This was far and away the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. All work was finished the same day at an extremely fair price. The owner truly cares about the customer experience and is as honest as they come. He’s also very handsome. Won’t go anywhere else for my car repairs.

I brought my 1999 323i in for new shocks, struts and tires.Pricing of repairs fair and done timely.Road tested well.The only thing was Kyle mentioned the hub cap logo was missing on two of the wheels. When I brought it in. It had only one. Then said I could buy one for forty dollars a piece.Its actually happened before at a different shop. I walked into the back and pulled them out of a box.If they turn up. Please give them back.Thanks,Susan Mayr.Before the week was over, Kyle did replace the missing hubs. John and Brian are always straight talking, will explain procedures necessary, prioritize, (for those clients on a tight budget), advise against unecessary repairs in old cars and generally help to keep their clients, both human and automotive, ticking along. Of course, they are so popular now that they, and their team, are always busy. Great experience here! I was able to drop off and pick up my car according to my schedule, which was a huge help. They fixed my car very quickly for what I thought was a fair price. If I had known getting my car fixed could be so easy I would have done it a lot sooner! No complaints about the quality of work or parts so far, and they offer a 1 yr guarantee on parts

Did a great job to identify a warrenty item for a Porsche Cayenne and resolved a cabin air leak that other shops failed at finding root cause.There fast and fair.

They know their stuff and will fix whatever is wrong and do it very nicely!

The staff is really nice, explain all options and dont charge an arm and a leg. Best part is they know what they are doing!

Charged me 35 dollars each to put on tires I bought from them? $145 to check my rear brakes $230 for a oil change I didnt ask forSaid the car needed it but didnt check with me first😞 dont think I will take my 2008 328i there again paid for new tie rods and alignment steering still subpar

Absolutely the best mechanic EVER. Brian is the man. Honest, forthright, bright, knows BMWs in and out and a true gentleman. He is my mechanic for life. Thoughtful, thorough, precise, accurate, fair, trust worthy, generous. All that praise, is it possible? Yes. Try it. Brian will never disappoint. I took my BMW 330ci to him after the car was meticulously maintained by the dealer for more than 10 years but I let it go for almost 22k miles and just when it was dying I took it to Brian. After the service and a thorough look Brian brought it back to almost new and it works like a charm as I commute the hill and back daily. Came in from out of town for a friends wedding and a bunch of warning lights came on in my car while taking her to her appointments. On the way to one, I spotted this location and swung through to see if they could help. They did in a flash and with great kindness. Honest and professional.I had to get my brake pads replaced on my BMW. These guys did a professional job starting from the honest diagnosis, to dropping me off home to having the car ready out front when I showed up. Highly recommend them from my experience.

I just moved to Santa Cruz and was worried about finding a mechanic as good as the one I had in Oregon. I was sent here by an smog test shop because the check engine light was on and the car wouldnt pass with it on. Brought it over and they checked it for free and cleared the minor error that was making the light turn on for. Been going here ever since!

Wont be back, mainly because their prices were twice everyone elses, and they seemed to think needing an explanation meant Im an idiot. Sorry, guys. Theyre pretty busy tho, doubt theyd care.

Honest people. The owner is almost always there and can answer almost every question. If not he will go out of his way to find the answer.

My dad and his partner, Brian owns Hayes European. Ive been around this shop since it was started in my garage. You wont find a friendlier and more trustworthy shop on the north coast.

Took my car a few times, everytine they would find extra repairs that NEEDED to be done, otherwise they were not able to finish what they first started, last time my $750 estimate bill, came out to $2800... it took them 1 week to finish the job because the tech that was working on my car got sick, so he couldnt work on my car 4 days.. of course they didnt care I didnt have my carWill not recommend this place to anyone.
