Cheap and fast. Very good burgers and fries. Drive thru is always long but the line moves quickly.

Ordered a well done double double with chopped chilies and whole grilled onion . Big dude in the drive through messed up my order. They gave me this extremely cold and disgusting excuse of a burger. My fries were all hard & cold. I was going to take it back but they had just bearly closed. Before paying nobody repeated my order, they just charged me and handed me the bag real fast. I got 1 star service and I’d give it 0 stars for the food quality. Last time I will come here.

This In n out its ok. Its just the food is always cold. There are always busy so I understand they want to be prepared but still. Not much of a fan at this In and Out.

Man is this place overrated. I ate it as soon as they gave it to me, but the fries were cold and stale. The lettuce on the burger was limp and wilted, and the tomato was warm which tells me its been sitting around for awhile. Which is odd, since theyre so busy. How does the food get so old when theyre busy? The best thing is the thick slice of onion, which most places dont have. But it was wasted on this lousy meal.

I support In and Out anytime. They never make mistakes. Food is the best!

Nice restaurant. The place was very clean and cool on this hot day. Masks were required except when eating. As I always say :Cant go wrong eating at an In-N-Out.

Sooooo Im end of the line there is a car in front of me but the guy is NOT moving even when there is space for 2 cars in front of him so I thought maybe he isnt even in line so I went to the front of him and the worker from in n out comes and tells me tat I cut and I need to go back behind him which I couldnt do now because there is 5 car after that. The man was holding up the line and I was on a 30 min lunch break and it was his turn to order soooooooo anyways she was rude and I did not leave the line I just paid for his order as an apology just didnt like the way the in n out employee attacked me about it...

Never had a bad experience at this in n out. Burgers have always been spot on. As usual, the only bad thing is long lines during peak meal times. In n out for the win for having quality food at reasonable prices this day and age!

Usually I go by car (driverthru) but also for walk ins is a good spot to take a tasty burger from in N out

Delicious as usual. I can honestly say that In-n-Out is sooo reliable. You know your burger is going to be made right and super fresh! So when someone cuts in line you get REALLY mad! I am thankful that she ended up leaving before ordering.

Giving it three stars because recently the past couple weeks the Customer service has been lacking and it has been taking much longer than usual to receive the food.Particularly the drive thru attendant( a male heavyset build ) he talks over you and asks if you want fries and drinks before you even finish customizing your burger This has happened twice. Now we are forced to order from inside because we dont want to be rushed into ordering quickly.

This particular In-N-Out has been a good place to get some food and relax. Theres lots of space and (bar the busy times of the day like lunch), it doesnt feel crowded. Food is good, too, but thats a given.

I cant speak for all in-n-outs but all the ones Ive visited have been perfect! Ive never had any order problems at this in-n-out and I have never had a worker help me without a huge smile on their face. Most everyone has been to an in-n-out before. But this is the best one Ive been to!

Looks delicious still and was still pretty warm and very fresh.I love the fresh cut onions on my burger and animal style fries. I get my fries extra crispy so they dont get soggy from the secret sauce.Enjoy!

In and Out Burger is the best. Keto - ask for protein style. I just ate 3 doubles and 2 single cheeseburgers protein style and animal style in 20 minutes. Savage!!! How bad did I feel? I didnt. I ate 3 big macs once and then almost immediately after spewed out a lovely Hazard County orange slurry of lettuce and shame. Never again. That should tell you everything you need to know about why you should come here and not go to a place thats going to poison you for profit.

What an experience! As it is, I love the burgers and the fries that In-N-Out makes, but this time was exceptional. I had fallen asleep while waiting in that long line that all In-N-Out have because their food is so good. So my wife, who was driving made my order for me and forgot I wanted my fries animal style. I woke up at the time she was paying (and had already payed). I reminded her about the animal style fries. She didnt order them that way. The cashier heard us and said said she could try to change it. She spoke to the person she needed to, to make that change. After a few seconds she told us it was all done. She told us how much more the bill was. We payed and this cashier, whose name unfortunately I didnt catch, really made my day! Do you know the difference between regular fries and animal style fries? If you dont, try animal style and youll experience what I was talking about. Youll see why I was so adamant about getting my animal style fries! Kudos for the cashier love that willingness to serve. THANK YOU IN-N-OUT!

My coworker went in with a big order today. Lauren was incredibly nice and helpful, even going as far as labeling each person’s order and packing it in boxes AND helping her carry everything out to the car. Thank you for going above and bring, Lauren!

Ive always liked In-n-Out burger not only because they make their own French fries from whole potatoes and use decent quality ingredients but because it is family owned and the family are Christians but they put scripture references on the burger wrappers and on the bottom rim of every cup, there is a John 3:16 stamped on it! One of the few fast food chains that doesnt advertise on TV or use coupons! Have you ever seen an In-n Out burger that didnt have a line of people ordering? They are always busy from when they open until they close.

