The serviceman was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The service took less time than expected and the prices were lower than anywhere else.

ABOUT TIRES WALMART HAS WHATEVER SIZE YOU NEED THE PROBLEM IS THE AUTO CARE CENTER HAS NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT. I ARRIVED 45 MINUTES BEFORE 7 AND THEY DIDNT ACCEPTED MY VAN TO REPLACE MY TIRES SO I BOUGHT THEM THERE IN WALMART AND PAY ANOTHER SHOP TO GET MY TIRES INSTALLED.

The worst customer service. Actually, I don’t think I can say that, as there was literally no customer service. The first time I got my oil changed here, the wait wasn’t very long, but when they called me to let me know that my car was ready, nobody helped me for a good 30 minutes. Not even joking, I timed it. No one was there for me to talk to, or pay for the service and I just had to wait there for someone to help.The second time I tried to go get service, I drove up and no one ever acknowledged that I was there or tried to help. I waited 15-20 minutes before deciding to leave.

I know all the reviews say its horrible unnecessarily time consuming services, but let me tell you. It really is horrible time consuming services with even worse customer service. I thought maybe the reviewers just came on a bad day but that is not the case they really dont care. The mechanics drag their feet and because Im a woman when I asked specific questions in regards to the status of my service, I was met with condescending answers and an hr long runaround to HONOR my road hazard warranty (which was valid). So in short unless you absolutely have no other choice, theres a Good Year across the street that might actually be more helpful.

Only leaving one star because I cant leave less. The guys were very condescending and rude. Martin refused to even look at my car. Dont waste your time, use the Goodyear across the street.

Good tire prices. Bad service. Made me wait 25 minutes just to tell me I had to pick up tires at customer service. I had a 3 pm appointment and they had no clue of it. Seems like they were trying to finish for the day and did not want to replace my tires. The attitude I got from the employee made me feel unsafe of allowing them to change my tires with that attitude of carelessness. Didnt want them to do a half a@* job, so i left.

No customer service.no one answers the phone. The voice message states; your call is important to us....what a joke!

Wouldnt recommend this place, Guy that did my cars oil change lost the oil cap that goes on top second they didnt wanna pay for the expenses of the tow truck third thing they miss spelled my name on the paperwork and the cars color. I strongly advise to take your car somewhere else for an oil change or tire change i dont recommend this place at all.

DEMANDED to UP sell my wife.Employee told my wife her car had to have synthetic oil as THE COMPUTER said so! or he could not change her oil, you could almost hear the dramatic music in the background.I am a CA STATE Certified Industrial Mechanic, I assured my wife her 13 year old car did not need the most expensive oil. This was the second time the very same employee tried to take advantage of the females of my family. The last time he told my daughter her 16 year old car HAD to use the full synthetic oil.I would give one star but I tend NOT to pay attention to i star reviews, so I gave 2.

Not the same people at auto center they are lazy slow and unprofessional..where are the original staff.....these new mechanics are a sad crew....i will have to start going else where for me oil change...but i really hope the old crew comes back

Ive never written a review before, but I just had a really great experience at a Walmart (which never happens... at least for me). It all started with Vinh from the Auto Center. I appreciate him for sharing his knowledge and recommendations for caring for my car. To all the employees I ran into this Saturday morning, they were very helpful and friendly. But I cant get over how awesome the Auto Center team was.

I read the bad reviews and was nervous, but when I called ahead, they said they had the battery I needed for my car, and only one car was currently ahead of me, so the wait might be short. As it was, the very friendly service was matched by them finishing in half the time they estimated, getting me in and out in 30 min, and calling me to let me know when they were done. Consumer Reports liked their battery and its price and warranty, so I am sold! I would definitely go there again. Thanks, Michele!

Terrible experience. I called ahead several times to make sure my tires were there. Got hung up on three times. Dropped off my set of wheels to get tires mounted on, told the guy there no rush, take his time, do it right. I get a call back within an hour saying wheels are ready for pick up. I asked if I can leave there over night because its late and pouring rain, I was told no can do. Drove down to pick them up, waited in the rain for them to roll them out the shop and onto my truck. Get home unload them, just to realize one tire is mounted incorrectly (tread pattern opposite way). Huge Waste of time. Safety hazard, they cant mount tires correctly.

I went in and purchased two tires, I was told I would need the other two soon. I went back in weeks later for the other two to be replaced. The manager helped me and said yes I needed them. When I went to pick up the attendant was nice enough to tell me that my old tires were still in great condition. He even tried to call me to confirm I wanted to switch them out.

Got my car battery changed here. Took over two hours. I asked if they could call my phone when it was ready and they never did. I had to ask three different people if it was ready after waiting nearby. Finally I was able to leave. Avoid at all costs unless you are the only person here.

Never liked using my time to rate or review something but this place is good in service for your car but bad in customer service, the Asian guy has a rude way of speaking. Not friendly at all but the lady with blonde hair and tarttoos was helpful, professional, and friendly

Very rude. Awful service. Bought a brand new battery 3 days ago... battery was dead this morning...I walk up and the guy says you need to take this to a mechanic. I was absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service. Ill drive to La Habra Wal-Mart thanks.

Got my oil changed. Cheap and quick.

Went for a oil change and couple weeks later the oil light was flashing after scratching my head for a bit found out they had put way to much oil in. Will not be going back. The potential damage of having to much oil could ruin your engine to a point of a serious and costly repair. Would not recommend ever.

I wish I could give less than one star, their service horrible, I wont come back I lived in Santa Fe spring for a while thats why I like to go to Walmart even though I dont live there anymore I keep on going, now I dont like this place anymore because the auto center sucks the. People who work there are so unprofessional specially the the philipino guy and the Hispanic guy that work Wednesday mornings bad Custer services so disappointed.

Took way too long for a oil change, im talkin 3 hours..... I saw others arrive 20-30 minutes after me getting their oil service done while i waited.
