Bad experience. Called Joyce Heating & Air to schedule a repair. It sounded like I reached a far-away call center, and the person I spoke with was not familiar with this area. (Its supposedly a local business.) Scheduled an appointment, but they did not show up. I later drove by their address on El Camino, and theres no actual business there, just a boarded up restaurant.

Installation of new furnace was scheduled and completed promptly. Instruction was provided a technician from the company followed up to ensure satisfaction. The cost of everything was reasonable and now I am a client for life!!! Again thank you!

Our furnace broke in the middle of the cold winter. We called Joyce Heating & Air and service person came in right away, evaluated the damage. They came back the next morning and installed a new furnace in about 4 hours. Very nice, clean and quick installation. Very happy.
