Got an oil change on my 2021 F350. Service employees were helpful and friendly. Price was reasonable. Will return.

Called 4 different times, never was helped from10 different people, sat on hold almost 3 hours total one day, and never received a call back by any service managers. Called parts and he didn’t see an order for the tire so he ordered it. Next day called to see if the tire was in and if they had gotten to it. I was shuffled around to many different people, promised a call, and never received one back. I called parts and low and behold it was in. Drive the hour to get there and they couldn’t find the order. It was on a service persons desk. Took two hours to put a new tire on the rim and get it out the door while we waited. Never again.

I have owned a Ford for several years now and I have exclusively taken my car for service at AutoNation Ford.Ask for Sam! Great customer service, makes sure you leave happy and even follows up after to make sure everything turned out well.

Mike Mance is the man! He took care of a nightmare I was having with AutoNation in Tustin. They wouldnt answer my e-mails, take my calls and the manager would avoid me in person saying he was busy in his office (after taking a 2 hour drive there). Mike restored my faith in AutoNation and Ford. He got his manager involved and escalated my issue internally to get them to approve a fix on my car here at Valencia. Mike went out of his way to keep me in the loop.

Went to Ford today to Purchase a Mustang Mach E. Being a Lineman by trade Im in love with electric vehicles. Ive never had a sales man that was that poorly informed on a vehicle, or about the pricing. Even my daughter asked me why does this guy have an attitude. The salesman had a bad idc attitude. Ive bought several vehicles from autonation. All at dodge, I assumed they all were like sister stores, apparently not. Never going back to Autonation again

My Ford is 5 years old. The last 3 years it has been in their shop 8 times. Average they had my car is 3 weeks. Got my car back they installed my windshield wipers backwards. Twice they did not put my splash guard back on. Once front windshield had crack half way across. The 3 Stooges could do a better job than these clowns. Do not take your vehicle here.

I came here to get my brakes fixed after they gave out on me. I normally would find and price service through a local automotive shop but I work nearby and decided to give them a shot. It took a while to get them on the phone (rang for longer than usual) but the service advisor I worked with was friendly and professional. I did call on a Friday which could explain the phone issue. All of the staff here is friendly but I must say they appear to always be very busy! Overall their customer service was great but unfortunately it was hard to get them on the phone to follow up on service. The pricing was fair and competitive but the timelines of service was not that great. I would come back only if my local automotive shops are not available. Use the coupons and save LOTS of money!!

They lost my car for a day.

This is not really a good observation about this place, due to what we are experiencing right now. However, I can say that I am still waiting for ford to get back to me about repainting my car. Time is running out.

They have taken care of me when ever there has been a problem. From picking me up to getting me a truck rental .

Service department is top notch!

The service department here has turned into a pure sh!t show. Even if you set an appointment, good luck on getting it back within 4-8 hours. I’m sure there’s great and also below average workers here, but it’s so obvious they’re so short handed every single time I’ve came here for service.Do you have a diesel? You’re really screwed. Only Monday-Friday appointments. Drop it off the night before or you’ll literally wait over 2 hours for a basic oil change.Want to call to see if your vehicle is complete after dropping your vehicle off? Good luck on that one as well. It’s like hitting the lottery getting the Service department to answer the phoneI also noticed they put an aftermarket oil filter on my Powerstroke diesel. Not that it’s a huge deal, but if you’re paying dealer pricing for Motorcraft parts, then I expect motorcraft parts. How do I know they didn’t order a chinese knock off filter to save a few bucks?

Never have a good experience with their service. They have had my vehicle for 10 days now and have yet to pop the hood nor offer me a rental
