Went here today and was given prompt attention. The lady taking care of me was very receptive to my needs. But was only filling in. She said she was from the business aspect of this companyShe agreed when asked if the associates work on commissions and the gentleman working along side here seemed to question her way of doing things. She didn’t try to sell me the store nor did she undersell or appear to compete with the other associatesShe mentioned I was her 1st saleSurely this store could take lessons on being as professional and down to earth as she is Yes I will say to this Day T mobile services blow but this lady could sellIce to an Eskimo. Hey Mgmt of this location. Perhaps u May wanna observe how she handles things

Andrew of the Santa Cruz store was so helpful and knowledgeable. There were two people ahead of Us and he met each ones needs. Couldn’t ask for a kinder person, he helped my sister who broker her phone and she is from Virginia..Thank you Andrew. I’d give him one hundred stars!

The staff at this location was great and very helpful as I had been having some issues with phone support. The guys here not only figured out what the problem was and explained then corrected it, they also credited my account to repay for some of the time and trouble Id experienced with the phone team. Highly recommend the agents at the ocean street location. And the store itself is clean well lit, well stocked and conveinenrly located for easy access.

Not sure why the have “appointments” when you walk in at the same time with someone who didn’t have one and they are seen before you.

Staff were not helpful at all, I had to pull answers out of them instead of them actually helping to give me solutions. Made the process so much more complicated and confusing than it had to be. Made me feel very agitated and annoyed to be using this service instead of happy, was ready to storm out in frustration. Gave the company a bad look, and wasted my time.

I used to love this store and changed my review from a 5-star because the turnover rate here seems pretty high meaning I get someone new helping me each time I visit. This has made it extremely frustrating to return to differing policies from the last time they were explained to me and their decision making is very shady as to inconvenience the customer-end of any transaction for the profit of the company. Tried to reach out to the district manager and he never even bothered to return with a courtesy call. This tmobile is sadly now just as bad as the one in capitola.

I was told to wait because someone who works there was in to buy a device. Fortunately that person thought it wasnt right as did another employee. However the employee I was stuck with was the one who thought I should wait. He was dismissive & made it clear that he didnt want to deal with my miniscule problem. And he didnt. I had a new phone that didnt function properly & he was obviously not there to help me and he didnt..useless, waste of time. I found out by going elsewhere that the phone needed to be replaced. Would never bother going here again.
