Very helpful staff. Unfortunately i couldnt allow myself to spend $200 for a down hooded jacket! I couldnt find a bargain. I already have 3 of their jackets. I got some advice on where to eat! Their restroom is outside and i needed a code.

The store wasn’t laid out very well. Where does the men’s section truly end and women’s section truly begin? Also, there wasn’t a lot of variety in the store itself. Overall, it was a little lackluster.

I had an amazing time here. Came during the 50% off sale and I was just sad I couldn’t afford to buy the whole store. Amazing selection and the best staff around. You should definitely stop on by.

I drive half an hour. 25 miles to shop and take some returns. The store closed at 5:00, just as I arrived. The website still says “closes at 6:00 PM”. You need to do better Patagonia.

Staff is amazing! You can make reservations to by pass long lines online. But when I came without a reservation, there was no line. This could be good for people coming at peak times!

The Covid management of this store is a joke. 10 people inside (they could legally have closer to 100), a “booking” system that never shows any availability, and the usual poor selection of stuff when you do finally get in. I used to love coming to this store whenever I was in town, they’ve been closed since March, and it turns out their grand reopening was neither grand, nor an opening. Don’t waste your time time, you can get cheaper Patagonia stuff online.

I love this brand and store but they are not handling COVID shopping properly. There appears to be no one in charge. They are very disorganized and maMy people are waiting with no idea of when we will get in the store with no information from a curly haired who is nice enough but not equipped to help us.

Definitely a must-do in Santa Cruz! Incredible deals in the outlet section (on the right) plus current season merchandise at full price (on the left). The sales are amazing (30-60% off), but they only happen a couple times a year. Staff is always really helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. If you get them chatting, you will get some really amazing stories of their travels (and proof they stand by what they sell!). Huge fan, just bummed we only get out to it once a year.

Not a whole lot of off priced inventory. Went in looking to buy but came away with nada.

Half of the the store is selling current season products. The other half is selling discounted product. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you with anything! Three of them help me to find three different things that I wasn’t expected to get! Awesome place to visit!

Good place to shop for deals. If you are lucky you can find irregular items that have minor flaws (I could never tell) but are more heavily discounted. Welcoming staff.

Love this location and store. Patagonia is amazing and their outlet has a great selection of clothing and bags to choose from. Clean, well organized and lots of options to try on and buy.I’ve been very lucky here, finding great options and unreal prices. While Web Special on their online store are great, they sometimes have just a few items from last season at incredible prices. You have to look, but worth the time. Great store, friendly staff and clothing with a huge focus on quality and the environment!

Boo! I drove an hour to get here to find that they decided to have a “field day.” Could they not take turns “testing products” instead of shutting down the store completely? Was there advanced notice anywhere? I don’t know, but shutting the entire store down during published opening hours is not OK. I wasn’t the only one inconvenienced (as they pointed out), there were a dozen or so people who came and left. Now an hour drive back with zero mission accomplished. Infuriating!

Nice large store. Very organized. Not everything inside is on sale or outlet prices. It’s a mix. The items on sale are at a good discount but of course don’t expect super cheap prices. Patagonia makes high quality, ethically sourced clothing and the prices reflect that. There is a large parking lot that it shares with a couple of other business.

Kind of a Santa Cruz secret gem. Not to many locals know that this is an Outlet! Excellent customer service also matches the amazing selection of great product backed by the lifetime warranty. Well done, folks.

Great selection of products from the past and current seasons. The staff are friendly, easily approachable and knowledgeable which helps when you’re easily overwhelmed by such a large selection of merchandise.

It’s an outlet, but still pretty pricey. About half the store is actually on sale. Came late to the annual 40% off sale and things were pretty picked over. Can find some good deals if you are willing to hunt. All quality gear, but more for statement pieces. The wetsuit recycling program is pretty awesome.

