One of the best customer experience I have ever had.We were looking for a Men’s bike which was very low on inventory. Called the Santa Cruz center and the customer assistant by name Jackwas really helpful in holding up the bike for us and helped answering all our questions.We drove all the way from Milpitas to Santacruz.Not really stocked for home shopping, but if you need a commercial mop bucket or a professional refrigerator this is the place....and of course you can get single serve ketchup and honey packs here. Theres an aisle with a huge assortment of shrink wrapped baked goods, if you have family coming over you could stock your kitchen with all kinds of gas station baked goods. If you are hosting a bunch of kids, they have boxes of pre-made sandwiches that might come in handy. If you want to live out your childhood fantasy of running a food truck, this store is for you.

Wow, nice, clean, well organized Costco. Im familiar with the San Jose operations, so it was pleasant to how the Santa Cruz facility compared. The layout was a little different that the format in the store I normally visit, but it worked well, the produce was on point, was able to get in and out quickly and then hit the gas pumps. I had to ask an employee if they had a gas station since it wasnt visible anywhere, and found out it was across the street. Overall a pleasant, easy and efficient experience.

I went shopping for my sons birthday 🎉 and found just what he needed. Got him a King, 30 gallon propane tank for 49.00 and at a considerable savings! Almost bought two but had power tools to check out 😁😎 My son said that I did pretty good on the gifts this year. Thanks Mom 😊

Good old Costco one of the busiest Ive ever seen

Wouldve been 5 but I could not find Coconut H2O anywhere! The lunch size ones. Everyone one knows that Costco and Traders use the same supply chain. Therefore, if you love it, you will never find it again.

Ordered a fridge. Delivery people dropped off the wrong one, which wouldnt fit, then refused to put it back in the truck, insisting I set up an exchange with Costco first. Now I cant get to my washer/dryer because theres an oversized fridge in the middle of my kitchen. Never thought an appliance delivery could go this wrong!

Horrible!!! Vaccine appointment and updates specifically say you dont need insurance or ID. But they wouldnt vaccinate without ID. Even commented that I should have it with me to drive --- but they didnt know if Id driven myself. Didnt care when I showed them the notice about no ID needed. Ran late for my friends appointment despite no people there. Didnt apologize, didnt care. Either correct the notice or vaccinate.

Only giving four stars because it isnt really a service heavy store, because its a Costco, so it seems silly to give it five.Its as good a warehouse store as you can get though.

We all know Costco has an epic return policy. And the customer service and speed was up to par or below par in golf means better!We picked up the body glove Stand up paddle board on this visit. We feel the HyperLite Admiral was more stable. The body glove was great for the price and a lot of fun on the lake. Single rider really good. Me and my wife ok if she’s sitting down. The HyperLite we could both stand up and paddle

Great price on Diesel. In fact, this is only Costco in Silicon Valley are that sells Diesel! This is a large station with more than 4 rows pumps. I also like the Electronic Signage that shows which pumps are vacant and available.

I have been a Costco fan for decades. This particular Costco gets a 4 star, instead of 5 star rating only because it does not have some of our favorites, that other Costcos have had. They may not be your favorites, therefore might be a 5 to you.

Tried three times to get a hold of the bakery department. Each time the phone line dropped. Not sure why it’s so difficult to get a hold on anyone and to get any kind of response. I guess the option of to just order a cake from the buttery.

This is my local Costco and Ive had no issues with it since moving here. Theyve got pretty much whatever I want and its worked out so far

A great Costco! The staff here is just amazing so helpful and knowledgeable. The food here is just so amazing and cheap. The location is also perfect.

This is the Costco I go to most often for my family. Its easy to park and get in and out quick with stuff you need or meander through the aisles when you have more time. I feel like the items I like most always disappear, but my necessities are almost always there. Just not much selection for lactose-free/dairy-free yogurt. My only complaint.

Today, I had them adjust the glasses I got there. They did and now they are just right. I am completely pleased with the glasses and their service.

Things I love about Costco in Santa Cruz. They have large parking spaces, and lots of them. They carry a large selection of organic foods. They also have a gas station. This store is less crowded than the Costcos in the Bay Area proper.So, if you are gonna be in Santa Cruz, make going to Costco one of your stops. Around dinner time it has felt almost deserted.

Just did the gas station today. Lower prices and easy quick access. Cant wash windshields but can access pumps from either side. Look for the gas station uphill from the store and across the street.

Costco is a great place but watch out for people in the parking lot looking to make a quick buck on scams. A friend and I rear ended another customer but they were unwilling to exchange insurance information. Would you have gotten management involved?

