This is a well displayed crafts store and they have a tremendous amount of inventory. What was lacking was service. I wanted service in the paint brushes aisle. I pressed the bell for service. When service never came I left. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and return another time.

This particular JOANN had a great selection. I go there for my yarn.

As soon as you walk in its so quiet and peaceful like you can walk around without lots of people blocking the aisles. The aisles are kept clean and organized. They carry a lot of different items and what they do carry they have enough in stock. There was enough employees walking around in case you needed any help finding anything. They have. They have a clearance aisles with lots of great items on sale. The aisles are a bit on the narrower side so you will have to walk out to let someone else pass who might be pushing a shopping cart. They do have mens and womens restrooms which are kept clean . Lots of parking outside as well.

Perfection! Ordered 26 skeins of yarn online in the middle of the night and order was ready at opening.

The guy working the register was great!! Very knowledgeable and he reminded me about the 40% off coupon. Other stores dont do that. I highly recommend this store/location.

Found the la Dodgers fabric I needed.Cutting was fast and friendly. Checkout was quick.

I went few minutes ago to the store in canyon country CA to purchased a curtains tape and i found to a white girl that was obvious she just ignore me even though i was in front of her,. After that she was fooling around inside de store obvious she didnt want to do anything for me. Next time i will report that to the police for discrimination,.

This location is always clean, organized and staffed with knowledgeable and friendly clerks. I am always able to find everything I need unless its a specialty item. They always have their sale items clearly marked.

I dont usually like Joann s Fabrics because what i b really want is not available This morning i called to make sure Bernat Baby big yarn is included in the 40 % off deal and i was told it was but when i got there i was told it is 25 % off only I have a 60 % off any regular item coupon and i couldnt use it because i couldnt find anything not on sale of the things i wanted Joanns is far from me so i called ti make sure but went home not happy

I bought six small bottles of acrylic craft paint. The selection was not wonderful and there were lots of empty spaces on the shelves. I expected better.

I went in for a specific piece of fabric to match fabric I had purchased some months ago. I couldnt find it, but an employee, Tracy, found me wandering around looking. Although they no longer had the exact fabric, she searched the inventory and found me two excellent options that were very near matches. She was polite, efficient, and really knew her inventory. On top of that, I didnt have to hunt her down: she saw me in need of assistance and came to me. Overall a successful and pleasant shopping experience.

Downloaded the app in line to get 20% off my purchases, bought organizing containers that were on sale at 40% off, so adding the 20, great deal!

Was not impressed with the merchandise or the strange staff behavior. I do a lot of jewelry crafting. I went down the bead and jewelry findings aisle as I always like to see what is new in stock and how it inspires me with my creations. When in the aisle I hear assistance in jewelry aisle needed. I thought this was odd as I was the only one on the aisle and went on. I then had a store assistant come up to me and ask Is there anything I can help you with? What are you looking for? I said, no I am just looking. I advised I did not call for help, but thank you anyway. The store assistant goes on to tell me the assistance recording announces when someone is down the aisle so they can check on them. Check on them? I inquired. I advised the store assistant I was only looking and that is very annoying to shoppers.I got the feeling they had profiled me for some reason. I felt like they thought I might be Simone that would take something.I went down a few more aisles looking and circled back to see if the same thing would happen if I went down the aisle again. So, I went down the aisle and this time it did not. There was another store assistant one aisle over. When I turned around she peaked around the aisle at me.So, I have to say this left a bad experience with me and I felt watched. It was very odd and weird. Needless to say I will not return to shop at JoAnne Fabrics again. Instead, I will be doing my business at Hobby Lobby or Michaels Arts & Crafts.

The ambiance of the store is very muted and dreary. There is a harsh mood though the do stock quite a bit of variety for arts and crafts activities. More on the pricey side for fabrics so better for fabric remnants if you want to buy.

This particular Joanns store was very clean and organized! And the fabric selection was AMAZING! The check out was extremely pleasant due to a cute girl named Alliana. Well done Joanns of Santa Clarita!

I didnt get what I was looking for. The selection on drawing supplies was lacking!!! Colored pens was shocking how small a selection there was!! The girl said C-11 has a wall of pens you can pick from... The wall was part of the isle, about a 5ft section of different packs, mostly Sharpie. Definitely lacking!

Not great experience. I picked a fabric that was 50%off to make dog blankets to donate to castiac animal shelter. After waiting and waiting in line. I took the yellow slip to the cash register to pay. I noticed the total was hired than it should be. I asked the cashier to check it out.They only gave 50% off one blanket fabrick and the redt were full price.The cashier asked me to return to the very long line and discuss the situation with the lady that cuts the fabric.I explained to the cashier that I had a knee surgery i cant go back to long lineAny how i returned the fabric and will order on-line.

Extremely rude employees idk if it’s because im a poc or what. They treat everyone else nicely and when I ask a question they answer rudely and employees don’t seem to know their information. One employee says they hold for 10 hours other says they don’t hold because they have ‘no space’ tf??

I almost always find what Im looking for and the staff is always helpful if I cant. The store is clean, COVID friendly and theres always something on sale!

My mom is a professional seamstress and this place is a professional DIY treasure chest. Treasure you have to pay for. Anyhow, if you are into making clothes or anything that has cloth and gets stuffed with cotton or something, this is the place for you. They even have baskets, dremels and tools for making creative things. Cosplayers probably come here a lot.

The woman who helped us was terrific. There is so much there from which to choose! Its fun to brouse as well as to buy!!

Big store with lots of fabric selections and craft supplies. The only issue I have is that the employees dont know whats in the store. Many times Ive been told they dont have a specific item or fabric pattern only to find them by chance while browsing through the store.

Love shopping at Joanns Fabrics, when I cant get to the downtown garment district for my materials and notions. However, the garment district has a better, wider selection to Joanns limited availability, it still can work in a pinch. Good choice.

6 of us waiting in line to check out. Only 2 registers open and one of the girls decides its time for her lunch and leaves. Dont think management would have been upset that you took an additional 10 minutes to help out before taking your lunch. Great customer service!!!

I love a good crafting shop. However everytime i come here i feel like the shelves are a little empty.Almost like they are going out of business.Pricing is a little high, but you can get online coupons that will make a world of difference in final cost.

I love to sew and crochet so I love going to Joanns whenever possible. I always like to add to my yarn and fabric stash and Joanns usually has a very good selection and I like to take advantage of the coupons.