I dont know what they do different now, but after a 40 minute drive thru wait, my burgers did not taste like they always used to. The cheese was different, the bun seemed different and the meat just tasted like lard. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY IN N OUT.

In particular, as an ardent fan of Anthony Bourdain, I was very curious about his high praise for the burger and franchise. I just knew I HAD to eat one first opportunity I got.Wow! Immediately I noticed that there was a long and constant line of cars in the drive thru that wrapped around the building.Inside the kitchen was a beehive of activity - the energy was amazing, exciting and contagious. Really.So here I was at this iconic burger place ...FINALLY. When I ordered and told the cashier that it was my first “In-N-Out Burger “ visit, she continued to smiled broadly, welcomed me and said “You’re are going to like it!”While waiting for my order (2 burgers and fries - for me and my wife; she waited in the car), the manager, Greg, came over greeted me while saying “I understand this is your first visit to “In-N-Out Burger “?” He enthusiastically shook my hand and welcomed me. We discussed, in detail, what makes the restaurant so popular and unique.I was quite blown away with the whole thing. This was an unusual experience ( for me) in a “burger joint”. I was impressed and really appreciated it. Felt very special.As an aside - after this exchange ( onlookers watched AND smiled ), I sat down next to a young lady who asked “Are you a celebrity?” I explained that this was simply my first visit to the restaurant and I was from out of town (Florida). This In n Out is always busy, but the line moves fast. Super friendly staff, fresh food and made to order. Since the dining room is closed due to the age of CoViD, everything is to go or to eat in your car. Plenty of parking spaces.

The food was very good and tasty and delicious and the burgers and fries are the best in town and I will be back again soon.

Omg!!! I had no idea about how long the in n out burger line was. I didnt think there was a line. That went from the department stores off onto the street (THE STREET FOR GOD SAKES!!!) Got chewed out for cutting in line of which I did not know I did! Even told the guy behind me this and did not believe me. Im never going to this in n out burger again!! Its completely unsafe. And blocks so many parking lanes that its hard to even get out! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

In n out has forever been the only best hamburger in california. Unfortunately I have already had several, and I say several because there are already all the times that I buy hamburgers in n out. I wait in line for up to 45 minutes and I dont mind waiting that long, but what I do care about is receiving a top quality product as it has been for many years in n out. In the Santa Fe branch when I get to the window to receive my order it is always cold, the boxes and bags are marked with grease or capsup, when I get home to enjoy my burgers I open the bag and everything is beaten, I leave them a photo of the animal stail potatoes and thats how everything is, burgers and fries

The dining area looks the same after their remodel. Not much difference. Dining area is still not open due to pandemic. But walk-in and drive thru are available. Outdoor dining also an option here.

We came at lunch and there were approximately 20 cars ahead of us. We waited assuming the Worse, wed be late, using all of our lunch time waiting. Much to our surprise, we waited maybe 10 min at the most for our order. Nice and hot and correct. Cant recommend a better burger and service here

My girlfriend and my dad swear by it, I dont really care haha a burger is a burger, but this place is usually very well run(quick n clean) and they are always friendly. Insider tip: go inside if the line is longer than 10 cars or so...youll get your food faster than waiting in the drivethrough.

Ordered a very large order in drive through and Jude was our attendee and he took our order so quickly and smoothly and was super sweet, kind, and not at all bothered by such a large order. He took down our order and got it perfect the first time! Thank you Jude! This In N Out never fails me, the very few times they’ve ever gotten an order wrong they’ve fixed it no questions asked. Also we were in and out (Ha Ha) of the drive through so quickly you wouldn’t think we’d ordered such a big order! Thank you guys!

In and Out is always good but I had the chance to experience eating freshly made hot fries at this location and must say it was the best. I went when it had just opened.

Very great. The service is fast and the taste of the burgers is delicious. The employees are always with a smile on their face and pleasing people. Like when someone asks if they can get a hat they will go get it for them. The areas are always clean and organized. I highly recommend this place its awesome.

What more does one person have to say about In-N-Out! I came in for lunch and ordered a 3x3 with extra grilled onion and a side of pickles. It was a wonderful way to end my work week because of the way I eat my meal. I pour some pickled pepper juice in my ketchup and put a packet of pepper as well, then I add that ketchup on every bite of my burger. Its a sweet and spicy delight that I enjoy every time. Yet, that is not the only thing I love about this place but the customer service is always on the mark. I totally recommend this location for an In-N-Out experience to remember.

Good In-N-Out Burger location. Very clean, good customer service, friendly people, fast service, great dinning area, clean, and food flavor is really good and fresh. Had a great experience with my family and kids. The cashier guy was so nice he even offer my boys some stickers to play with as we waited. I can definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
