Good self check out. Easy and affordable.

I found exactly what I was looking for. The self check out gentleman was very helpful when I didnt know how to use it to pay cssh.

Walmart is Walmart, I only go there when is absolutely necessary and thats when Im sending money to a family member.

This place has been rearranged as to 90% of the sales floor. Some aisles have more room and a few are barely passable. Temporary Inconvenience; Permanent Improvement.

What can I say it’s your typical Walmart supercenter.

Total honesty. I think the store is great since things there are up to date. Although there will be somethings that arent there. They can be found if asked. Employee are also very nice and respectful to others even when dealing with so much.

Their customer service is not not the best. They tend to accuse me of stealing every time I go in to use their restroom and walk out empty handed. Their security guards seem to be much more helpful then the employees themselves. Also, they tend to never have the items available that I go in there to purchase available until after I have to find it at another business. The only reason they get three stars is because it is walmart and they have a variety of food and other items where I can get most of my basic shopping done all at one location (for the most part).

Good parking. Off to behind side is best no waiting. Great selection on products and prices. Clean with restrooms. Friendly and helpful employees as well. Plenty of registers and self checkouts available.

Went in looking for a laptop battery and pencils. I couldnt find them; but I found a few other things. There was no one to ask and when I got to the front theres only one Checker with 10 people in line. I was going to use the self-checkout but instead II ended up walking out without buying cuz it wasnt worth the effort if I couldnt ask someone where they so the things I came in to purchase. If a customer knows exactly what I want they should realize I have better things to do than the search for something and be my own checker.

Nelly and I went to Walmart she had to get stuffer for her trip that on Tuesday Christina needed stuff for her trip too and it was fun going there with them Nellie and Christina yeah so fun going there on Tuesday and then he had to get a lot of stuff for her birthday party this stuff for her too and Christina for her for her and her son she went to go see her mom too I went to go see her mom and her son too on vacation she need a lot of stuff and Nelly too and I need a groceries too and its very nice to go there with them too and and they have their feet theres the cashier helped us she was nice the two cashier to help help Christina too it was very nice too with Christina I like the store its clean and everything too

Walmart surpassed Kmart at long time ago. A great place to shop many items..

No one to help in electronics because the person who knows what they are doing was on break. How are you to make money if you have none to break the electronics person??? Sad!!!

Would not recommend this Walmart for photos, ordered on line twice(actually one of the websites that allowed and confirmed my order, the associate told me they no longer use that site, but it did allow me to order,how does that happen???). I reordered there at photo dept, order confirmed, then an hour later (shopped for an hour) associate tells me they are having issues with Fuji and cannot print photos.. really frustrating..

Had to forage the parking lot to get a cart. Then I think I went in the exit? Maybe? There are two doors, confusingly marked. Figured it out eventually. Self checkout was fast and easy.

I just wanted to say thank you to your employee Eileen . She was so very helpful when we wanted to look at your locked up bikes. Even let my teenage son adjust the seat to be sure the bike would be good for his height. She was quick to help us and didnt get upset when we didnt end up getting the bike. Those stara are for her.

I purchased the wrong item. At the time of purchase the associate asked personal questions. I thought was inappropriate so, returned to speak with Manager to request for even exchange. I was not asking for a refund, nor money. They would not grant my request..very disappointed..Not returning to this Walmart any time soon

Their prices are all wrong. They changed me 79ç for 30ç notebooks. I am going to have to run all the way back. That is considered Stealing in my book.

Great store management. If check out lanes got too crowded new lanes where open right away. Staff I encountered where really friendly and happy to help. The store was well kept. Got my tires here. The wait was pretty long and the worker broke my hub cap but the manager Martin was honest and let me know before I paid and also offered to replace the part. This is probably the best experience Ive had at a Walmart.

WORSE AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT! STEVEN WAS SO LAZY, HE ASKED ME FOR MY WARRANTY PAPERS BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO LOOK IN THE COMPUTER. WILL NOT BE RETURNING....AND DO NOT RECCOMEND IT TO ANYBODY.

I wish you guys would train your employees better, and management would lead by example. For a store that has captured much of our business during Covid you guys have the worst customer service. Please have someone properly trained in the Sporting Good section. You did your best Gabriel, unfortunately your management team have poor attitude, effort, and maybe even bad performance.

