Omg... Rose Petal ice cream was LIFE CHANGING!! I love this place! Its always immaculately clean, everything is super fresh, and the people are SO nice! They are so patient with my daughter trying 15 flavors-even though she always gets chocolate- and with me taking forever to decide what I want. BEST ICE CREAM EVER. Amazing agua fresca, fresh fruit, I cant say enough good things about this place. Its a must try!

Food is great! I always come here and everything is great, Although this time not so great experience with one employee, she skip me and when I pointed out to her she gave me the eye rolling and after I told her my order she She went and made it and she went to talk about me with the other employee, then I said “ni disimulan” then she responded “what did I said” in which I ignore. The ice cream was very good and the paletas were even better. We got a mangonada and that hit the spot. I also got a Piña colada agua fresca just because it sounded good. If it had crushed ice, its be perfect but it was tasty. No complaints here.

Hubby loves the Gansito sundae with Cotton Candy in lieu of Gansito ice cream. One of the best flavors of cotton candy I have ever tried. The flavor is vivid but subtle enough to not overwhelm or cause a sugar rush migraine. I love the mangoñada and have been experimenting with the flavors. Some of my favorite are: Mango con Chamoy, Tamarindo, Sandía, Limon, and Guanábana. My current favorite is the Guanábana which surprisingly complements the chamoy and tamarind candies. Definitely recommend!

Best ice creams plus they have so many different flavors to try. My personal favorite is the cheese. Mmmh. Plus they have other desserts like panini sandwiches to tosti locos.

Ice cream was good but an employee tried to steal my phone. Took it when I put it down to pay and didnt realize my phone was missing till I got to my car. I pinged my phone through my watch and I walked in back to the store and asked for it and she told me it was not there or seen it because she was only one there at the moment as she was cleaning. And I pinged it again and I heard it then she played dumb and said oh is this it. After I asked her twice for it(girl with nose piercing). Will not go back to this location again. Not good for business . I think she thought she would get away with it since there were closing for the night.

Really great ice cream and Mexican junk food like corn in a cup, strawberries with cream, ice cream sundaes, tostilocos and so much more. They have so many different icecream options. Some options include banana, cookies and cream, mazapan, Ferrero rocher, snickers, pistachio and even avocado and so many more. We really enjoy coming here for ice cream and snacks.

Today was my first time i went to this place. I ordered a mangonada was delicious, great customer service i love it.

The most bad customer services. They dont take orders over the phone. Great! But Im literally outside their door, my car facing their door & they dont have a single customer, but Im calling saying I want a mesquite Im actually out side your door, my son he is asleep just want an esquite, just want to come in pay & get out... oh no we dont take orders over the phone - Hello, Im outside your door... she refused, cant believe she didnt usef common sense... I asked her let me talk to your manager, she didnt let me speak put me on hold ... saying like she is doing me a favor, only this time lol .... eventually i came in to pay & she was with a face full of authority like i owe her something. Really really bad customer service. They dont have customers and the only one at that moment she dont use the common sense.

Okay so this is not affiliated with the other Michoacanas that are all over the valley so i was told, my best thing to order here is the mixed fruit drink it taste just like a milk shake. Nothing like the mixed fruit drink in the other Michoacanas

The first time I came to la michoacana it wasnt a good experience for me. A friend took me foe the first time and made a big order since we had all the kids with us (5) and adults(3). So it was a very large order. The 2 ladies working behind the counter serving us didnt seem happy, werent cheerful just looked plain mad. With no manners and gossiping between themselves. My friend was very upset because she said from the times shes gone there not once did they ever treat her like that. So I gave it another chance and took my husband and daughter. The employee that day was beyond amazing and very happy to answer all our questions and always had a smile on her face. We went a 3rd time and got the same employee this time I got her name KeiriThank you Keiri for making me feel welcomed the little times I have gone in. Thanks to your happy attitude it made me go back again give this place a second chance.
