Kept me up-to-date on my vehicles status throughout the entire repair. Did very good work. I would recommend them for people in the area for insurance repair work and the estimated cost of the repair was very reasonable.

Just had to give a quick shout out to them. My car got rear ended and Caliber was associated with my insurance so I took my car there. They were awesome. They coordinated my rental car for me and worked with my insurance directly and they quickly got to getting my car fixed. They definitely made an inconvenient situation much more tolerable.There ended up being some parts that were back ordered so it took longer than originally anticipated but they made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I have my car back now and it looks and functions amazingly! Special shout out to Nico who was my contact throughout! Definitely recommend!

We took my daughters car here when it was involved in accident. I will say that they were very very nice and pleasant to deal with so it is hard for me to write this review. However, the quality of their work was awful. The car had to go back several times. Even after several attempts to fix it we were still having issues. We eventually took it to Subaru, where they quickly and easily found several items that were missed by Caliber. It was a overall very frustrating experience and I would not recommend.

Great follow up and customer service. The repair was done on time and the car looks like new.

Fernando made getting my daughters car fixed during her spring break so easy for us. He kept in touch regularly about the progress. This was the best auto repair experience I have ever had hands down. Thank you Fernando for accommodating our schedule. The car looks great!

Horrible rude, extremely stressful, discourteous, hostile, lazy, irresponsible customer service, lack of communications, breach of promises, threats (!), absolutely disgusting experience. This is the old ugly disreputable Carmat operating under the new name.

Caliber Collision were so easy to work with, they got the window needed for my car and had everything done in under a week. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My car came back cleaner than I left it and the actual work took less than a day. I would highly recommend!

I arrived at this business right at closing time. The manager was still there and he kindly opened the garage so that the tow truck driver could put my car inside after an accident that creamed the driver side of my car. I had been to this body shop before when it was owned by Carmat, and was satisfied then, and I am happy to report that the tradition carries on! They did a great job and kept me informed via text through all the phases of the body work and paint. I would definitely recommend them

Wonderful communication, since the part was back ordered for over a month. We went more than 500.00 over the rental allotment, and Fernando offered to cover half. This was a blessing, since money is tight.Terrific customer service.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision. I had rodent damage discovered during a recall repair at the dealership. My insurance had Caliber as a preferred shop and Im so glad I used them. Their communication was excellent - thorough and professional, and I never felt like I was being talked down to (Im sure other women have experienced that this can be sadly common with anything auto related). I felt like they really cared about giving the best service and doing the highest quality work possible. My repair advisor told me that due to insurance, he was required to look for a used part, but made it clear that if it was not up to his standards he would refuse it and request a new OEM part, which was the route they took. Ive never had a vehicle come back so clean after a repair either. Inside and out were sparkling. They went above and beyond to make me a custom part so that the rodent damage would not happen again in that area. Will definitely use Caliber again if needed.

Fernando and the whole staff at Caliber were great. I had a rent a car the whole time and the staff insured me that the car would be in great shape and on time. Fernando had my car done and on time with call every few days with updates about the car. Thanks so much the car is more than beautiful and back to normal. This place tried charging my boyfriend $11,000 to replace his plastic bumper when the original estimate was $2,000. They counted paint drying as hours of labor, and they disassembled the entire car just so we couldnt take it to another place. Insurance ended up totaling out the car for a 10mph collision. Never go here. They dont care about their clients, they only care about leeching as much money off of you as possible.

I took my car to Caliber for two windows to get repaired after a breakin. It took 3-weeks for them to repair two windows with at least 4 errors associated with the repair, including not following through with their work in a professional manner.After which, I submitted a review via their company review system. The manager/tech called me back to discuss, after which we talked through the situation and he said he would speak with his manager and call me back.I never received a call back. :(

Super reliable for ordering parts

I took my car here in december of last year after a collision that took off the bumper of my car. Initially I was given an estimate of around $3500. I went home and hadnt heard anything from the auto body shop for around a week when they said they were going to reach out to me within the next few days after the initial estimate. I had to call them. What followed was a month full of calling, getting my time played with, and them continually raising the estimate until it was around $10,000! When I left a review on the old place that used to be there(before caliber had its own google page) my grandmother got a call from a very irate man demanding to talk about my review with me. The people that work here are cold and calloused and the management is unwilling to help and easily angered. Heed my advice and take your vehicle elsewhere.
