to raise prices when people are out of jobs and getting throw out of their homes. Please let the CEO that I can’t afford to feed my family of 6 no longer at In-n-out.

Solid food. There was a huge line, I am not 100% certain it was worth the wait, but it was enjoyable.

The food was good as usual. The cleanliness in dining area was unusually dirty and un-serviced. The area was about half full but every empty table inside was dirty. We had to find a table outside. Disappointing for an In-N-Out.

Its good because its in n out. It loses a star though because its probably my least favorite location. Not the employees fault at all. Just the location itself is horrible. The way the line is organized and how busy it is because of the theatre. I would be frustrated as an employee too. The food is great though. Crispiest in n out first ever had.

In-n-Out Burger is the best burger chain in the West and with its menu its easy to see why! The burgers are first-rate and so is everything else. I got mine with chopped onions and it made my Double-Double even better. Good stuff!

In-N-Out has the best value burgers. Their prices are low and the burgers are delicious. It can often be pretty crowded as it is a popular chain, but it does not take too long.

This is a great restaurant. One of the better in n outs in the vicinity. Significantly better than the Milpitas, SJ airport, and Mt View location. Sunnyale location is solid but inconvenient to drive to unless you are already over there

First time ever i dont like my burgers here, buns were burnt, crunchy to the bite.

It’s a burger, it’s not the best burger you’ll ever have in your life and it’s not the worst burger you’ll ever have either. It’s just a normal burger. But its in-n-out burger. You can’t go to California without trying it. By all means have a meal or two while there(Hint: don’t forget to order the animal style fries, also ask about other items that are not on the menu)

I came here a little late at around 10PM to dine with some friends. Seating is socially distanced as most restaurants currently seating are and staff is friendly and much about cleanliness as well. One crew member in particular kindly asked if she could wipe down our table and my party gave her permission. She seems to have thought she had asked in an awkward context but she did nothing wrong. The food was also quality as in n out typically is. Well done!

Food was phenomenal for a fast food chain. Fresh, delicious and wondermous. Staff was upbeat and on the ball each time we went, a total of 3 times in 3 days. :)The only reason I couldnt give it 5 stars was cleanliness. At no time was there an actual clean table. Napkins were often missing, and my drink of choice, iced tea, the container was empty 2 out of 3 times.But the place was slamming busy so these small things were understandable.

It is a good option for people working near it, or to come by car to their drive thru. The prices are the same of others of the same franchise. Recommended.

Accurate and delicious double double protein style no onion extra tomato and a fries!I do wonder what In n Out is doing to drive more environmentally friendly packaging...much of the packaging ends up contaminated by food and so cannot be recycled, or is coated in wax, etc.

Traveling from out of state wanted to have some In-N-Out. Ordered a number one at drive thru to take my sons home. Got there disappointed when I pulled out our meal they did not give me my fries. Too many miles away to drive back. Burger was good just not the same without the fries. I looked at receipt charged for them just didnt get them. Really disappointed you trust a place to give you what you pay for any dont get it.

Best fast food burger in town. Way better than Burgerking or McDonalds burgers. Any In-N-Out location is always crowded. Burgers are smaller when compared to other fast food burgers.

So much hype for this burger joint. Trust me it lives upto its expectation. Super limited menu. Just 4 burgers. We had 1 of each. No complaints with the quality of food. but the Line to the shop is super long. Least 30mins wait during the food hour. Pretty far from my house so have to keep an hours time to have this burger, they should come up with online order / pick up & door dash. it will be easier for their customers.

I got off work around 7pm wanted in n out so went to the Coleman location. Line was really long wrapped around the whole parking lot and onto the street long. I live around the corner and barely eat in n out bc the line is always long. So I remembered there was one by the AMC by Great America, we had just seen black widow there when I saw it. I really wanted in n out so I drove to the one by AMC and there was only 4 ppl in line. I did a little dance and got me some in n out. ❤ Be kind to each other we are all fighting battles no one knows about.

This in n out is soooo slow. i don’t get why it takes so long (especially at 11am on a sunday morning when the restaurant is way less than at capacity and the drive thru line is short). are they understaffed??

My girlfriend loves this place, she can always eat here and shes particular about what she eats. Theyre clean the drive-thru is fast and the food as you would expect is fresh. Good work in and out keep it up.

Everything was fine. I enjoyed my meal and it was good. The customer service I experienced sucked, though. A worker named Jacob didnt treat me like a customer. I felt ignored and my needs were disregarded. I was surprised my order was correct. I went there Sunday afternoon.

I previously worked for In n Out starting at this location (#176) for a year and 10 months. The managers and employees are happy to help with requests and this store in the south bay area isnt as busy as the others. Long live the glorious Snyder family legacy In N Out Burger.

Always solid, cant go wrong with it. Quality like you would expect of a typical In-N-Out. Expect long lines though as its a popular location.

After many years of wondering whats the big deal with In n Out Burgers Ive finally came to the conclusion that after once again getting a stale burger from McDs, and BK and the Red Head 👧 place,that a fresh burger is the way to go.Theres all kinds of places that make fresh burgers In/Out is one of the more reasonably priced burger joints.

Did a drive thru a couple of weeks back.Double double animal style is just awesome. Not dry not greasy, just the right amount of texture. Overall awesome taste. The person taking the order did mix up on the items we ordered, however the other item we received was good too.

This is my first burger when I came here. In-N-Out is still my first choice if I want to have the burger. The price is excellent, Burger and fries with spread, and shake is just about $8. What can be better in term of good and fresh ingredients fast food.

I went here about a few weeks to a month ago and almost forgot to write a review about it until my wife reminded me today. I saw an employee crying about how poorly her managers treated her and talking about how she was scared to come back to work because of that. Im not sure what happened here, but I sure hope the other employees aren’t treated the same way she described. Also my fries were inedible, so soggy and cold. Disappointed.

I go here a lot. Every time I go the customer service is great. My order is always correct, too. A worker there named Eliana is especially really nice and caring about customers like me. I picked up lunch for a friend. Went to the drive through and there was a guy outside took the order to avoid the rush hour. Picked up double-double with fries. In-n-out never disappoints.

Place is pretty good. I usually get the animal style fries. The cheese is a bit salty but its very good overall. The menu is pretty simplistic. Drive through service is pretty on point. So much better with somebody else communicating on front of you.

Love the burgers here. By far best burgers around. While the fries are fresh not a big fan of them, but everything is fresh so cant go wrong.
