Ongoing bad experience......They were a day late for the install and then installed the LVP incorrectly leaving large gaps between the planks. We had to call several times before they would acknowledge a mistake; then we had to wait months for an inspector from their flooring manufacturer. The manufacturer’s flooring inspector confirmed the install was improper yet we are still waiting over five months for a resolution. They also told me they do not have insurance. Stay away!!!!!!

I only talk 2 them on the phone they dont do what I need, but that should have been the end, no they told me about things I could do, I am very impressed with that . Use them if you can
