Very nice selection of cars. I placed several phone calls prior to arrival Sean made my experience easy. Very low interest rate. Excellent third party warranty for a low price. Gap insurance for 550 dollars that covers total loss. For a used BMW I couldnt be more confident and at peace. The BMW 550 couldnt have been any cleaner unless it just rolled of the lot brand new. Not one chip in the paint no flaws. Perfect is an understatement. Normally I need to upgrade a vehicle tint rims beat etc... I rolled off the lot with everything I wanted and more. Interior is flawless almost like they previous own only wore slacks. The seat had literally zero wear. These guys also took care of me because a known issue on those bmws is the fuel pump was poorly designed. I had issues and they instantly took care of it. Couldnt be happier with a used car.

Bought a BMW had issues driving home mind you I live 2.5 hours away..shaking while braking... brake light came on and the car needed rotars, brakes and sensor 900. The dealership paid 160 for auto zone prices!. Car still shaking took to tire shop 2 bend rims and needed new tire from a wreak never disclosed 400 to fix. Screen on dash not working 900 to replace. Engine light comes on thermostat needs replaced 300 for that. 60 days in still cant drive my car. Obviously no safety check was done!!! Dealership ignored my concerns. Buyers go somewhere else to buy! Spend all this money still cant drive my car!

I flew in from florida on july 2nd to pick up an audi that I have been looking and talking with Sean about The deal was too good to pass up. Sean and I had gone over all the number and he had sent me extra pictures and even FaceTimed me showing me the car live he was very professional and willing to negotiate fairly. The car drove great from Santa cruz to florida without a problem, thanks again Sean at domin motors!!!

Sean there doesnt know what hes talking about. He tried telling me that on CarFax Moderate Damage is damage to the car the is under $750 in repairs then when we showed up to look at the car he said it was $500 in repair. He also tried to tell me that the car (almost $2,000 above market value) was priced so high because it was an S-Line. They wouldnt budge on the price and didnt mention on the phone that the rear quarter panel had a paint job done when I asked if there had been any body work done to the car. Overall terrible experience and wasted 2 hours of my day to look at a car that I was lied to about.

A bmw 335i is currently listed with Clean Title on their inventory, but the previous owners instagram story just posted that the car had significant damage from accidents. Parts were literally held together with zip ties, I quote. DO YOUR RESEARCH before buying from this dealership :-/

Purchased a Subaru, I wasn’t aware the car was already coming tuned. It eventually blew up due to the tune the car had confronted them about it and they acted like the car came stock . I paid all fixes out of pocket which was a lot of money I shouldn’t have spent but was my only choice. DO NOT buy from these guys as they do nothing to help and just sell bad cars. Save your money.

I worked with Sean and went there because there were a few cars that I really liked in their lot. Scheduled a meeting and loved the car so I put a deposit on it and was able to get it before it was sold. I also noticed an issue with the A/C and they just told me to bring it back to the lot and they’ll take care of it. Sure enough they got it fixed for me free of charge. Solid dealership with quality cars as well as quality people.

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. 100% 5 stars and highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a used luxury car in the Santa Cruz area!The long version - I was recently in the market for a fairly rare BMW, and found one at Domain Motors after a lengthy internet search. I live on the east coast, and was getting this car for my father, so it was not a standard transaction. Less an hour after requesting more information through car gurus, I got an email from Sean at Domain Motors. We ended up speaking over the phone shortly after, and he was able to give me a great walk around of the car via facetime. Because I was coming from out of state, I got a pre-purchase inspection at another local BMW shop. All I did was setup the time with the shop and Sean facilitated the rest. After getting the green light from the shop, I put a deposit down on the car and made Sean send me a picture of the odometer. I have had bad luck in the past with dealerships joy riding performance cars I own so I was being paranoid but Sean had no problem helping me out. The car sat with them for almost 3 weeks before I could fly out to the area but when I arrived, it had not been moved or driven just like Sean promised. On the day I picked up the car, they got it detailed while we finished up the paperwork and the wife and I were on our way within 2 hours. Overall this was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Sean was always responsive, helpful and friendly but not at all pushy which I always appreciate from a salesman. Overall this was an easy 5 stars for Domain Motors.

