Ive used ABC Appliance a few times with great service and prices. Ill continue to use them and recommend them to friends. The store is a counter inside another store, but dont let that fool you. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place! These guys came through in a pinch with the right part when my AC failed during a heat wave. I paid about 30% lessthan I would have ordering it online. I will definitely call them first when I need another part.

Technician was friendly and competent, though I did have to tell him how to access the convection fan motor (the part to be replaced). He kept trying to jack up the price claiming the quote was low because he had to pull the oven from the wall. I explained to him that I had told the person giving the quote the model number, serial number, and that the oven would need to be pulled to access the motor and so the quote should be spot on. I did have to help him get the oven out so that the fan could be serviced, and in the end he charged only $5 over the quote, not the $80 over he was pushing for. For $5 I didnt fight it.The fan motor price was $40-60 higher than is found at on-line discount parts houses, but not outside of the high end of range of prices that I found.Overall I rate this experience as OK considering how bad it can be. For example, I have found the official GE service technicians to be shady in the extreme. Compared to them, this experience wasnt so bad.

Needed dryer solenoids on a weekend. They were about to close and stayed open until I got there and then charged way less than the sears parts store I normally go to would have charged.
