We had an energy efficient bay window installed in our kitchen and all went very well by the installers, Luis T., Jorge and Gilbert. They arrived on time and installed it in the time they said. They cleaned up and put back everything including the blinds and the outside plants that had to be moved. And the window looks great. They demonstrated the features of the window that included the sliding windows on the sides which fold down for easy cleaning and the stopping mechanism used to vent the area by partially opening the window.

Luis H and Enrique replaced my window trim that had dry rot. The job was great— the trim is as good as new. They work well together and were professional craftsmen. Upon completion the jobsite was cleaned up and there are no signs of anything out of the ordinary.

We had a new slider and garden window installed by Luis H, Enrique, Porfirio A., Daniel and Jose L. The products are AMAZING and the crew was AWESOME!!! On time, professional, Clean work, just overall FANTASTIC JOB!! :o)

The Install team was proficient, organized, clean up and work areas well managed. I have a construction background and I was very impressed with how they did the layout, demo, installation, and set the reveals within a 1/8 of inch on all sliding window and door openings. I was having an issue with frame covers inside the house coming unglued because of the Arizona heat beating especially hard on a couple windows.Luis H came out and not only fixed my issue but added an extra bead of sealant on all other windows for preventative measures. He was meticulous about it. He also did an outside check of everything too. He went up and above what I expected.Great service today. Well done guys!

Needed replacement windows and AVW was the best price for the product. But what I really appreciated was the install team. Requested quote from American Vision Windows (AVW) to replace 9 Windows in our condominium unit.The sales person, Nathan, was professional (not pushy), explained the types and helped me choose the Anlin windows.After placing the order, AVW sent their employee to take measurements. This person was also professional, came home within the specified time window and took detailed measurements..Subsequently, it took about 6 weeks to get the windows made at the manufacturer.The 4-member install crew, Donny, Sean, Sal and Dennis started their work at 9 am, went about the replacements methodically, finished installing all 9 windows and cleaned up by 3:30 pm. Neat job.The entire experience was professional and hassle-free. Thank you.

We used American Vision Windows when we had all the windows replaced when we lived in our condo. We were very happy with the professionalism of all who worked on the project and the quality of the windows. Now we are having a new slider and window put in our house . I have two windows, one is actually a sliding door, that has continually had lint and lines between the panes. They did replace them twice, but on the third time they said they couldn’t. It only shows when the sun is out, so I took photos. They said something about changing companies, but they would send me an email to explain it all. I never received the email. The guy that came out even said he could see it when he got close but you have to be 6 feet away to see it for it to be replaced. The sliding door is in my main living area. I have recommended them to two people because they said they will always take care of any problems. In fact, a friend of mine came over and said oh my, we need to wash the windows. I said I did, and she said I will show you how to clean the windows. She couldn’t believe how it wouldn’t come clean. And then I had a professional window washer and I pointed out the spots and he said they are in between the panes. I am not happy with them.

This entire experience has been disheartening. After months of waiting with absolutely no communication I call to find out OOPS my order had just been sitting there. The Customer service manager has insinuated I was lying trying to blame me on the window tech forgetting. I can not believe the way they have talked to me, even were annoyed that I ordered another window!! How dare I. Very disgusted. I am a Realtor and had hoped I could refer this company but that will not be happening.

I think this is truly the best company with high quality customer service, and a great products in windows and doors business’ field. They are very reliable, friendly and honest. I was very satisfied for all of my beautiful new windows and doors which replaced by them five years ago for my house. Recently, the manager Geo was amazing, when he picked up my phone, and knew my patio door was broken by a burglary, told me do no worry, he will send his guys to boarded my patio door in the same day. A few hours later, two guys form AVW came and did a great job to clean up and boarded my broken door, It kept me away from the (safety) nervous and cold weather. They were very efficiency. With the service assistant Angela Cortez’s very nice help, Just a few weeks later, they replaced the boarded door with a brand new door without any charge, I can not believe it. That was the second visit of the representative from American Vision Windows. The appointment was scheduled a couple of days before. Scot came exactly at the scheduled time. He was wearing the company shirt and offered me his business card right away. Before entering the house he took off his shoes and carried them upstairs to take the measurement of two balcony sliding doors.After finishing the measurements and taking notes for compiling the permit, he set down with me for about half an hour to go over all the details. Before asking me to sign off each form/disclosure, he went over the respective document and explained what I have to sign off for and why.Scot also explained to me in details what the permit process is, what the company and my responsibilities are, and the important details of successfully passing the final inspection.I am looking forward for the completion of the job and having the nice new doors.

