Starting with getting an estimate GlobL Syn-Turf promptly responded to my request, It was our first experience with installing turf and GlobL Syn-Turf took his time explaining the qualities and care of turf. He very patiently went over different scenarios of ways to install turf and giving me quotes for each one. After we scheduled a date for install, everything ran smoothly with updates about what would be happening and when. GlobL Syn-Turfs crew did the install and they were prompt and worked diligently to have the job completed in two days. Clean up was amazing! You couldnt even tell I had the renovation done it was like someone waved a magic wand and I had a brand new back yard. All in all the price and service were the BEST!

We own a landscape architecture company, so you can imagine we would be picky when it comes to artificial turf in our own yard. We got rid of all our grass years ago, but my husband, Brian, who is a serious duffer, wanted a putting green in our back yard. This is right beside our outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, so it made sense for parties--guests would be able mingle, make pizzas, and then step over and putt while waiting for their pizza to cook. We installed our turf 5 years ago and were initially very happy with it. After about 3 years we noticed significant matting in several areas. The Global Syn-Turf people came out to inspect and they said the warranty did not cover any matting. Very disappointing that they would not stand behind their product. We will be replacing the turf but not planning to buy from GST due to their poor after sale support.

Im overall happy with my new turf from GlobL Syn-Turf, they got the job done fast and looks beauteous.

Worse place to pick up turf from! Took 2 hours to load one item. Place is like a ghost town with no management or leadership to handle costumers!
