The owners of this company are terrible. Paid up front for custom quartz countertops snd demolition for our kitchen remodel. 2 guys came to demo. 3 months later, UMG had still not installed the counters and then quit the job. My family had No sink, no kitchen, know dishwasher for 3 months during the pandemic.Thankfully we demanded refund thru Home Depot. I’m so glad we did. Talking with the arrogant owner on was impossible and I am confident he’d had have tried to keep our money.We found a new countertop installer who finished the job in a week

United Marble and Granite was terrible. Took over 6 weeks for granite countertops. I was told 2. They kept giving different excuses, guys were sick, granite had a crack, they lost my phone number.Then had the nerve to charge me $700 more. I wish we had never used this company. The granite is already stained and they will not return my calls

Paul from Kitchen Reface Depot recommended I work with United Marble & Granite for the counter tops in my Kitchen and Bath. I worked with Frank Russel there.Since I was looking to put granite in for a rental property I just needed a simple black granite in the kitchen and white marble in bath.It was great working with them especially since Im in a totally different state compared to where the UMG job is located.

Our new Quartz Calacatta gold countertop looks beautiful! UMG did a super job in matching the run of the veins for the waterfall. We used two slabs and the seam is not obvious unless you look for it. UMG is great at what they do! The whole process was very smooth, from template to installation. Very happy with the final product and the quality of service. Thank you!
