Friendly front desk. Very knowledgeable audiologists, explain things very well. Dont rush you. Very fair prices on hearing aids with personalized chip technology. I had only 20% hearing in one ear since I was a kid. 55 years later, I have 80% hearing😁

I was there with a friend who was picking up her hearing aid,the front staff is wonderful and the Doctor who explain everything to the fullest make getting a listen device much easier to adjust to.

Had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Christina Soleiman is such an awesome person! She was able to complete a pediatric evaluation of my 4 yr old and kept his attention THE ENTIRE TIME!!! Phenomenal woman, excellent customer service!! Thank you Dr. Soleiman!!!!!!

Staff are great, 3 stars because it is a branch of Kaiser, and they havent got changing tables in the restrooms.

VERY disappointed that I had to drive to Santa Clara Hospital because by 2 all the appointments for Milpitas were taken. Wonder what will happen when Milpitas doubles its population next year. Hire more help Kaiser!
