Sergio even went out of his way to help fix a few spots that had loosened on the existing flooring on my stairs without me asking. Best Flooring did such a wonderful job on my floors. Casey was extremely friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the different options that we had to replace our damaged flooring. We ended up deciding on vinyl. The finished product looks amazing and looks so much like real wood but is water proof. Caseys employees did a great job and were also super nice. They also covered up all my kitchen appliances while doing the demo work to ensure that they didnt get dirty. We had a decent amount of old flooring that still needed to be demoed and they made sure to clean it all up after they were done. There was nothing left here that shouldnt have been. The install went quickly and smoothly. I couldnt have asked for anything better.  I would recommend Best Flooring to anyone and if I ever need any flooring done again I know who I will be calling! This company seriously impresses me! They were quick to respond to my emails, texts and calls. Quote was fair when compared to others. Caseys professional etiquette is also something else to mention. Calls prior to arrival, night before confirmation text, stopping by when the crew was working. I lost my wedding ring during all the commotion and thought it had rolled off furniture to be rolled and and thrown away with the carpet. Called Casey and his guys checked the van and even called the dump. There was no way it was stolen. His crew was hard working and very respectful of our property. Even after payment Casey text to see if the ring turned up. Turns out the kiddo hid it in one of her toys. My husband and I are really impressed with Best Floorings work. Casey gave us the best price out of 4 other Santa Clarita companies. Honestly his price was substantially lower. We could tell hes not here to rip you off. The work was amazing. Whole house vinyl plank including stairs and baseboards. 2,300 sqft. They finished in five days also cleaned up after everyday. KC stopped by and gave us an estimate to replace tile with engineered hardwood. He took the time to answer our questions and actually recommend a product cheaper than the bottom end of our budget we gave him. He found some extra boxes of a discontinued product down in Orange County and was able to bring the flooring into an entire other room. The install crew was great and were stoked.l. Take it from a first time home owner, Casey is extremely helpful (and patient) with everything from picking out floors to installation. Even after they finished and I noticed a few picky things I wanted to be redone (color of caulk around the bath tub, a corner with quarter rounds, etc.) Casey and his guys came out and redid them really quickly! Five stars!

Not only did he beat Home Depots price by a mile, but his expertise wont be found at any of the home improvement superstores. They told us that a certain floor would be waterproof but they were wrong...luckily Casey showed us the material we had been looking at was not in fact waterproof at all. He then showed us exactly what wed wanted instead but couldnt afford at the superstore. Casey made us an amazing deal on a better product, and his installers are the absolute best!!