From start to finish American Vision took great care of our windows replacement. All questions were answered, the installation crew were the best. Extremely precise, clean work, and the finished look of the windows with matching stucco is amazing.The rooms that take sun all day stay 15 to 20 degrees cooler.In fact the whole house is cooler.

I used American Vision Windows to replace two windows, one large, one small, in my recently purchased condo. They did an excellent job all the way from the estimate and official measurement (two separate steps), to installation. They gave an accurate timeframe and stuck to it, and kept me informed via timely emails. On the day of installation, the two installers removed my old windows and put in the new ones in about 2 hours - fast! Everything was clean with no damage, no errant paint, etc. The only thing they didnt mention when they finished was that some paint was still wet, but no biggie. Overall awesome job, highly recommended!

Very pleased with my service today . Mark, Who was in charge of today’s installation was on it from the moment he arrived . They were spot on, on the time I was told they would arrive . Mark came in wasting no time to confirm where everybody had to be and what windows needed to be where to get started within 15 minutes of arriving to my home !!! Mark was on top of everything and was amazed on how quick he led his team to finish the work . Even coming across a issue with termite damage Mark was on the phone with the project manager, Mario to discuss the issue and Mario arrived within five minutes !!!, so he can give a bid so without delay they handled it and I didn’t have to wait another day . Mark and his team, Chris, Tommy, Jaime,N, Jaime,A and Fredrico worked very hard and efficiently . I’m so impressed with each one of their knowledge . Each one of them was so respectful not only to my home but to me . Jaime A. was so cute he was so concerned that the dog door I ordered was appropriate enough for my dog to have enough space to come in and out, he said it if wasn’t, he would be more than happy to order me a new door so that way my fur baby would have enough room . Heres an e-mail from AVW denying a warranty claim relating to a very a large window that they banged the hell out of to remove and replace, resulting in the formation of crack(s) in the adjacent stucco (see picture and judge for yourself). Note that I have no other cracks in my stucco--only at the location where AVW hammered the hell out of my window frame to remove the original window. I chose AVW above other less expensive contractors because I erroneously believed that they had a strong warranty and very solid customer service post-installation. I guess I believed their ads too much.From: jason@americanvisionwind…I am sorry I didnt see your previous email, they for whatever reason ended up in my spam. I went back in and looked through the pictures we had from out measure with the angles it was difficult to see so I am not sure what I was looking at from back then. But I did look at the pictures you sent on the and reviewed our email string.With this stucco crack in your email you stated that there was an inspection done one month after the inspection and no cracks were noted on the stucco [a copy of the report was attached]. In review of the type of installation that was done being a retrofit the likely hood that our install was the cause of this cracking is small, we did complete a service for you last year to address it as a courtesy. Due to the nature of our seismic environment it would be difficult for us to say that isnt the cause of the cracking. Even in the pictures you attached if you look closely you can see a crack developing to the left of the crack we repaired for you last year. I hadnt noticed that crack last year but in revisiting the pictures now I see that present there.Based on the crack reappearing and looking at the pictures of the conditions showing other cracks in the same area leads me to the conclusion that the crack is not related to our installation and would not be covered by the warranty. My suggestion would be that if the crack continues to reappear that a larger more robust patch be completed in that area but at this time there wouldnt be anything we could do to address the crack at this time.American vision windows stands behind its warranty which covers you for defects in workmanship, this instance would not fall into the category of poor work quality or failure of installation. While We did provide a courtesy service last year we wouldnt be able to do that a second time due to the nature of the reporting issue.Please let me know if you have any other questions as it relates to this claim. We got windows installed today. So far it was a positive experience. We ordered the windows on the labor day ( August 31) and got them installed on November 13. Installation took 5 hours. It was 2 sliding doors and 3 windows.

