I honestly love target and the customer service is always great but this cashier they have named Brandon seems like he doesn’t like his job and treats his customers so rudely. He treated this lads in front of me rude about not having a target circle number and just said press skip and when she asked where he responded with just the word skip twice like if that’s enough information! I will always avoid his cashier line even if it’s the emptiest line. I said hi and he stayed quiet and then at the end of my transaction I said goodbye have a good one and he said nothing again, if I wanted to talk to a wall I would’ve so Brandon is very bad for target. This target is always clean. I never see anything just sitting around on the floor. These locals care about their community Target. Staff here are always respectful towards the customers and love to assist customers with anything they need or are looking for. Trying to find assistance won’t be a problem. It’s location always keeps supplies in stock. Especially since covid, a customer will be lying if they said supplies was hard to come about at this location during the pandemic. I will definitely be returning here more often to shop more often
My 4 1/2 yr old nephew made Pet rocks and sold them with the expectation of using the money earned to buy toys for the Spark of Love/Toys for Tots drive.I ended up in the toy area and met Employee Dan 💜. Dan was so great!🎉 I could not have done it without his help. He was super helpful, pleasant personality, knowledgeable on products and pricing. He was an example of excellent customer service. He helped me get the most for his money. The more toys, the more kids we can make happy. Thank you Dan!!!🤗 Please give Dan a raise or at minimum a big bonus!🙂Merry Christmas!🎄💜🎄

Honestly the store is perfectly fine for the most part. It always clean. But it seems like things are always out of stock. Or they don’t get put on the shelf and is just left in the back. Its a common problem here at this Target that I don’t see in other stores. Definitely need to work on keeping items in stock.
Im not exactly sure whats going on.I purchased an iPad*Pro, 11 128-GB, (WiFi)Space Grey, its my 2nd iPad, back 6-yrs ago I purchased a iPad-Air [2nd Generation] I was happy with it, it lasted about 5-yrs took lotsa dings, drops and usage until the charge port quit charging.I been wanting the latest iPad*Pro 11inch 128-GB w/ the Latest Apple M1-Chip.I wasnt pleased exactly with the new C-Charge Cable and Charger Block though.I purchased my 11inch iPad*Proon October 2nd, 2021@my nearestTarget Store $799.99Heads-Up everyone to everyone thats purchased the latest iPadPro that comes w/ a new C-Charge Cable and C-Wall Charger/Block,I went to plug-in my charger to my iPadPro and wouldnt charge, showing NO signs of the charger touching base w/ the iPads charge port!I tried everything from plugging it in to diff outlets of my powerStrip, (nothing)then to an wall outlet, (nothing)then I thought to try both ends being how both ends of the C-Charger are the same,So I changed them around. Seems like no matter how hard you work for this company you still get fired for doing your job.Thanks for making me work 43 hrs a week, always come on time and still firing me just because your customers are more important than the actual person standing on their feet for 8 plus hrs a day, making you thousands of dollars. Thanks for not valuing your own employee like you do your customers.

This store is fine in most aspects.... This 2 star review is for the electronics dept. Came in ready to buy a wireless printer. No prices listed for printers-- workers not familiar with products-- 3 workers chatting at register that looked irritated that I asked for help..... Ill take my business to Best Buy instead
You had everything I needed in stock and a good selection of back to school clothes for my son.
The root of this stores problems seem to start with the inability to properly communicate and socialize between people beginning with management. I puchased a baby monitor with insurance because... well I have a baby now... the insurance because babies tend to last a while... the Monitor I purchased was just a box containing someone elses used monitor and was obviously not what I purchased. They refused to refund and/or exchange the item and told me to call guest services. The reason they refused, because the item I purchased was in a locked case!? told them their obvious oversight was accepting someones return without checking the box and restocking it! Well seems like the only thing locked in a box was Elba and Luis brain because they wouldnt budge. also, avoid Jacqueline if possible... tbh though, 90% of the experiences are okay. this review just represents this experience. will update with guest services experience asap.**update! the store finally after 4 days, many calls to guest services, and many managers spoken to have accepted our return! moved the target experience back up to 3 stars but I will not be making large purchases from here again. Lastly, I didnt appreciate their insinuation that I was trying to scam them nor tones and looks in public. smh... sad, I really liked target too...
Basically satisfied with the store, but Tech upgrades can be hard to keep up with.
Customer service has gone down hill big time in the last few months. Not a fan. Walking with my cane, electronics guy came around the corner and I fell into the shelf and he just kept walking without saying a single word.
The associate that helped us was amazing. I wish I got his name, but he went above and beyond to help us. His customer service was perfect. As we enter the store another employee was spraying and cleaning down all of the baskets so we felt very safe. The store is clean and I cant wait to return here.
I love target, and this one is good, but there are times when I will go to the Target on Magic Mountain if I have an issue because a couple of the managers at this Target are a bit difficult (to put it nicely). I’m keeping my review at 4 stars due to the fact that a lot of the employees here are extremely helpful and actually have decent knowledge of the products around which they work.TIP: If you ever need a moment of quiet, come up to the target parking lot and just look around at the views. It’s absolutely gorgeous up here.