These two items need to be stocked they seem to go so fast, eggs and Lactaid milk we are hoping to find everything in one shopping trip instead of going to different stores in that shopping location

Very clean and organized. Upon arrival, the ambassador cleaned my basket handles and directed me to hand sanitizer. This made me feel as though they value safety.There are lots of things locked behind glass which is not something I experience at the Cerritos location but the staff responded extremely quickly.In electronics, the lead rep seemed slightly bothered when I asked for the headphones to be put in the plastic security case because I was not done shopping.The only line open for check out was self checkout.Overall, a great experience.

Terrible service. Only 1 check out is open with 15+ people in line. I told the cashier if she can ask for back up then she said for me to go use the self check out. I dont want to go there and it wasnt like there werent too many in line over there. Spoke with couple of employees but no one was helpful. Lot of people were unhappy. Its a problem that needs to get fixed if they want our business.

Ghetto.Had my tires ordered there, in-store, over two months ago. Called several time and they are still waiting. I too my business elsewhere.

Did not have available shopping carts inside; when coming out employees were just grabbing them from outside.

Walmart is Walmart! In one hand is good, cause you can find almost anything, but in the other hand... if you need help usually you have to spend several min. To find an employee ( who most of the time is not really friendly) to help you and lets not talk about when is time to go to pay for your items. They have about 10or 15 registers but only 2 are in service. So, there it goes another 10 or 20 min. Waiting to pay for your goodies.

Also like Aldi close to my house.

Always a nightmare trying to use self checkout of this location. Even in the A.M. hours, as they have no cashiers in the morning and the excuse is that they have called out sick. Yet there are lots of employees standing around talking but only the cashiers have called out sick.

I actually had no major problems with this place, until now,having to not only bag our own items but now having to do our own self check out, Really I mean when did I start working at Walmart and where do I pick up my check...

Usually is a pleasent experience, but not today I went there today around 3 pm my mom want the lipstick called doll house from wet and wild. I headed to the cosmetic department, the register was empty so I have to wait more than 15 min for the employer to appear and at all time was on her phone. I asked her to get me the lipstick and she reply they go by numbers only so I refute and told her that they are by name and number, I didnt know the number and I wear glasses, I couldnt read small letters. She said I have to be in the register, so I reply you are not helping me. To my surprise she got offended and took my items to another register were I have to wait in line. She told me thats what happen when you said I am not helping you. What a trip. Does she think she is the owner? Her customer service sucks.

This certain day I walk in just to buy a USB car charger, entrance to the plaza is visible, lots of parking spaces, exterior is nice and clean, inside of the store was organize employees were helpful especially as soon as I got in to the electronic department I was approach by one of their employees who was courteous and knowledgeable about certain items in the shelf. I ended up getting the ANKER power device for my car, really works charges my phone in less than an hour to a full charge if not in 30-40 minutes. What really needs work is the restrooms though, the mens restroom was dirty both stalls had toilet paper thrown in the floors and the urinals seem like they werent clean this certain day I went there. But overall a great Walmart compare to others ive been to.

Always shop at walmart. They lowered the dairy products 2 months ago as well as beef hot dogs and chips etc. Some of our regular staples are half price now. In this crisis we are enduring it is nice to be able to spend less on our food. Thank you Wal-Mart!!

We order grocerys for curb side pick up, employees are very proffesional bring out your order in a cart in totes and place bags in trunk of car for you while you sit in car and place order correct just great things for them keep it up

Enjoyed our shopping in Walmart because there were so few people. Have an excellent entry and exit policy. At self-checkout everything was very smooth and there was someone there if you had a problem. Was finally able to find Diet Pepsi in the plastic bottles. That was good.

Since theyve had a recent change in Staff and Management... this store has become Very Unorganized. The Customer Service is Non Existent. The Cashier Lines....Are ALWAYS LONG... And yet, with all the employees on the Floor, they Refuse to call for Back up Cashiers... I will take my Business to Orange County from now on.... Really sad because I live a few minutes away from this location...

