They are friendly, my game is to old for them to repair so he refer me to someone right away I think thats a good way to do business. I like that very much.

Service is Terrible, i have been on hold at this point for over 3 hours trying to get to Tech support. It will be interesting to see if they answer after telling me to stay online to hold my position and now its after hours! To top it off we have been a loyal customer for over 15 plus years.

The company quoted me a price for a pinball machine in writing then said oh we need another $1000. Due to machine being hot in the marketplace. Do not buy from them. Gready price gouging operation. Better distributors are available. They were fired!
