Still waiting for my vehicle in the lobby SIX HOURS LATER. For an oil change, Im perplexed. The service desk refused to send the courtesy shuttle unless I went through my advisor who was on lunch for an hour and a half. I called three times to check. Was reduced to paying for an Uber during rush hour. Get it together AutoNation.
Not very good at communicating
Currently going on 4 months for the service department to resolve a warranty issue on my vehicle. Part was received within a few weeks, however they are not able to finish the install. I cant get ahold of my service advisor or the service manager. I would highly recommend driving a few minutes to another dealership, as this service department will waste a lot more of your time vs just driving to another ram dealership. Horribly customer service.
I got a really great deal on my car and tony was amazing I went In not knowing anything about buying a car and he everything to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything so walked away feeling confident a couple months after I had my car tony would call me to make sure that I was still satisfied with my car Tony was amazing I would recommend him to my friends and family
Have called 3 times to get a tire replaced on my new truck that is under coverage. Have yet to have anyone get back to me and cant even get an appointment made.