They gave us a quote that was substantially lower than a competitor, pulled the permits (for a reasonable fee) ordered the windows and installed them in the space of about 2 months. The installation was smooth and effortless. We had four windows and two patio doors replaced and they did it all in one day, about six hours. They showed up on time and communicated with us every step of the way, sending emails with video attachments explaining the process and the next step and what to expect. Youre not going to go wrong with American Vision Windows.UPDATE: I had more work done on another house in September 2018. The new windows are even better, having been upgraded since my last review. I got the same great service and price. Julio and his team installed 7 windows in about three and a half hours. The only criticism I can offer is that opening the windows is loud; I assume that its the ball bearings, but whatever it is it isnt silent, so be careful if you open windows around a light sleeper with the Del Mar series of windows. Get estimates from others, but youll see that American Vision will beat them.

This is probably the 2nd review Ive written in my whole life.I had 13 Anlin replacement windows installed yesterday. There was a crew of 4 guys- Marcos, Jose L, Ismael & Max. They got here on time even though I live about 2 hours from Santa Clara & immediately set out to work. Each seemed to have his own job(s) & once the first (old) window was out, they all just fell into line. One guy took the window out, then moved on to the next one while the next guy prepped the opening (then moved on to the next one), the next installed the new one (then moved on to the next) & the last came behind & did the detailing and cleaning. They were incredibly organized & efficient. All of the windows were in, detailed & thoroughly cleaned in about 6 hours.They were (quietly) friendly with myself and each other- not too much, not too little. There was a very limited amount of banter between them, but none of the boisterous chatter that sometimes comes with a group.I could not be any more impressed than I was about their cleanliness throughout the entire house. My floors may have been cleaner after they left than they were before they arrived.I question whether I got the same screens I was shown when I ordered the windows, however. I remember loving the white metal full-width rail that is used to remove the screens, even commenting that they sure beat those stupid, cheap, black rubber tabs that other screens have. The screens I got have black metal tabs, not a white full-width rail that I was expecting. Thats a question Ill have to ask.All in all, this was an excellent experience for me. The windows are gorgeous, the installation crew was fantastic & YES, I would recommend them to anybody who is doing windows.

Our project David Nguyen spent four hours at our house taking measurements and showing us how the project would proceed. He walked us through the financing process. He was available for questions whenever I had them. The crews showed up on time in six trucks and knocked out 25 windows in one day. They were pleasant and professional. Their lead tech Mark kept everything on track and gave us a walk through of how our windows worked and made sure they were locked before he left. Our windows look great and have a lifetime warranty for workmanship, installation, and breakage. Awesome job.

My husband and I are DELIGHTED with our windows and the service from American Vision Windows. From the day the salesperson arrived (on time) and clearly laid out all of our options, to the verification of when the work would be completed, to the actual installation and follow up. I cannot think of one thing they could have done to make us happier.My husband was home when the crew arrived and they completed the job in less than half the time they allowed themselves time for. We replaced 10 windows and were thrilled to have the free sliding glass door. The teamwork and attention to detail, not to mention how they protected all of our surfaces, counters and floors before starting to work - they simply did a stellar job.We ordered triple pane windows with UV treatments and our home is already so much quieter and cool so we are not using the HVAC nearly as much as we used to. From start to finish, American Vision Windows delivered in providing a new Anlin patio screen door to match my previous one and my existing Anlin windows.A couple of their competitors told me a patio door was too small of a job - not American Vision Windows. This particular job also required a retrofit with some additional carpentry to ensure a proper fit, repair termite damage under the door, and provide an non-standard sized coil wrap sill to keep out water.From Nathan who provided the initial estimate to Scott (the measure technician) to Jorge and team who performed the installation with the additional work - everyone and everything was top notch. Also, it should be noted they dont use subcontractors, which definitely factored into my decision.Based on the attention to detail and the extra time Jorge and team put in today, theyve definitely won me over as a customer for life. In addition, I received two separate calls from Jim today to ensure the installation progressed to my satisfaction.Put all of this together and I definitely look forward to using them again for additional window and door needs I foresee my homes future.

Hi, I am so very disappointed in the service I have received.The salesman came out to my home and did a great job selling me the windows, which I do love. They came out to measure one more time, no complaints on that. Then I fell off the radar and did not know when my windows were coming or when they would be installed. I also purchased blinds, never communicated to me that this was a different person, or that it was a whole different install date. I had to call SEVERAL times before I got an answer and the answer was a CYA answer.The guy who came out to measure for the blinds knew NOTHING. Could not answer my questions. Someone called weeks after the final measure to say one of the blinds I had ordered was no longer available. WEEKS, so they had not even been ordered yet.They came out to measure before Thanksgiving and I am still waiting to have them installed. Same thing happened with my windows, they were not ordered per their promise and that is one of the delays. I will say this, the installers were great.And now, two weeks ago, I was told that a refund check was in the mail, as I changed the order (in NOVEMBER) and I had already paid. Still dont have my refund. Per the emails today, they are working on it. The refund is $945.00.. Not pocket change.I pray the blinds are what ordered. I have ZERO faith in this.Also, several pieces of my jewelry were stolen. I cant pin this on AVW, as I did a lot of work and there were other contractors in my home.I spent a TON of money on my windows and blinds and expected better customer service. I went with them, they were not the lowest bid I got, because of their reputation and the fact that they were a large companyI almost immediately regretted my choice.

