Youve gotta love this place! They have the best deals on tools! This time I was getting my undeserving kinda boyfriend some $25 bolt cutters, so he could get his bike out of a lock that hed lost the key for... So... Pretty much wasted $25, cuz hes an a**hole!! But thats not Harbor Freights fault! So I still give them 5 stars!

Harbor Freight has some great deals. We did get to buy the display model of a folding cart that their website said was discontinued. The employee told us that hes not sure if it is actually discontinued or not so he couldnt sell us the display model. Seems a little odd.

I love this place. Good quality tools at a excellent price. Theyre a grown mans playground, which is why I only go in there when Im willing to drop some money because I go in for 1 thing and I come out with an entire basket full of stuff I didnt know I needed until I was walking by. If you need tools for maybe 1 or 2 projects, definitely hit this place up. If youre looking for tools for 2+ projects, definitely hit this place up. You cant go wrong with the quality and cost!!!

Products are typical made in China (uncertain reliability/quality), but the staff know their stock and are quite helpful (at the Santa Clara store), and their prices are often outstanding - esp. compared to the prices for similar quality products at competing home centers. I wish theyd start offering some good quality products made in the US or other countries.

Love Harbor Freight it is about time they arrived here in Sonora. Now there is real competition between Lowes, Wilco, Sonora lumber and Harbor Freight !

You get what you pay for. Low prices mean low quality. If youre only going to use it once or twice then hf tools are perfect for that otherwise shop elsewhere

I was looking for some accessories for trailer. Found everything I needed in 5 minutes. Good price and service.

This store is the best Harbor Freight Ive ever been to. The employees are actually helpful and know where stuff is. The crowd has been less due to Covid restrictions so perhaps thats why its easier to find someone to point me in the right direction but its a much happier store than the other stores I frequent.

Harbor Freight is great place to pick up a tool that you may need at a good price. Some of their tool lines have been improving. If one is looking for a tool for a one off project, its a great place to save some money, or stay within a budget.

Decent tools at low cost. 4 star because some tools have been too low of quality to be useful but the majority are good.

I didnt buy anything at Harbor Freight because I was browsing their selection of chainsaws, trimmers and blowers. Wonder about the quality of their own Atlas brand which sells for a good price. You can order greenhouses and even a sawmill online if you have plenty of logs to trim into planks.

Good easy parking, very organized, great deals what else can you want for a bargain.

Great store,My boyfriend and I came to Harbor freight tools store only to buy a couple cans of spray paint and walked out of the store with almost $200 worth of great stuff.. Everythings great here, especially the prices...But wait*we forgot the spray paint,🤪🔧🔨

Harbor freight has just about everything you can want. There prices are, 98% of the tools n such are quality products. All of the staff are well trained on all of what they carry, so if your in a hurry. Just ask someone. 9 times out of 10, they will have what you want and no where its at!

They do have some great prices but then again some of their brand of tools in not the best quality. I bought a lightweight floor jack that squeaked every time you pumped the handle. I lubed in everywhere there was a moving part and nothing stopped the squeak. It was to loud I wouldnt use it at night. I tried to return it but was told I didnt buy the extended warranty so I was out of luck. I tried to contact the district manager and he never returned my calls. I tried contacting corporate and was told I had to go through the district manager. The fact that it was only 80 bucks didnt bother me as much as they just dont care. They deal with quantity not quality. Ive had a floor jack for over 40 years that still works perfectly I just dont have it in Stockton. Ive also had a drill that lasted all of two weeks before it died. You get what you pay for so beware.

You can find almost every tool you need in here. No name brands. 90% Made in China tools. But no where else can beat their prices for their stuffs. You can find also off the grid everything here.

Favorite place to grab inexpensive tools. The guys here are awesome. Line takes a bit, but where in a pandemic and theyre doing what they can.

I am a big fan of harbor freight. I know some fret about quality buy I have never had issue and I find there staff much more helpful and willing to help. Very different from big box who barely have enough staff to man a section

Worst customer service of all the hardware stores. Went there 3 times over the span of 4 years. Made me feel like Im bothering them every time. Today tried to sign me up as a member, all they needed was my name, phone, and email to get me the discounts. Half way through I realized there was a membership fee attached, which they conveniently forgot to mention. Told them I was not interested and their attitude completely changed. I try to support local brick & mortar stores but sometimes you wonder why they keep closing.

