I dont know why this store doesnt want my business but I have been treated very dismissive. 4 years ago I re did a bathroom and had the same experience with them .I ended up going to Monterey tile and stone where I received great service. Now for the next bathroom and the same treatment. They acted like I was asking for something out of the ordinary when I wanted the names of some title installers. He said these guys are busy and dont want me to give their cards out.Really? What did they give them to youfor?Called Monterey Tile and they can get the tile, much better price and will work to find a reasonable shipper.

Carl went over and above to find a specific tile that I requested. The tile was from Italy and we ran out of our supply with two pieces to go. Carl spent his morning calling everyone he knew to help me source the hard to find tile. Thank you Carl!

The service in this store is horrendous. Last time I did a tile job I went here and ended up leaving because I could not get anyone to help me. Today I decided to give it another try. This time a woman approached me rather quickly. (Short with brown hair) I had a photo of what i was trying to accomplish. I asked her to help me find tiles similar to the photo. A simple request. This is what I want. She argued with me. On every front. Really? Wow. What a curious exchange of energy. I left. Deciding not to engage. I knew what I wanted. I had a photo. What was there to argue about? No thank you.

Love this place. I have done business with them for years and they never fail to amaze me with their knowledge, selection and pricing. Better than any other place in the area and super helpful. As a local business person I know the value of customer service and Joe and the staff have always impressed me with their patience and sense of humor! Highly recommend using this great company and pass up the cheap, boring tile you find at local big box stores.

Very dismissive sales associate. Went to order from samples they provided and then was explained a flat fee of $80.00 for freight for one box. Told the associate that I was shocked that no one mentioned this at the time I selected the tile. She said thats the way it isnt. Made no attempt to adjust, ship alternatives, nothing.I will never go back.
