I wont recommend to buy anything, You will lose your money and time. 🤬🤬🤬I bought Allen & Heath dx168 and send it back after 2 days in new condition.Before sending back I talked to the customer service and they told me and emailed me that I need to pay 5% restocking fee if I send it in the same condition I got it.Now they emailed me that I need to pay 25% restocking fee, because the item is damaged. The customer service was so rude and unethical.

I looked everywhere for this Pioneer DJ DM-40BT-W and couldnt find it, finally, I tracked down this place in Santa Fe Springs and they had some in stock, I highly recommend this company theyre customer service is excellent and theyre doing curbside pick-up during this COVID pandemic which is great!

I do not recommend working with this company. My company purchased a QSC amp through them prior to COVID and then discovered that we no longer needed that amp, when we went to return it we paid for shipping and tracking to send it back per their request for them to then contact us and tell us we sent the wrong amp (a mistake on our end as we house many amps.) We then paid for them to ship it back to us so we could send the correct one their way once COVID restrictions lifted. Upon us telling them that COVID restrictions had now been lifted and we were able to send the amp that they then told us that the return period had now been closed and a return would not be accepted. In a normal circumstance we would have worked faster but for the safety of our team our locations were closed due to COVID-19. We worked with a guy named Michael through their support email channel and were given no choice but to bring our legal team in for assistance. Highly upset with the way this has happened. No one wants to have to deal with this on top of everything happening with COVID-19.

I will never buy anything from this company again. heed the warning this is a rip off company. they will keep ur money and say the equipment is ok and they will not contact u.the equipment was broken out of the box. i called the manufacture and we trouble shot the device on the phone and they told me to send it back. well needless to say it has been almost two weeks since they received the equipment. no refund no nothing. my bank is going to get involved and get all the money back for me. buyer be ware