I would like to give a recognition to Karen that helped me with a order for mobile pick up. She was efficient and very friendly. Karen and Jesse both made the checkout process smooth. Store is extremely clean and organized. This is the best Walmart I’ve ever been to.

Walmart is walmart. I love the store and the prices but the people in the store make the experience a bit unpleasant. The employees are decent, i cant say nothing positive or negative because Im usually in and out of the store. Smaller items are locked up which is kind of annoying. Sometimes i rather pay the extra dollar elsewhere then wait for someone to unlock the item i want to only have them take it to a cashier and thats bothersome because I only use self checkout. But if you get there at the right time the experience is 10x better.

Not sure, if it was the time or day; not one check stand was open. It was only self checkout; line went around to the produce area. Day was Thursday, time 10:30. They need to utilize their cashiers.

The store is amazing n the staff are nice just one thing that i hate is that they check my reciept, sometimes im in a rush and this checking reciept doesnt help.. the cashier already checked the reciept so whats going on please stop the lines are already time taking long enough

Seems to be no cash register but scan & go only, very long lines slow as heck very packed try other walmarts dont come to this one! Do not recommend this place.

The receipt checking thing at the door needs to go. Im nice enough to flash my receipt when I dont have to and the guy grabs it without permission. I didnt say you can touch my receipt. After I pay it is my property and you have no right to search my stuff. Cant wait for the day they try to touch me when I refuse to stop and show my receipt so I can sue the hell out of them. If youre reading this YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO STOP AND SHOW YOUR RECEIPT.

Good prices for stuff but employees need to be better about Walmart’s no pet policy. I see a lot of pets in there and have almost been attacked by a few. Remember just because it has a vest doesn’t mean it’s a service dog. The ADA doesn’t require a service dog to wear a vest. The ADA also states that a service dog is never allowed in the cart for obvious reasons (it’s also against health code) a proper service dog will be in a heel next to the handler and focused on the handler. With this being said NEVER distract a service dog whether you make kissy noises or say aww so cute or petting the dig without handler permission or taking pictures of the dog. Always be respectful to the dog and handler. If you aren’t sure whether you can go up to the handler to ask to pet always look at their vest. It will usually have a little patch that either says no petting or ask to pet. Also emotional service animals do not have the same public access rights as service dogs do as emotional support animals do not need to have any training. Service dog certifications are a scam there is no certification or registry for service dogs or emotional support animal. Service dog ID’s are a scam as well and make public access harder for service dog teams. If you or someone you know is thinking of taking your pet with you into Walmart please don’t for my safety and the safety of others. Too many service dogs have been attacked and killed because someone decided to take their pet into the store

It has everything I need, but can improve on how many registers are open and have faster service in the locked up sections.

This was my first time to pick up my groceries at Walmart. My friends told me what great service at the Santa Fe Springs Walmart. The young lady that put my groceries in my car was very helpful and very courtesy. I believe her name was Andrea. Will be doing more shopping very soon! 😊

Typical Walmart just not always too packed

On a Saturday afternoon, no help at Walmart whatsoever, no employees at the front counter at the tire lube express department, 20 minutes waiting to get paint, rang the bell at least 12 times, talked to three Walmart employees trying to get help, all I get is answers like I don’t work in this department or I’m on lunch or talk to someone over there, walked out the store, no paint, i’m going somewhere else, not Walmart. This is ridiculous.

This place is good has just about everything you need ...prices are fine / service is good here ...

I found all the stuff that I have been looking for 4 months now.

Check outs are backed up so be prepared to stand for a bit. I pay for my groceries so not self checking ever. It is clean and not overcrowded.

Im not one to complain, however, I do believe the second coming of Christ will probably take place before the Walmart staff at this location will ever have a clue as to what customer service is.......dont hold me to it, Im a critic not a fortune teller but I would be willing to bet on this one.....sorry santa Fe springs Wal Mart.....much work to do here......lacking at best!

Not a big crowd and I was in the hood

Came here to pick up groceries. Waited an hour to get my groceries with a 1 year old in the backseat getting upset. Finally left without getting the groceries. Why? Seemingly because all their staff were trying to deal with people standing in line to get Black Friday deals. PS5s are really the priority in a pandemic? Complete mess. Should be ashamed. All the poor workers were doing there best, but clearly management is not doing their job