The technician, Scot, who came in to measure our patio door was professional. He was very thorough in explaining the process and in answering all my questions.

Wrong windows were delivered after a 7 week wait for 4 windows. No one will commit to a new delivery date. Unimpressed.After my windows were finally installed, I discovered two of them were switched--the left one should have been on the right and the right one on the left. Three more week wait to get that fixed. Nice windows but very poor service.

American Vision Windows is a wonderful company!! We had windows installed 8 years ago in our townhome and needed new screen mesh replaced on two of our windows because of damage done to them by a cat. They had our file and came out the same day I called, repaired with new screen mesh, and left in about 30 minutes. Unbelievable an the only company I recommend for replacement windows!!

Luis & Marco of Porfirio did a good job installing my windows. They showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We just had our windows and sliding door installed the other day and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The sales man Dean came out and thoroughly explained the composition of windows and how they work. I never thought I could learn so much about windows. He gave us a friends and family discount as 2 family members just had their windows replaced in LA. Even before the discount the quoted price was better than the other quotes we received. AVW also pulled our permits for us as we live in an HOA complex. Fast forward 6weeks and we get a call that our windows are ready. 1week later they are being installed by Luis and Tommy. Luis and Tommy did a fantastic job. They were thorough and installed our 3 windows and 1 sliding door in just 1 day. To top it off they were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you AVW!

We have 3 windows and 1 door replaced by American Vision Windows in May of 2016, one of the windows has been leaking and damaged the wall. So I called the sales person Juan. He responded promptly and worked with their service department to inspect the window leaking. They provide Full Lifetime Warranty for residential home owners. Hope they will stand by their warranty.

The service I received from Jim at American Visions Windows, Santa Clara, was so far above the norm as to be off the scale of fantastic. When my Uniframe window popped out of its tracks, Jim responded to my cry for help in multiple ways. First, he tried to walk me through re-seating the window over the phone, and when all else failed, he came to my house after hours to help me reseat it. Watching him, I realized I could never have done it alone. He had no responsibility to me and my problem as the windows had been installed by a completely different company. He helped me because he truly cared and recognized that I would have a substantial wait getting assistance as the company that installed my windows was out of business. I do not have words to express my gratitude and awe at his kind of customer service. Jim, you are one of a kind and should be cloned into every business. Thank you so much

We had a house full of windows replaced. Salesman was very professional and not too pushy like a couple other quotes we received. Installers did a excellant job on the windows, kept the house very clean and when they left all garbage was gone. I would be at the top my shortlist if I ever need windows again. I highly recomonnend you at least get a quote from American Vision Windows and if like me, you may be plesently surprised.

Scott came in to do the window measurements, he provided me all the details and answered all my questions. It was a very good experience with the team.

AVW installed Milgard windows in my house several years ago. I recently needed to have two of the windows repaired. I contacted Milgard directly to schedule a service appointment. Milgards customer service was absolutely terrible. I then contacted AVW and spoke with Lindsey Garcia. Lindsey is a superstar. She is very responsive and determined to reach resolution. She really cares about AVW customers. When I speak with Lindsey, she makes you feel that you are the only customer she is helping. I cant thank Lindsey enough for all the help she has provided me. Her level of service and commitment is very rare. Thank you, Lindsey!

They look excellent except Yelp sign in their ad.If they are tightly bount to the dirty-playing Yelp like it, they should be also dirty.

AVW did an AMAZING job replacing all of our 36 y/o windows and patio doors. We decided to go with their Anlin products and we could not be happier about it! The quality of products is EXCELLENT and the installation process was super efficient. Everything about our interaction with AVW was professional, on time and great value for money!!! If we ever move and need windows and patio doors we are going straight to AVW, hands down :-)
