Scam artists and completely unprofessional will be filling a fraud claim with my credit card company today.. they up charge and lie through their teeth... then when you hire an electrician to come prove they are wrong they stop answering emails... avoid at all costs theres a special place for people like this...

I had them rewind a Kubota 7kw generator stator that got fried. The rewound stator looked good an works great. The turnaround time was very close to what they said it would be. Im very pleased with Eurton as the cost of rewinding was half the cost of a new stator.

We brought a motor to have a complete overhaul.. they claim the customer burned the motor.. like if we don’t own a business and know what there doing.. Ok

The owner responded so professional on google. But Not when I was on the phone with him. They sound professional when they about to receive a job and as soon as the job completed. And when you call them back about the job that they didn’t do it right, they started to sound like unprofessional people. Theses people in this company are fake and a thief. They won’t refund you back the money or try to fix the problem for customer. And also when the owner have nothing back say. They respond back as This customer no found on the system.👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡

What a horrible company, they never fix my electric motor but they ship it back to me and they told me that they fixed. And charge me $291 for nothing. They ask me to ship it back so they ca look it. once they receive my motor they said there’s nothing they can do about it. They won’t give me my refund back and won’t ship back my motor. They trick me to ship back the motor so they can refurbish and resell it for $400 online. They never got back to me since. It cost me $312.00 with shipping. They said if I want my motor back I have to pay shipping which cost $22.00Never do business with this company againI would give them a zero star if I can.

I had my 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser master cylinder electric motor rebuilt. They did an excellent job. Excellent customer service fast fast turnaround times.

I have a more than old piece of equipment (1968) that has brush holders that are starting to fail. This particular holder hasn’t been made since the mid 1980’s. Since it would be cheaper to have custom made holders than to replace the machine, my search began. I came across Eurton Elec and started looking through the catalog. I called them and talk with a tech and we worked through the voltage speed of machine and so on. The holders I got had to have 1” long and 0.031” milled off. I now have a stop to prevent insertion too far; the cap is in the top instead of across the top (that got rid of an arch path to frame). They even helped me get the brushes I needed. I needed to change 6 brush holders but with their help I now have the six I need to outfit the machines two motors and another full set on the shelf for about 1/3 the cost of custom holders and brushes for one motor. A fantastic find, I have recommended them already to others. It took 7 days to place, ship and have the parts in my hand half way across the USA on regular ground shipping. Doesn’t get any better than that. Kerry

I was very pleased with the switches I ordered from you. I put one switch in my tile saw and the other in storage for future use. The switch worked great and the quality seems to be top notch. I received the new switches way ahead of what I expected and that enabled me to get my tile saw up and running in time for the weekend project. Thanks for such fine service. Incredible inventory. Only place I could find the switch I needed. Great customer service. In describing the switch they asked if I could send a photo of the switch. When I did, they found the replacement I was looking for. My only issue is that the S&H was more than the replacement part, so not economically viable.

Bad company to deal with

Super frustrating, not the greatest customer service. I had to call 7 times, SEVEN times to get ahold of anyone to provide billing information, get a tracking number and a final invoice. I called 3 times on one day to be told at the end of the day that I missed the shipping cut off. This should not have been so complicated. I will find alternatives for future projects.

I was looking for replacement carbon brushes for an old Tristar vacuum cleaner. the closest I had come twas to see listings for an entire replacement motor. After Googling carbon brushes, i came across Eurton Electric and found a perfect replacement. I even ordered extra to keep as spares. Prices are reasonable and the shipping fast.

The repair and process were good. My objection was that after they had the unit, had priced the repair, and taken my credit card info, they tacked on another delivery fee without telling me about it our getting my authorization. Thats the sort of minor shabby stuff that makes an otherwise good company look less so.

We have a very expensive antique desk fan whose windings finally wore out. I took it to a local motor rewinding place and they said they couldnt rewind it because of the small size in a confined area. They didnt want to touch it and said even if they did it would probably cost $450 because of the amount of labor involved. I researched on line and found Eurton. I sent them pictures of the issues and they said they could do it and quoted $225. I sent it to them and they did a perfect job of it and I heartily recommend them.Tom Jeffers

After dealing with weeks of poor information from the mechanics, and the worst customer service I have ever encountered, we were finally able to get our pump returned. Upon opening the box, the entire system was disassembled and not in the initial condition we sent it out in. I would not recommend using this company for any motor repairs.

Love Eurton Electric. They can fix any motor and have all the parts I need to repair my electric tools.

They dont honor their prices set online. They tell you they havent updated their information so, they basically want to charge you the repair fee as if it were a new motor.

Could not get a reply to any emails i had sent re: their online store, the telephone was the same, a big disappointment, for all the adverts on you-tube, if i could give less than 1 star i would. I AM SIGNING OFF
