Their patio was once a place I was found sleeping when I was going through the hardest days of my life, being homeless in the LA area in 2016I had been caught and woken by the employees. 6 am. I had overslept and was embarrassed and afraid. They kindly waited for me to remove my bike I had locked on their patio area and I rode off.If anyone reads this and remembers that. THANK YOU for not calling the police on me or harming me. I slept there for two more weeks. I now have two jobs, my own apartment a great girlfriend and I have so many other wonderful things in my life now. Thank you for being some of the few kind people I had encountered during the turmoil that was 2016 . I hope I had kept the area where I slept clean and never presented another problem after that one time.

The current reviews dont justify this company. It has very wide selections, very good quality bolts/nuts, good price comparing to internet and local hardware stores. I bought a large quantity of large bolts and nuts (3/8th, 2-6 inches long) to build my kids bunk-beds. For the similar order, I would paid a few times more at local hardware stores. I also got my order shipped free and fast and accurate. I am impressed with the shipping too. There was not a single mistake for a very complicated order, which is made of 100s of different types, thread, width, length of bolts/nuts washers.I really dont understand where the bad reviews are from.