The staff here are very friendly, and super knowledgeable about the gear. Ill admit, I had previously dismissed Patagonia as too pricey bourgeois for outdoor supplies - but was convinced by a friend to check out the outlet. Not only did the staff here help me find the perfect backpack for my needs, their recommendations for other gear were knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up walking out of this store with several items I was planning on buying elsewhere, simply because the staff took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and give me detailed explanations of the features and abilities of their products. Awesome experience!

All I have to say is $23 socks. Although I do feel more extreme wearing them. Going to try free climbing or squirrel suit flying now that I own these socks. YOLO

If you want Patagonia gear at a little more reasonable price than the full retail spots, this is the place to go. Its a fairly large store but be mindful of the times you show up as a big sale could mean the store will be in complete disarray.The staff knows their product and are really friendly.

It’s definitely NO OUTLET! It’s a quite nice Patagonia store with very friendly staff, but the most products are at regular prices. Someare reduce (10-30%), but only some.I personally would not recommend to extra go here, there a better deals at REI or the sport basement.

Great Patagonia shop with variety, latest styles and some deals from time to time. Service was great too. Lines can get long though.

Dont be fooled by the world Outlet. It will still cost you. Never left the store under $100. Shirts, pants average out to be around $40-50 per item. Jackets over $100.Quality stuff, but Patagonia is the Louis Vuitton of the outdoorsy world.

A bit hard to separate outlet from full retail. Used to be that 40% off special days applied to all, now just a subset of outlet. But, you can still get great stuff at moderate discount if you try.

This outlet is my go too place for deals on high quality outdoor wear. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and the selection of goods is enormous. Often the clothes are marked down as much as 40% and still hold their lifetime warranty.

Overpriced for an outlet store, many new items instead of just all outlet. Small selection of actual outlet items but not many to choose from. Last years styles being sold, again not outlet items, just another way to sell old stock.

We like Patagonia brand and the real Patagonia in Argentina too :) We stopped by after riding in Wilder Ranch. I was in awe because the signs says that on election day (Nov election) they will close the store to let their employees go to the voting places!!! This is a place to work for :)

Great service. Love going here. Maybe Patagonia as a brand got more expensive, but I remember finding super deals here 8 years ago. Went April of 2017 and very few deals could be found. My definition of a deal is 50% off. Most discounts were in the 20 to 30 percent range which I find more in range with regular stores.

I used to buy a lot of patagonia, it used to be high quality stuff, but now its just fashion for techies who want to look like they dont spend 100% of their time indoors. I am sorry, but I am going to find a new company that will not gouge their customers.

They were having a huge sale. The place was a zoo, but the prices justified it. I dont know if the prices are always that good, but they were great on the day I was there.

It’s Patagonia what else need I say! For an outlet store I would expect better prices on items from a couple of seasons back or odd sizes but it is Patagonia and all quality items. If you go to this store don’t forget to checkout the “River Cafe & juice bar.

Patagonia stuff is pricey. Since this is an outlet store, most of the prices have been reduced a fair amount. We were there just before Christmas this past year and scored points with our wives with some nice gifts.

I come here hoping to find great deals, and Im always a little disappointed. Yes, they doo have great, fairly high quality items available. And, yes, the staff is very friendly and they will help find items and answer questions thoroughly. Last, the store is arranged wonderfully with lots of comfy seating.Here are my qualms: much of what is on sale is extremely the wrong size or not marked down very much. Moreover, they often provide items that are overstock or past season without reducing the price. Sometimes you can find a quality deal, but it seems like most times, youd be better off looking for deals online.

Typical outlet store with a large space. Its very hipster vibe with a good selection of farmers. Checkout the wetsuit sale in the summer for half price-last yr model. Remember its an outlet-meaning if you are size xsmall or xlarge then the selection would be great.

Patagonia products are simply fantastic and this store has a decent selection of discounted Patagonia gear. Online prices can often rival or even beat the prices here if you wait and look carefully but being able to try on clothes is nice and the staff are helpful.
