Julio is the best. He treated me and my mother like queens. We also both found exatly what we wanted at the price we were very comfortable with. The furniture is good quality and they have a nice selection. I would recommend them to everyone looking for furniture.

We bought a beautiful bedroom set here a few weeks ago. Heather assisted us with pricing and all other questions we had. In addition, we order the other night stand, which Heather informed us it will arrive within a week or two. It arrived as promised. We are very satisfied with our purchase and very thankful to Heather for assisting us. Heather has the sweetest personality and recommend she assists you on your next purchase.

This store is a joke. I went in got quoted 209 for a daybed with trundle included. As to which I verified it with her as well as another employee or manager and I was shown the daybed with details on their iPad and was quoted 89 for the mattresses as well. And was ready to purchase but I asked if I could see the mattresses they had for 89. I saw they were of poor quality (I had decided to myself to go to a previous store I went to that gad good mattresses for 89) so I told the lady that I will just purchase the daybed with trundle by itself. Her attitude switched and she said Oh wait let me see if that price includes the trundle. Then all of a sudden that price was only for the trundle and that the daybed was a different price as to which they didnt tell it to me and they kept saying that it was a different item number even though I specifically saw that it said daybed with trundle with the 209 price and nowhere does it say trundle is sold separately or that there 2 different item numbers. Yet they kept trying to say what I was seeing was wrong. They brought someone else out and told him isnt this item b1 and theres an item b2 and he obviously agreed with them. And they kept trying to get me to agree to their being two item numbers and that they were sold separately (mind you this whole time not once could they tell me the price of this supposed other item numbered daybed.) I just said no thank you for the third time and left. Very shady. Too bad too because I was also going to buy a vanity and this awesome light fixture they had. But their price change was a total turn off. So if youre okay with that type of business dealing go with them. FYI I found better daybed for 180 through offerup (where I found them. Many furniture stores on there.) Also had mattresses for 89 but of good quality. So guess it was a blessing in disguise.

I ordered a new set of sofas back in October 2020, I was told they will be delivered by January 2021. In those 3 months I did not receive one phone call from the store, not one at all. My order was delayed another month, which I found out on my own, when I called the store to confirm the time of my delivery🙄😒🤨 After this, they promised me the order will be ready by February, so I decide to give it another try, it comes out to be,, they did the same thing again, no phone call to notify me that my sofas were going to be delayed again...... they have the worst communication, I had to go in person to get my refund, I just couldnt keep playing there game.I

Recently purchased a vanity . Prices are very reasonable . Wasn’t expecting to build it, but was told the assembly was simple . Went home very excited, upon opening the box we noticed a piece was damaged . Called the store and they helped us out. Had to drive 45 min back to get the piece switched, was upset but they were very nice and professional about it and we were on our way in less then 5 min . Great customer service.

I bought furniture from the store paid up front $1600, the worse customer service ever ! Furniture is as hard as a rock, not ONLY that but you get a free gift and I chose a rug, that I never recvd Ive been talking @ calling Zuel some lady that works in the front about why i havnt recvd my rug she told me 3 weeks ago she mailed it never recvd it ! Terrible place too buy furniture !! NEVER AGAIN !!! I DIDNT WANT TO EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST ANYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY !

Went in after our bed broke and we recieved an ad in the mail Julio helped us and he was very nice. The process was easy and we picked a great bed. Definitely will return to buy more furniture.

Wow the worst experience ever. Bought defective furniture.. they dont resolve fix or exchange. Bought 3 items a sofa set that was broken they finally exchanged after 9 months for a sofa that didnt match in color. .. my dinning table chairs started breaking apart. They said i must repair on my own. And bought my little boy a bed that the mattress is as thick as a blanket i bought a memory foam to put over it so the metals dont hurt him while he sleeps. Not a happy customer at all. Sorry to the people i reffered over.

Very bad experience, I looked at a piece of furniture on a page, I sent them a message that if they had available in a box to take it in my car and they said yes, I drove from San Diego and when I got to the place (the same day of the message) they tell me that They do not have box available, which will return on Tuesday.Just spend my time and my gas.Bad organization.
