Came by to pick up our pumpkins on this stop. They have a great selection and good quality. If you are in to unique stems on your pumpkin, then this is a great choice.
I love stopping by Post Farms after our Costco trips. So many great options: you can wander through the rows of dahlias and compose a bouquet having specific flowers cut directly from the plant, live potted plants in bloom, local produce and amazing honey so intense its nearly opaque in its jar. In the fall, pumpkins and Christmas trees have been available.
Post Street Farm is a joy to have in town. Their selection of pumpkins, flowers, honey and more is beautiful and high quality. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, including their cute dog. They really go for it on the decorations for Halloween which is a lot of fun. Highly recommend stopping by.
I like this pumpkin farm. The owner decorated the farm so well so though the size of the farm is not so big, the Halloween vibe is awesome.
Kids had so much fun. Owner was welcoming and freindly.
The man who owns this farm intimidated me out of $90. The story as I see it goes like this, a friend of mine who knew him personally who I will not share anymore information about said he was hiring. I met with him and he agreed to hire me as a farm hand. I put in a few hours of work doing farm tasks over a couple days. We had a miscommunication about scheduling and I apparently offended him by not coming in to work when he expected me to. He no longer wanted to work with me but instead of paying me for the hours of work I had already put in he simply refused to pay me and basically told me tough luck. This happened a few years ago and every time I see his signs posted up (which I always get Costco gas so I see the signs regularly) I think about how he owes me $90. $90 dollars to me now is inconsequential, but at the time it meant a lot to me. Now more than the money I just feel very negative about it, and I resent the powerlessness he made me feel. I feel like he took advantage of me, I was young and scared of him and he used his large physical stature as well as his superior financial resources to intimidate me out of the money he owed me for my labor. He was/is a very unpleasant man to talk to. I go to school for social science now as my major and communications as my minor and let me tell you this, he is one of the worst communicators I have ever met. Hes an angry and disrespectful person who literally cursed at me (like no employer ever has) and berated me for very simple things in the short time I worked for him. Hes also selfish in my experience and from other commentators you will see almost every review of this place reports that his goods are over priced. Also from personal experience working for him (as unpaid labor that he ripped off in my case) every other story/account of people working for him that I have heard is sour. The friend who introduced me to him who had known him for years had to leave because it was unpleasant. If you purchase from him dont think youre helping locals or spending more money to support the community, it only helps him. I wonder how many other people he has intimidated and ripped off to get to where he is today. Its a shame all around.
Cute pumpkin patch to visit with the Family. They do have some spooky Halloween decorations so parents beware (nothing too spooky but your usual skeletons and witches). Our 2 year old had fun looking at all the giant pumpkins.
All sorts of gems to discover, a lot of pumpkin variety, tiny watermelon cucumbers climbing giant scaffolding, hidden cucumber trellis, scary werewolf ambush, basil tomatoes bees so much Dahlia, and that was just October. You should see springtime! So many tomato & pepper varieties, huge vigorous starts! ❤️
Great people, great things. They dont just have dahlias and pumpkins! They have bee products and cucumbers and herbs and all sorts of stuff. Take ya kids, take ya signiffs
We had a great time. The owners were so amazing. Such a beautiful place! We will be back soon!
Matt is super nice!! Love the selection ans the prices. Thanks for the delivery!!!
We were here early December for a Christmas tree. It was late, dark and raining, but they were in good spirit and helped us find the right tree for us. It’s more expensive than any other tree lot we’ve been to, but the trees are also much higher quality. We’ll be back next year. Looking forwards to seeing their spring flowers.
Lots of pumpkin varieties ... great prices ... friendly service ... great photo ops for kids!
Matt has a way with people and is a talented gardener. Stop by when you get a chance. Great selection of healthy Dahlias, fine tomatoes, beautiful nasturtiums. Makes you want to get your hands dirty
Beautiful trees! Friendly staff
I went late in the seasons and they were the only place in town that had pumpkins big enough to carve. They gave me a great deal and helped me to my car. Thanks again for your fantastic customer service.
Cool pumpkins, beautiful flowers
Awesome space. Now nice trees, cant wait to come back for their summer crop. 200+ varieties f heirloom tomatoes.
Got a wonderful big tree that smells wonderful. Always a present experience to shop for Christmas trees or pumpkins here. Love the puppy!!!!
Nice variety of pumpkins, fair prices and friendly staff. Also kid friendly.
Urban farming at its best. Very friendly and helpful staff. The holiday decorations were a bonus.
Very friendly and helpful. If you need a tree, you should definitely go to them!
It was small and very nice. I bought 6 small pumpkins.
We came on December 19th, and the trees were the way overpriced. $120-140$ for 6’, $110-115 for the tree that was almost dead. Skip this place if you don’t want to pay extra.
