When I first enter to the place I noticed that it was really clean and organized. The employees were helpful and friendly. The place has a variety of cookies and ice cream. All of them are beautiful to the eye and delicious. I ordered The ice cream sandwich and it was big and flavorful, I paid $6 for two of them.

I remember when they opened and it was the best cookie place I had ever been. Still number one. Amazing warm cookies, better than mom used to make em.

Pacific Cookies 🍪 are ALWAYS on point. Make sure to buy some milk also. Bought the bakers dozen. Our kids enjoy them also... They have gluten free also.

THE BEST COOKIES youll ever have, anywhere. Im just sad that they dont have more locations because these cookies are truly life changing. I definitely recommend getting the cookies that are dipped in chocolate (which is just about all the flavors they offer) because that really makes the cookies so much better. Staff were all very friendly and helped me pick out the perfect cookies. Ill literally come back to Santa Cruz just for these cookies!

Their vegan cookies were stellar. We got chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. Perfect mix of crunchy and chewy. And the chocolate was stilly melts. YUM! Super fun that they sell yesterday’s cookies in bags of 6 for $6. They even had bags of vegan! Wildly impressed. So easy to be vegan these days…

This place is a must stop when visiting Santa Cruz. It has a very nice selection of really fresh and tasty cookies.I personally liked the Cahootz! cookie (White Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts) the most but the rest of the cookies that we had were good too.You can also have ice-cream or an ice-cream cookie sandwich. The ice-cream was OK but nothing too exciting.

The oatmeal chocolate chip is so good! Soft, warm and delicious. Prices are good here too. I know my cookies, dont think twice.

The cookies could be more fresh, and moist. They could also be a better price.I do enjoy them when walking around downtown Santa Cruz. I like the midnight chocolate cookie. My girlfriend likes the oatmeal, snicker doodle, and lemon drop.

I was really excited to come here as ratings were high and the selection was beautiful. However, my cookies (3 varieties) were dry and didnt taste very fresh. Hopefully during non Covid times they have more customers so they make many fresh batches. We ended up finishing them the next day, and they had gotten a little moist and were better but still ones from the grocery store would be better. Really disappointed - was not worth it.

Not too much to say about a cookie company with such wonderful variety that also happens to dip everything into chocolate! Had the almond Joe dipped into chocolate and it was everything I could want and then some! So incredibly proud of myself for resisting a second or third. Just have to come back more often ;-)

Great cookies made even better as an ice cream sandwich. Just select your two cookies and ice cream flavor (a lot of ice cream options available). The ice cream alone is great too. They do have vegan options available as well as some cookies that are chocolate dipped. So good!

I never leave Santa Cruz without getting these cookies. My favorites are Dr. Midnight and Mint Condition. Of course, you cant go wrong with classic chocolate chip. Feeling splurgy? Get an ice cream cookie sandwich (ice cream from Mariannes, another Santa Cruz fav). Fresh and delicious, worth the line on weekends (it goes fast).

Da bomb!!!!!! I love Pacific Cookie Company. Hands down my favorite cookie in Santa Cruz. They’ve been in business since 1980 and have been a Santa Cruz staple since then. Their retail space is downtown on Pacific Ave and anytime I’m down there shopping I always swing in to grab a half dozen to take home. All their cookies are fresh and warm. I highly recommend their Chocolate Chip, Almond Joe, Snickerdoodle and Dr Midnight. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Visiting from Canada, I was told that these would be the best cookiest Ive ever had. I must admit, I had my doubts, but after trying these delicious treats, I have to dig deep within my will power to not eat half a dozen when theyre around. Cookies: meh. Theyre big, sometimes hard, not very interestingly flavored, and quite pricey. Ice Cream: very good. They have a good selection of flavors and make very good milkshakes. I wouldnt get the ice cream on a cookie though since it tends to just freeze them and make them really hard

I always miss this place. The cookies are AMAZING, and there are so many good choices. Pair them with an awesome ice cream flavor for the best ice cream sandwich youll have in a loooong time. Last time I was there I got the dark chocolate mint cookies with some vanilla bean ice cream sandwiched in between, AND lemon drop cookies with strawberry ice cream sandwiched in between (basically tasted like a strawberry lemonade). Soooo so good. Never skip this place if youre in the area. Never.

I was really impressed that they still had all their flavors available later on a Saturday night. They have day old or 2 day old cookie bags for a discount. They were good cookies and I appreciated their variety of creative flavors and classic combinations. If you like cookies you will probably be happy.

So visiting Santa Cruz I told myself I would still try to eat halfway decent since Ive been on a health journey... But this place completely blew that LOL I told myself I was only going to get one cookie but you cant eat just one of these cookies I visited this place 3 out of the 5 days I was there and its like I just couldnt stop eating them they are addictive I even thought of ordering them to have them delivered to my home here in Tennessee but I need to get back to my diet LOL.. so the lemon drop cookies are heaven, snickerdoodle is to die for I dont even like mint chocolate chip cookies but their mint chocolate chip cookie they gave me by mistake was actually pretty good. the cookies are big, thick, soft, and chewy. My son loved the macaroons I had a bite and will say it was pretty good but I will stick with the cookies. 1.25 per cookie is not bad when they are so delish.

Delicious cookies with a wide variety of choices. We got half a dozen and our favorites were the lemon drop and white chocolate macadamia nut. We got a large house coffee and it perfectly complimented the cookies. Other delicious choices were the cranberry chocolate and almond Joe. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy an ice cream sandwich with these cookies.

My kids and I visit every week or two (always on foot or by bike), and always enjoy it. It would be even better if this part of downtown was more human-friendly! It’s tricky navigating around all the cars. Far better if the street was open only to people.

We got 6 cookies and 5 were amazing. Chocolate chip, Almond Joe, Lemon, triple chocolate, and my favorite: ginger. The peanut butter was a bit sandy/dry and I didnt care for it. We ate 2 that night and the rest the next day. They were still good. Id definitely go back!

Most reasonable coffee downtown. Very friendly staff. Occasionally prohibitively busy but that never lasts long. A cookie for every coniseur. Great ice cream. Sometimes it is a little too warm inside due to the ovens. Ice cream is also by Mariannes, Santa Cruz favorite local ice cream.

Theres a reason theyve been here for so many years - Great fresh cookies! Their cookies (particularly anything with chocolate or chocolate chips in them) are extremely rich and satisfying. I think if I ate more than a couple of the large cookies, Id be in for some stomach upset - theyre that rich. Theyll definitely satisfy your sweet tooth - I especially like their macadamia nut offerings.

So good for such a simple, casual place! Staff is friendly. Prices are already pretty great, and for how good the cookies (and ice cream and macaroons) are, its wonderful. Personally, I absolutely love the Dr. Midnight cookie with a scoop of green tea ice cream on top. The lemon cookies and chocolate dipped macaroons are also extremely good. I havent tried a whole lot of other things there, but Im looking forward to every time I do.👍

Best cookie ever! Mint condition was a rich dark chocolate cookie with mint chips, and not super sweet. The texture was chewy and thick with a slightly crisp surface. Can’t get much more perfect with a cookie!

You can smell the fresh baked cookies as you walk around downtown and on a cold crisp day, a $1 warm cookie is just what you need.They have an extensive variety but I settled with old fashioned chocolate chip. I was just craving an old familiar and it definitely hit the spot. I love that the cookies are cheap and you can buy yesterdays cookies for a discounted price as well.If youre in the area, dont miss it. Its just that good but Im sure the smell will grab you.

Great place to stop for dessert. I really like the snicker-doodle cookie and they were out when I stopped by.