I do not like the fact that you are not allowed to just exchange not item. You make the customer refund and rebook. If i purchase it in 1 state and buy it in another i can end up getting charged more were if it is an exchange I am not paying more out of pocket.

Rude cashiers. I went in during the rainstorm the other day after doing some yard work so I admit I wasn’t looking my best. The cashier spoke Spanish to another cashier and I suspected he was saying I stunk just by the body language. Then the cashier he was talking to sprayed Lysol where I was standing when I went to Starbucks, confirming my suspicions. I should have complained but I’m too nice a guy. Very unprofessional and I don’t care if I did smell no customer deserves this treatment. Unreal. I hope management discusses this with their team.
Chris in customer service was great! I accidentally left a bag at self check out, of course the receipt was in the bag. He quickly had security check and immediately they replaced my items. He could not have been more professional or courteous, A great asset to your team. Thanks again Chris.

Outstanding quality and service
Managers need to make sure they tell their staff to check the grocery items. It’s sad that I always find expired food. So be careful when you buy canned food or just any food item. I’ve told a few employees and they just brush it off and tell me they’ll tell someone.
Not sure who the hiring manager is because all the employees who I came across were so unhelpful. I asked where I could find the pjs and the employee just pointed and didnt say a word and I asked him to specify because I had already looked there and he just pointed again.Then I went to electronics and two guys were just on their phones. Asked for an appliance and he left and left me waiting and came back with a different customer.Yeah definitely bad experience here.

I went to pick up an order, sales associate brings my items (no bag). I ask him if I can buy 3 more items since the App would not let me pick up the items. He checks me out with no mention of a bag. I ask him if I could have a bag and instead of bagging my items he hands the bag to me. So disappointed he should not work at a customer service counter.

Love this Target! They have a Starbucks inside so you could sip your tea & shop. The staff is always helpful & I can always find what Im looking for. Im just having a hard time trying to adjust to all the new changes Target has made.

I love shopping at target. I shop at a few that are local to my house but this one is my favorite. So of course the main reason that I go there is because they have the best clothes selection out of all the targets that I have been to. They are always up to date with whats in and the seasons. I find some really cute stuff there for really cheap! I am a student and I must budget as much as I can and I can definitely get a large wardrobe with little money.

The bathrooms are always filthy. Why would they do a really nice store remodel and leave the bathrooms disgusting ??? When we mention it to service desk they ignore it. Today the family and ladies restrooms were unusable.

I order 2 stuff they only gave me 1 and I havent received my refund they should of tell me with time and once you add something and pay it that means they have it and it was been sold not to sell it and then when you arrived for your order they only gave you one I never received a email saying my order was cancel its been 5 day and no refund

I am so glad that we have a Target close to home. I visit this Target at least once a week to buy something.The store is very clean and well organized. The order was processed within the two hours that is stated when you place the order. All the items I ordered were in the bag ready to go. The service was quick and friendly.
I went to this store because they still have the cafe. It is 10 minutes further from my house than my other target (one that no longer has the cafe, just Starbucks). The target I went to today had all the old setup, the cafe, the popcorn, the slurpees. This is where I will go from now on. I HATE the new target setups!!
Wide variety of products. A little pricey for clothes made in China. Better to come after noon. They stock and clean in the morning so theyre out of things and the clothes are unorganized.

I love this particular Target, but ofttimes wish they had more hipper-type clothing items -- funkier, cooler stuff.AND... in their grocery department, boy, they sure are lacking in vegan foods, so I never even bother going into that section.

Normally have good experiences at this target but on Black Friday encountered an associate who was extremely rude. I understand that it is a busy shopping day and they probably have to deal with rude people on a day they should be off and at home but it shouldn’t be taken out on all customers... especially when the customer wasn’t being rude. we were trying to purchase some pants that were on the Black Friday AD. There weren’t many but we found a pair in the appropriate size that were not rolled up and apparently didn’t have a barcode tag. We had already bought several pairs before Black Friday . We were told they were from a set and that we could not purchase them. I had the Ad pulled up and tried to show it to her and also tried to tell her we had purchased them before and that they were not from a set. I even tried to tell her I would get another size to show her and she just kept cutting me off and asking if we had the shirt to go with the pants. And wouldn’t let us buy them. All of this was with a rude, condescending tone and wouldn’t let me speak.