I was able to find the car I’ve been look for months at this location. They had a great staff that was able to work with my credit to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. Thanks to Joseph for reaching out to me just an hour after submitting my contact information online. Highly recommend working with this great team to get the quality car with quality customer service.

They treated us kindly, it’s a hard to negotiate with them but Sean was kind enough to help us, We did have a couple problems like the tires were not good but they did order us new ones, I was missing a couple screws in the engine, they filled most up but a couple were still with zip ties, and they did not do an oil change or change the filter which in result went to my wallet, I will contact and see if they pay me back for the oil change since I had it only for a day before the oil earning came up.

Worst place ever. I liked a car so I call them and since I came for a far away city, they told me I could test drive the car this same week. They told me that for them to place a hold in the car so they wouldnt sell it before I got there I had to send them a fully refundable deposit of $500 and so I did. After I went to test drive it I decided it wasnt the car for me and they told me they were going to send my$500 dollars within a week. Its been a month and I still havent received my money back!!!! I been trying to call them and tell them about it but I never get a resolve. Dont waste your time with this place they are a bunch of scammers. I would give it 0 stars if I could

I had been to several dealerships over several days and decided to try an internet search for a car i put in a inquiry and they responded quick and the same day i got a call from Shaun he ask if I would like to come see the car I was inquiring about. It took me a week to get down there, but when I did, I was immediately helped and felt welcomed Shaun and Marisa took great care of me. Long story short is I felt like I was treated as a family member with great attention to detail. The finance team was amazing and within the hour I was on my way to owning a like new 2013 Mercedes s550 ! Nick and the others here were very helpful and friendly, they even offered me coffee and pizza. How awesome is that? I didnt feel pressured to buy the car right away even though I changed my mind on what I originally wanted to buy. After comparing and outweighing the benefits vs the negatives of each one I finally made my decision. Now Im really happy and always get compliments on my purchase. Another plus is they also work with your bank to get the loan you want. By the way when you see the Round Table Pizza youre at the right area. Its best to park in the rear of the building so you wont have to deal with the moving traffic/limited parking on Stevens Creek.

I was very excited to find a car I was looking for within my budget and quickly scheduled an appointment to test drive the car. Day of coming into the lot, I arrived 5 minutes late (my fault), and had trouble finding where to go in the building. Once I found where I needed to go, it took 30 minutes to pull the car around even though they knew I was coming to test drive it that day. When the car was finally ready to drive, it was nothing like the photos. The photos made the car look in pristine condition, which I soon discovered after returning home that they appeared photoshopped. No scratches or dings. That was NOT the case for the real life one. The glove box was broken, there were multiple deep scratches on the side fenders and front bumper, and on the back bumper there was a big crack in the grill. The car did not drive very well and did not seem like it had been serviced, additionally the convertible top did not come down with the switch, and was stuck. None of this was listed or even show on the listing for the car. This was unfortunately a waste of my time because my expectations were not met based on the photos that were provided online. Be careful not to be deceived by the online photos vs the real life expectation of the car.

Bad communication skills, sales man stated he was going to give me calls back several of times and failed to do so, sent several of text messages to Emmanuel cell number he does not respond! They are scams probably get your info and scam you. I do not recommend this place at all. There all about money.

I absolutely loved my experience at Domain Motors. They worked with me over the course of a few days to finance and purchase my first car. It was my first time going through the process and I had a lot of questions which they kindly and graciously guided me through. They are honest, hardworking, and genuinely fair people. Marissa in the main office was especially sweet and helpful contacting the various people (banks, etc.) that I needed to get ahold of.

This dealership is hands down one of the best dealerships I have been too in the san jose area. The best thing was that they did everything they could for me to leave with the car I wanted, which was my dream car. My credit isn’t the best but they made it happen and I left with the car that I loved. I would recommend coming here they have a various number of cars going from Toyota’s to Bmws and many other big car brands for low prices.
