Ran into some problems with my cpu and they let me know right away to get it all situated. 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend if you want your rigs built or upgraded. This company is amazing. Anthony is super knowledgeable and efficient. He had two Computers running slow with a bunch of unimportant items running in the background. He cleaned them both up in one day. They both run like new.

Pros: Good service; frequent updatesCons: Repair takes a while; few bumps in the road.I went to Think Computers because it was near and had good reviews. The back of my computer needed replacing because it wouldnt close. I gave them my laptop and they called me to give me a quote. I thought it was fair so I told them to proceed with the fix. A week later, I get a call and the part was delivered dented so they ordered another one. The second part also came dented, so they order a third. Each part takes about a week to ship. Now, I know it isnt their fault, so Im patient.They finally get a part that wasnt dented and the technician installs it. HE CRACKS MY SCREEN. Bruce, the guy that has been giving me updates, apologizes and says theyll replace my screen for free. Im upset but thats fine. A week and a half goes by and they receive my screen. I drop my laptop off and pick it up in the afternoon. I go home with it and there are dead spots on my display. When my boyfriend drops it off the next day, they found that it was just dust, but guess what. THEY CRACK MY SCREEN AGAIN. So now I get to wait another week and a half and pray they dont crack it again trying to replace the cracked screen that they caused TWICE. This is the final straw.Bruce is a good guy. He has been apologetic and helpful this entire time. The customer service has been great; the actual service has not been. I have gone a month and a half (SO FAR) without a working laptop and that is too long of a time for anyone, especially a student like myself.
