I didnt buy anything from this store. I was looking for halloween costumes for my family and I. I just wanted to comment on the great customer service provided by one of your employees. She should be recognized. Deanne was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate her positive attitude. Please let her know she is doing a great job.

Party City always delivers in times of need on pretty much most occasions. Great store, great selection of products, great staff and reasonable prices. The check out line was not to bad and had three cashiers open assisting the customers. I was pretty stunned to see the store as clean as it was especially in October as we all know Halloween is right around the corner.

I ordered some Pokemon piñatas. It was a last minute purchase I cannot find them anywhere else they literally save the party. The great thing was I ordered it online the cup service was excellent.

Love this place always greeted with a smile and a hello. Always very helpful. My granddaughters birthday party is this saturdy. And she mention to pre order the balloon so that there ready and paid for, so all I have to do is just come on in and pick them up. Because theres usually a 2 hour wait, Just to cash out.

The girls who work there are not friendly, they are in their world and if you want something they tell you they dont have it and I had already seen the sun product.

Ordered online and. It was brought to my car on arrival. That Easy!they were out of stock on one item discontinued they gave me a phone call and refunded it. Would totally do this again easy peasy

Horrible staff. As soon as I walked in 2 girls were just standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing and said they can’t take walk ins. Lazy people.

Empty and in Covid-19 times, that was nice. But so were the shelves, but I will forgive because there was a transition in holidays.

If buying balloons, order then online for pick up. If not the wait is long as they dont have many cashiers and then you have to wait for them to blow them up.

They didnt have everything I needed, and some how I still wound up paying over $75 for items that my 6yrs wanted😳 these are crazy times🤪during a pandemic😷

This party city is a large store with a great selection of items for all your party needs. They have great seasonal selections as well.Pricing is a bit high, but its convenient to have everything in one place. If I had time Id rather order from Amazon for the pricing.The employee are helpful for the most part. My biggest issue is the pricing on the goods. Besides that, nice spot.

Thus place has an amazing selection! I needed some birthday supplies in a hurry, and they had everything I wanted! Including a birthday sash, birthday chalice, and a birthday light-up tiara. They are pretty expensive for some things, but relatively reasonable for others

Customer service is poor and they do not follow Covid guidelines. I noticed that after each customer on registers they do not wipe down the pin pads.(which they should)

I feel this location never has anything out. As soon as you walk in they have a few items on the shelf but further back its completely empty.I would assume that it is because they are preparing to change from one season to the next, but I stop by here often and its always the same.Try going to the Downey location instead.

Store was empty so no crowds also girl working there was nice.

For birthday, wedding shower, baby showers you can find all decorations you may need. But during any big holiday they stock up on the holiday decor more than the year round. The cashier that wears many hats is very helpful and nice.

Went around 9 o clock.. Their signs say closed at 8:30.. But nothing to complain about. It was not busy at all and the costume i was looking for was here! I guess because its far out people dont always come here so they have many costumes still in stock.

Excellent customer service! Pretty clean store considering they just had Halloween.

I did give it a 4 🌟 because there was a mix up with my online order. But the lady who helped me out was very apologetic and did find a substitution for it.

Purchased balloons ahead of time for my daughters bday party and was told I could have them filled with helium the day of the party. I go to Party City day of and Im told that there is a worldwide helium shortage and they are unable to fill the balloons with helium. What? Huh? There are disposable helium tanks sitting ten feet from me, so there is obviously helium somewhere. But be forewarned, this is an international crisis! WORLDWIDE HELIUM SHORTAGE!!! PANIC!!!!!!!

Service is always slow

This is the month of June on a Saturday afternoon, you would think that this so call party store would understand that there would be lots of graduation partys. Went to pick up a few more items,stood in line for over 20 minutes - (left items and waljef out)one slow cashier the other two were busy with the balloons. Apparently manager does not know how to schedule or even help. Will never go back again, never..

I wish I could give 0 stars. According to the sign on the door the store is opened at 9am today. Well the gentleman was sitting in his car the whole time and did not open until 9:07am. A couple people left. Joel is the employee name.

Good, just people dont understand they need to pre order balloons to be inflated for holidays, weekends or other special days that are celebrated. Dont expect them to preform miracles and have your done as a walk up when others thought ahead.

I was at the store at 9:30 I dont know what time your employees arrive, but the store was a mess. Either the closing crew did not clean up and left it for the morning crew and nothing was done. It was a busy morning and maybe 2 employees trying to help us all..The store should not have trash in the isles and products on the floor..
