I recently took my Sprinter 3500 to Betts Truck Parts and Service in Santa Fe Springs to have Timbren suspension enhancement kits installed. Hector Torres was the Service Manager and he also performed the work. Hector was very friendly and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Hector has many years of experience in the truck suspension business and was willing to share his knowledge by giving me recommendations for several other suspension upgrades available for the Sprinter 3500.

Picked out this shop because of the good reviews. I called Hector and described a problem I was having with one of my brake calipers and he listened very well and then told me the best time to bring it in the next day. Once I got there he quoted me a very reasonable price and even went out of his way to order the correct part and let us wait there in our motorhome while the part was being delivered. Would highly recommend for especially for motorhome folks who have any problems from the frame down.

I found BETTS TRUCK PARTS & SERVICE on the Internet while searching for a place to ADD A LEAF to new leaf Springs I had ordered For my sons 1999 GMC Yukon.I ordered Stock application, Plug & play ready go leaf Springs from eBay.My son uses the Yukon to carry heavy items In the back and also for towing.The Original leaf Springs Springs are bent On the front section. Partially because of drive shaft torque direction Tips The nose of the differential upward! In forward motion.When pulling of carrying heavy loads this puts a lot of stress on the front halves of the leaf Springs!Eventually they bend & fail.By ADDING A LEAF Right on top of the the MAIN leaf Spring, it EXTENDS out toward the ENDS & covers the area that would normally bend!The Yukon is sitting low in the back on the stoppers.I knew that Stock replacement leaf Springs would not handle the job!I needed to have them strengthened For CAPACITY. Not so much height.However I will gain about an inch.With the added leaf it will not SQUAT easily.If I would have did the research & known about BETTS I would have had them build me a set. Would have saved a $120 shipping& Applied the money toward the Spring build.Well worth the 21 mile drive each way .They specialize at LEAF Spring Strengthening enhancements, repair Broken Springs or complete replacement.They actually build the leafs Springs in house from scratch!They offer Front & rear suspension service for BIG RIGS & their TRAILERS.AIR BRAKE Repairs, BRAKE lines, CANISTERS, Front and rear AXLE assemblies COMPLETE!When I called I met Hector, Company SERVICE MANAGER.I mentioned I was looking for Warren Spring on Internet A long time Spring repair company thats been around since The mid 1900s located on Alameda St close to the South Bay where I live.He explained they have been out of business 20 years! He knew their history & Why they went out of business.That amazed me.!I was sold after that!When somebody can tell you about their competition, just knowing about it,Met a lot to me!a lot of people do not know of older companies from the past like Hector did.While I was on hold During one of our conversations over the last 2 days I noticed that theyve been in business since the mid 1800s!WOW!THEY HAVE my BUSINESS for LIFE!!!K..

Service was fabulous and professional. They were thorough and very willing to help. I usually have questions when it comes to repairs and / or services but they didnt mind. This type of support is what I look for. I wish I could have more opportunities to use their services bcuz I feel like a VIP when Im there. Ive been getting all of the necessary parts I need to maintain my seal fleet of trucks and trailer. Extremely beneficial for them to be located so close to me. Im actually mad they very few days they dont open, and I need them. Great price, and they have everything to keep my trailers working 24/7.

Need leaf springs? They have it.Suspension air bags? They got it.Truck and trailer air valve? They got it.Not sure what we would do without them, they have everything available, and prices are good. Staff is super extremely informative and friendly, plus they work quick to get you in and out and back on the road.

Had a leaf spring snap in half while doing deliveries in LA. Called the shop explain my situation and these guys didnt disappoint. Showed up late afternoon and they were busy but got working on it right away. Told me 3-4 hours, got it done in 2. Also price was cheaper than initially estimated. 10stars. Amazing work and great price at least 2-3 times cheaper than what dealership wanted to charge. Keep up the amazing work and will definitely recommend this place to other drivers.
