Great shop and customer service. I had two broken single pane windows. I took measurements and pictures. I got a quote by email and they fixed the windows the next business day. It was so fast and the installer was very professional.

Responsive, efficient and true to their word. Needed pane replaced in original, crank-out casement window after bird flew into it. Called at 11:30 am and scheduled appt for 3pm same day. Shop called back 15 min later and said technician could come right over due to cancellation. Window was replaced in 45 min entirely from exterior. Tech (Ben) was courteous, fast and cleaned every tiny shard of glass up. Final bill was $10 less than fair quote. Great experience. Highly recommended!

I stopped by their showroom (more like a hole in the wall) on Saturday at 2:15. They state they are open until 3pm and even had the open sign up but alas nobody was home.Then, to make matters worst, they state they would not want to do business with somebody that is that worked up about them not being there when they state they will be. Well, how can I trust a company to keep an appointment or their word when they are not open when they say they will be and then try to make me out to be the bad guy. But dont take my word for it; see for yourself. Here is their response word for word as I copy and paste from an email:We are very thankful to have not worked with you, as you seem problematic. If you have an issue with the closed sign, imagine what other issues you would have created with a frameless shower door installation. If ALL our customers were like yourself with petty issues, we wouldnt be in the situation that we are in now. So, thank you for not working with our company. Have a great day.Needless to say, with attitudes like that, their competition must be faring very well and I advise anybody to stay away from this company as they seem to be too good for anybody with petty issues.
