Great shop!!! I walked in looking for a humidor and was given expert advice and they even offered to season it for me. I would highly recommend. Unfortunately the lounge is closed due to Covid.

Always have a great selection. A nice friendly clientele frequents the lounge. Staff is always willing to help and make suggestions. I went in pretty new to the hobby and got a nice little crash course. Highly recommend for vet cigar smokers and bevies like myself.

Good cigars and friendly service

Everyone at Cigar Clientelle are very welcoming and helpful. They are experienced and many of them are friends of the owner. They suggest what you would enjoy and do not try to push any product.I am definitely coming here often. They also have a lounge you can use, though during Covid it is closed.

The guy helping me hunt for cigars was awesome. Killer customer service. Friendly and beyond helpful. Wish I could have enjoyed the lounge but not that trip. I will be back and cant wait. I visited about 3 weeks ago and didnt have a very pleasant visit. I gave 3 stars because they have a pretty large humidor and a nice looking shop. I went in with my 2 other brothers. The first thing was they were out of a lot of cigars so the selecting was a bit limited but that happens so I didnt think much of it. The part that got me was the hovering by the tobacconist. The Im pretending to do work by glancing at boxes that happen to be right next to us almost the whole time. When we walked in he was behind the counter. Now all of a sudden he has all this work to do in the humidor. We were out just running errands and wasnt in our Sunday clothes. So maybe he thought we were gonna steal something. The next thing I asked him for was a box of opus x any kind. He said he didnt have any. As I kept looking I found a full box of lost city if I remember correctly. At this point I wasnt going to give him any money. Im just getting into the hobby and spending a bunch of money on all kinds of cigars. So when I found this 5 star lounge that was fairly close I was pretty excited. I wont go to a shop that I feel like they profile customers. Maybe if I was in a polo and khakis I might have been treated better. So Im going to stick to a lounge farther away that treated me with the upmost respect even when I was dressed down.

I’m so glad we finally have a classy cigar lounge out here in Valencia. Javier and John did this place right. The humidor is a beauty and the selection is scrumptious. I love kicking back enjoying a great stick in the lounges leather chairs and catching a game. The vent system works amazing no matter how many people are smoking. This is my go to spot for a cigar. Thank you Javier and John for making it happen here in SCV.
