Been here several times over the years. You cannot beat the price

Seller prevented me from removing packaging but claimed its new and complete. After I gave money for the Samsung stove, I went back to check the item for further examination. I move the unit around, looking for the serial #. Seller then showed me damage to the side. Then he told me it does not have serial number when I ask where it is. The next day Samsung.com on line chat told me they remove serial # when unit is irreparable. I tried to get my money back before the item was delivered to my residence. Seller says read the bill of sale....20% Restocking Fee and HS give the store credit only.I accepted the unit. Unit was delivered with additional damages on finish hidden by packing material, and its missing griddle. Again, Samsung.com told me griddle should be included in that unit. Bought a new griddle on eBay totaling over $140. Ive decided to pick it up to save on delivery charge. I learned then that the griddle is located in the same place I bought my Samsung stove from, Mega Appliance. eBay vendor claimed he has nothing to do with Mega Appliance. I was told by eBay vendor that the bottom line is I got a good deal (on the stove). I am going to find out within 10 years if I got a good deal or not. I am hoping it will last longer than that, though. Hopeful this message will help future Mega Appliance potential customers. ;-)
