The owners/managers and workers at Bagger Sports are good, honest, helpful family people....Theyre selection of equipment is huge but if they dont have something in store theyll order it for you....They will let you try on or demo a lot of the products...They produce and distribute the majority of the school sports apparel...Highly recommend checking out this store! I ordered a tee for my team’s teeball practice and it was obviously returned and missing parts. I contacted them for a return and they still haven’t even responded. I hate to say this but I’ll just stick to Amazon as opposed to them.

This is a great shop. I went there for my first time to buy a catchers mask and the stock they have is incredible. Everything baseball for players or coaches. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I will only be shopping here for all my baseball needs from now on. Great family owned business.

I ordered the wrong glove for my son, and Norma went above her duties and found me the right one, without even hesitation. She wanted to make sure, I was 100% happy, with my purchase. IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION THATS WHAT THESE PEOPLE WOULD GET!So, I went through this business to purchase a Mizuno Pro Catchers mitt GMP2BK. They then cancelled my order with zero explanation. I emailed them and they told me that their merchant processor couldnt authenticate my order. Even though THEY DID because my Visa was charged. So they lied to me, I called them on their bs, and theyve yet to take responsibility. If they didnt try to feed me bullcrap I wouldnt be writing this review, but yet here we are.Great business ethics, NOT!

First visit to this store and we were greeted with no bags allowed, not hello or welcome. Dont seem to be guest service oriented.

Terrific place. They have a ton of high quality baseball equipment for your little leaguer. They supply Hart baseball and Canyon Country Little League with a lot of their equipment/apparel. Spoke with the owners for about 10 minutes and they are just wonderful people. If you want good quality equipment and apparel, this is definitely the place to go!

I have been dealing with Baggers for nearly 15 years and their service has been exemplary. I am a community college baseball head coach in Lancaster CA and deal with numerous businesses. Norma has always been there for me and has gone beyond the scope of what a genuine family owned small business should have to, but that is all part of what they do on a daily basis. I really enjoy collaborating with somebody that sincerely cares about their customers satisfaction and it is not just written on business card or hanging on a wall. Ordering baseball uniforms and extensive equipment is not always the limelight of my day, but it makes it a whole lot easier when you have somebody on the other end that is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Go ahead and try other places, but mark my words you will eventually end up back with Norma, because in the end she really cares. In the end, you usually get exactly what you pay for, so I do not mind paying for my mind being at ease, because in the end I will have exactly what I wanted and thats really all that counts.