Always find great deals on all the tools and job supplies we need here, sometimes half of the price we are used to paying at other stores! Why purchase over-priced items when you can get a great value for much less cash?

Not really any great deal, Home depot still better quality & good value for you dollar, my experience with the cashier was awful, the only time that I had a coupon that would save me 30% (comparing to Home Depot is only 15%) of the purchase did not pass through & the cashier said nothing, I didnt notice until its too late since the next day was the deadline of the coupon . I dont like the coupon cheap games, never had this problem with Home Depot .

Was very clean and your people or helpful they had a lot of stuck on hand. Like that it had everything that you can think of in nice aisles. Would go back there again to get more product or whatever I need very good location right off the Lawrence Expressway

This was one of my shortest trips in and out in under 20 minutes, and with this C19 they didnt have in stock what I went there for but the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Its a tool store and when u need one they have it. I have never had a problem with a tool from them. I have a wire feed welder i paid 90.00 for 23 years age. And it still works fine.

Im so happy this Santa Clara location opened a few years ago because there was no location around here. The staff really keeps this place clean and I am asked at least 2 times while shopping if I need help.One thing to be mindful is the cashiers at times are busy chatting amongst themselves so ensure they see you so youre not waiting to check out.

I went to the store I bought the bottom part for the rollaway the green US general a couple weeks pie and I go back to buy the top part of the u.s. general toolbox and the manager tells me that he could not order it he did not have the paperwork that lying sack of Ill never go back to that store again never never never that guy is send even be a manager I call it today I call up and Hayward store and the gal there was so sweet she says to me we dont need no paperwork all we got to do is type in some numbers and thats it and I told that guy that very thing I told him dont you just type in some numbers and you can order it and hes like no we need the paperwork and lying sack of you know what just did not want to do it so I strongly advise everybody and anybody who reads this avoid the Stevens Creek Harbor Freight because that manager is a fine piece of §μ¡ฯ !!!!

Harbor Freight Tools is in a good location with easy access from nearby highways. This particular store is well-stocked and the employees are very helpful. The prices cant be beat, and it seems to me that the quality of their tools and equipment has improved significantly over the last several years. There are plenty of employees on the floor ready and able to assist. I recently had occasion to return an item, and I doubt that the whole process took more than one minute. The parking is easy and cIose and I have never seen persons loitering there.

Ive been living in Santa Clara county for 9 years and found this place just now. They have any kind of tools at often competitive prices. Employees are friendly and helpful. Theyre just a bit sketchy on return policies and warranties, so be wary that they might not accept the return for a wrong purchase. Definitely a go-to place for emergency (and not so urgent) tool purchases.

Harbor Freights quality has gotten much better over the past 10 years. I still buy my most important tools made in the U.S. when I can, but with Craftsman mostly still currently made overseas despite promises to the contrary, Harbor Freight is a good-quality, reasonably priced option. My wife is a science teacher and she purchases many project supplies for school there, including batteries, gloves, magnets and such. The Santa Clara location staff is impressive -- knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and provide great customer service. Sometimes the line will look long, but they do a good job of moving it fast. They are always very helpful with large, heavy, or bulky items.

Has everything I needed and more. Helpful and friendly staffs. You’ll get what you’ll pay for but many of the tools and consumables are worth investing in until you know for sure if you want high end equipment.

This store has a great selection along with low prices. I do like how they have shopping carts which make it easier if you are planning to buy heavy stuff. The staff was very friendly and checkout was easy during the weekdays. Its also nice having a big parking lot with a lot of space.

Never had any issues shopping here. The only negative thing was during the beginnings of Covid, an employee yelled at me to stay 6 feet away from the credit card reader. When I asked how I was suppose to pay, she told me to walk up to the card reader. We were both masked up too.

I feel like a bandit leaving this store. Everything is so cheap you feel like you are stealing especially when coupons are used. Half of the stuff is not even Chinajunk as youd expect!

Love the tools and prices. Always a discount or gift. There might be some better tools to be had, but very often, for the price it cant be beat.

Great customer service. I got an item, and used, found not suitable for me. Returned without any issue. Actually the person even gave me some suggestions for a better choice. No push to buy it though. Will pay more visit later on. And do not forget your coupon for 20% off and freebies.

This place is great for tools you can use for awhile and then they become not what you want to be seen using. Haha. But seriously, the quality of tools has improved since the first time I ever visited harbor freight 10 years ago. Good place for sockets and anything else you plan on thrashing.