Last time I came here, they charged my items wrong, I payed more than what I was supposed to. Cant beat their prices though, Costco is definitely the place to buy your groceries.

I think Costco is one of the best stores in the area. I am impressed with their customer service and satisfaction guarantee. If you dont like a product you bought, they will return it no questions asked. The food court is so good. The parking is good as long as you dont let your cart runaway downhill, Ive seen a couple ghost carts flying down the parking lot.

The interior of the store was spacious and well organized. The shelves were fully stocked with the usual assortment of food and merchandise. The clerks were friendly and efficient.

Over all pleasurable usual, but the plants were not labeled with the price and that was disappointing. If youre going to put a product out there was more than just a plants, Put a price next to them.

A pretty run of the mill Costco I would say. It has a basically identical layout to any other one Ive ever been to, so nothing to complain about there. Its a bit difficult to find since you have to make several turns through an industrial area and its not visible from far away. Pro tip: go to the self checkout line, its always way less crowded

Great store for bulk items and I was able to get solar for my house from Sun Run best solar company ever so if Sun Run is selling solar their you know Costco is legit

Was delightful everyone help me even a lot of the people that were there and when I asked were something was they either told me exactly how to find it or they followed me to where I could find it and they help me to put it in my handicap card I had a good experience I was able to find a handicap parking close by and I was helped out to my car and the experience was great the drive home from Santa Cruz to Watsonville wasnt that great because it was Bumper to Bumper but the experience at the store was ideal I ran I recommend it to anyone thank you bye

Well what can I say about Costco? I have been a Executive Member for a year now. Costco has been a #1 store that I go to so I can stock up on food and water. I feel safe due to wearing a mask at all times.

Every COSTCO is different in its layout, which to me is frustrating - trying to find things.Dont get caught out, thinking you can take your own bags in with covid. Also, cant eat at the food court.

Gilroys always pleasant the occupancy has gone up a little bit but still its better than visiting one of the super busy stores in San Jose

Amazing bundles short temper staff

Love the value and quality of the products. The other members are crazy sometimes. Alot of them not social distancing and taking their masks off once inside. Kinda crowded especially during Covid-19 pandemic. Too busy and crowded to really enjoy shopping there.

Costco is a great place to shop. Today’s visit included the purchase of wine. I needed assistance and was greeted by a kind, knowledgeable employee who helped me with my selection.

Costco carries Manuka Honey and 4 other types as well, along with 82 Samsung TVs, in the springtime their garden plants are 5x the size of home depots for the same price.

I just fueled up at the Santa Cruz Costco I have disabled placards and Veterans stickers on my vehicle and no one came over to help me as they were chit-chatting with their friends. I have enormous Mobility problems but I worked my way out of my car and hobbled over to the pump and was able to get it done myself as the Costco employees sat there 40 feet away chit-chatting with their friends and watching me struggle. I fought overseas and became disabled fighting for their rights and freedoms the least I could expect I thought was a little help pumping gas well they are getting paid to do it.

I had some buffalo wings I had bought but they got left out of the fridge so I had to come back to buy some more and it was all it was buying. At self checkout, the scanner picked up my Costco credit card when I meant to use a different card and I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come tell me that I would have to go to memberships to put it on the right card. When I went to memberships I waited another 5 minutes and then the lady returned it but would not sell it to me again saying she needed a manager to scan it back in. I asked why cant you just grab another one from the back and let me buy this one so Im not handling multiple items in a pandemic? She said it doesnt work like that, which doesnt make sense because if you just grab another item thats exactly the same which you now have the item number on your receipt, that would be fine. She walked away so I just grabbed it and went to check out to purchase it again with the right card since she wouldnt sell it to me, and so she followed me and tried to get them to not sell it to me and caused a huge argument and scene. Theyre either rude to you or they ignore you, you cant win. And if you buy something on the wrong card, you ruined their day

This is the Santa Cruz store. Clean, fully stocked for your Christmas holiday needs. Not crowded, masks required, only letting 2 people on one membership card.

This Costco in Santa Cruz is a hidden gem. Literally hidden in a neighborhood with no signs from the street or anything visible to point you to it. Google found the warehouse store for me and it was worth the trek here. I came here on a Friday morning when it was not busy and the store had plenty of items we were looking for. Great for a quick shopping trip when you are on vacation or just a great store to go in and do your weekly shopping duties.The layout is similar to many other Costcos around, so visitors can easily orient themselves when they drop by.
